After going through the passport control a bit early (because it’s a hassle going through the queue while handling all the luggage + jacket + possible hot beverage) I thought of getting a cup of tea at the Farm at the other side of the passport control. Both employees were sitting at a table, looked at me repeatedly and didn’t say a thing. I asked if one could help me and one said they were on their break and I should go back out of the passport control area. Very bad customer experience. They should get a break, but not both at the same time and if they happen to have break, they could at least approach the customers themselves and apologize rather than look up, ignore me and look away again. Very bad service and I won’t try to have tea at this spot anymore.

Als ik op het vliegveld in Eindhoven ben ga ik eigenlijk altijd koffie drinken bij dit bedrijf. Dat komt door de man die de koffie maakt. Hij heeft er duidelijk plezier in en als het niet druk is maakt hij er altijd iets moois van. Als het druk is en je vraagt het dan doet hij dat met veel plezier alsnog. Het is dus een feestje om daar koffie te drinken. Zeker doen!

The wonderful staff member saw my interest in the sleek lined espresso machine. He went to the effort of explaining the amazing piece of Dutch engineering. Judging by the plethora of coffee related articles this place is a coffee haven. I love the “business outlet meets nature” feel to the seating area. I’ll make sure I have a sample of the black gold when I return.

Onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd. Geen hallo of Goedemiddag, 8 personen zijn langsgelopen zonder boe of Bah te zeggen, uiteindelijk zelf maar iemand aangesproken of we wat konden bestellen. 3 man zat op z'n telefoon. Totaal ongeschikt om bij een horecagelegenheid te werken. Niet echt de sfeer die je zoekt voor je vakantie. Jammer. Oh, en het was niet bepaald druk.

Took my kids (1&3 years) out to go plane spotting on the observation deck. Decided to stay for dinner and was surprised in a very positive way: freshly prepared pasta & burger using fresh ingredients by friendly and capable staff. All that for a mere 25 euro including drinks. Please let me know if you've found a better deal!

Unbelievable as it might sound here you’ll find one of the best cappuccinos in the netherlands! Let me put it like this, whenever I travel via Eindhoven airport I plan an hour here with a cappuccino in to my trip

I often have the coffee before the luggage checks. Strangely enough, this is probably the best coffe of Eindhoven (if you are Italian). Service is quick, and professional.

Ontbijt gereserveerd voor een groep van 30 personen in de nieuwe locatie The Bar. Perfect geregeld en heel relaxed en sfeervol. Dit ga ik zeker vaker doen. Top!

Je kan hier nog snel een hapje eten. Heel verzorgde en lekkere snacks trouwens. Als het mooi weer is kan je nog op het terras naar de vliegtuigen kijken

Horrible place !!! I just asked for hot water to take pills because I felt bad , and the salesgirl told me that I had to pay for it !!!!
