Si vous êtes touriste n'entrez pas dans cette pharmacie... J'y suis allée pour une allergie à une piqûre d'insecte et dès le départ c'est à peine si le pharmacien m'a dit bonjour.. Je lui ai demandé un antihistaminique et il m'a donné une crème à la cortisone n'y aillant pas le droit je lui ai dit que je préférais sous forme de cachet à avaler. Il m'a regardé d'un air dédaigneux et a été chercher une boite qu'il a jeté sur le comptoir. Ne me donnant pas d'explication sur la prise de médicament je lui ai demandé pendant combien de temps je devais le prendre. Il m'a répondu de toute façon ça ne marchera pas mais vous pouvez toujours essayer. C'est le pharmacien le plus désagréable que j'ai rencontré dans ma vie!!!! Je suppose que les cachets coûtaient moins chers que la crème... Tout ce qu'il souhaitait c'était me faire payer pour ça il m'a parlé...

Solicitamos cita para 4 personas el día anterior para el sábado 13 de agosto a las 8:30 am, pues lo necesitábamos para embarcar en un crucero el domingo. Recogimos el resultado en 30 minutos. Esperamos desayunando en la pastelería de enfrente, local 5603. No es una tienda de ropa, todavía queda alguna foto desactualizada en Google.

Muy lamentable el trato al público. La educación, la cortesía son aspectos que deben aprender y poner en práctica. Para ser un buen profesional, antes debes ser una buena persona rica en valores. ¡Qué lástima que en el ámbito de la sanidad te encuentres con farmacias a las que solo les interese el dinero! No la recomiendo en absoluto.

I just called from the US to schedule an Antigen test that I need for a cruise and was helped by the nicest woman on the phone who scheduled an appt for me. Her English was fine, thankfully, because I have no Italian. She gave me the address and the directions from Rinalto Bridge. I can't wait to thank her in person!!

Good pharmacy in the center of Venice with polite stuff. We did a quick covid test for air travel, stood in line for 40 minutes then we were asked to send the result by mail or print? We chose to print, we had to wait another 1 hour and the test was ready. It’s possible to pay by card, the price is 22€ for one.

Antigen test with sertificate for the flight. Very good experience with quick covid test. Quick, not hurts, one of the CHEAPEST in the area. 15€ per person incl sertificate. Really a lot of people comes there for a test, so they try to make good, quick service. Good stuff.

Effettuato test covid19, pagato 44 euro x due persone, mai ricevuto e-mail del risultato!! se vi serve urgentemente, meglio farlo in una farmacia seria!!! (Anche dopo una settimana..sto ancora aspettando l e-mail)!! Vergogna!!!

The staff were so rude. They did provide a service and had a long line, but they were very rude to customers. A little courtesy could go a long way. If we had other options we would have gone elsewhere.

Molto molto sgradevole. Siamo andati con i ragazzi a fare un test antigenico e il trattamento è stato fatale. Non credo che abbiano le capacità per servire il pubblico. Non raccomandabile

La farmacista non aveva la mascherina. Ho chiesto di farmi un tampone, ma non avendo sintomi me lo ha negato e mi ha consigliato di farmi quello rapido da sola.
