Ordered bedroom package back in February, was promised 4 weeks for delivery. Got some items 8 weeks later after numerous contact with noarlunga fantastic furniture and one excuse after another. Still waiting on the rest of the furniture over 3 months later. We enquired yesterday eta, only to be told, "its on the truck, but you may not recieve it". we should recieve priority on the products still in question especially as we've paid in full and been on the waiting list for so long. We assumed we Paid for home delivery for the whole package and only recieved part thereof. so if we require home delivery for the rest of the products that they didnt deliver then we were told its another home delivery fee to pay upfront.

We ordered our Kobi book cases in the Noarlunga store (service was great) and had them delivered today. Just WOW. Old fashioned service - the guys bought them in to the house, asked what room they needed to be in and chatted to us, very friendly. We have become so used to courier drivers dumping items, including very heavy ones, on the porch or driveway, then knocking. By the time you get to the door they are driving off and you have to struggle with packages or worse come home to find them out in the rain or stolen. Based on this service today, we will not hesitate to continue shopping at Fantastic Furniture and will request these guys deliver our items. Well done!

We had a great experience with the assistance manager I believe her name was ‘Anne’ we went in enquiring about furniture for our pre teen room and she was very informative and professional. Gave us honest and personable feedback. We had a great Experience from entrance to end of sale from Anne and I feel very happy with the service we received. I feel Anne is professional and has great sales skills: I felt confident and confident buying from her. 10/10 recommendation buying from the store. Ask for Anne and you won’t regret it.

Wouldn't let me give 0 stars, I have worked in sales for the last ten years and in my time I have never seen such lazy workers, my partner and myself walked the shop for 30-45 minutes before even being acknowledged whilst the 3 staff on the floor stood chatting, then when one finally did come by and ask I inquired about buying 3 furniture items worth roughly $1700-1900 and she couldn't have been less interested. Going somewhere else cheers for nothing guys

Was at FF Noarlunga this morning helping someone choose some items. The woman serving us was an absolute Gem. Her colleague however left the few people in hearing range a tad unimpressed when she stated that FF do not assemble their furniture because it 'does not travel well'. When queried on this re what happens when the customer moves house she said "that's not our responsibility then". I think we all get FF is budget furniture but really??

We bought the Havana Nested tables and the Hamilton 5 tier book shelf recently from the Noarlunga store. The staff on both experiences were pleasant, helpful and professional. The 2 products were are extremely happy with. Great prices, easy to assemble, good quality and very attractive and both fit in very well. I am glad we got these .I highly recommend Fantastic Furniture

Items were delivered by incredibly rude men who broke an irreplaceable vintage statue. Because I cannot provide a receipt for a 30+ year old item, nor quotes for repair (because it cannot be repaired), Fantastic Furniture Noarlunga to this day will not take any responsibility and are fobbing me off. Will never buy from them again - buyer beware!

Fantastic furniture staff have an acute attention to customer service. Able to allow people to look around, offer their time for questions and can give a definitive answer about availability of items. Tight, friendly and well organised business. Noarlunga staff were so helpful engaging, able to multi task and always with a smile.

Had a really good experience today, needed to come in and check things out but weren't ready to spend money just yet. Staff (especially Anne) were super friendly, not pushy, and bright and bubbly even though we didn't buy from them (which isn't the usual experience at a furniture store) thank you Fantastic Furniture Noarlunga!

I feel bad for forgetting her name, either Kirsty or Kristy, but she has the most beautiful and personable phone manner. I called up to cancel part of an order and even though it was a quick and simple process, she just had the best customer service! Bright, bubbly, helpful and just made such a positive impression.

Typical sales staff without good product knowledge Sell and get onto next customer even though we still had other products we were interested in buying as they handed us receipt left to next person coming in door so we left and got other things we wanted from Harvey Norman

A great selection of good lounge furniture and basic home office stuff. I don't think their bedroom stuff and mattresses are as good as other places, but if you are looking for affordability over durability and quality. I think fantastic probably have the lowest prices.

Worst customer service. Told to wait by sales person whilst she was busy. Stood there patiently and waited, then she immediately served the next couple ghat walked in, while we still waited. Harvey Norman next door got our business. They know customer service.

After three visits to this store for a sofa, still haven't got it. Price, quality and delivery time stopped me from buying it here. They always have sales, but never on the sofas that I like.

Excellent service and delivery was the next day. I was kept up to date from the time my order was put on the truck to it arriving at my door. Highly recommend Fantastic Furniture

Really good service here but can get busy and may possibly wait a while to be served when busy. Furniture quality is okay but you get what you pay for.
