I called late on Friday afternoon and dealt with Rob who, despite it clearly being busy (I could hear another phone ringing in the background and was briefly put on hold), was friendly, polite and tried to get my problem in the books ASAP. While he tried to squeeze me in on Friday, I assured him on the call that it could wait until Saturday. So, Adrian came around today (Saturday) and got me sorted in about an hour (with a courtesy call from Rob ahead of time to give a timeframe and then again when Adrian was roughly 30 mins away). Adrian was courteous, polite and friendly - a really good air about him (as a single woman living on my own, it can always be intimidating to have a workman come in but it was clear right off the bat that Adrian was a true professional with a good personality). The bill was explained to me in detail before I signed off on it and was in line with what I expected for an emergency call out. I thought they were very fair with the pricing for the service that I received and I won't hesitate to call again in future!

Very grateful to 'Jay' who came within about 2 hours of my evening call to their office and repaired for me a slow leak in a HW cylinder where the 'coil' inside it connects to one of the external pipes I had strained at the union joint onto the cylinder due to my great difficulty installing a new 3 port electric valve. I felt too tired to finish wiring the new valve and refill, vent & recommission the CH/HW system and he did all this in 2 hours including testing gas tightness and paperwork- and all all left safe and working. Both my tenant and me (landlord) were very pleased- Jay saved the day and was very nice and efficient throughout. The service was a fair price too considering a late night emergency call and the large amount of professional skill and dexterity and tools required. I feel blessed to have found this company and have made a note of them for any future emergency calls.

Fixed leak in washing machine which was leaking through kitchen floor tiles and also rebuilt under the sink where it had come away from the granite worktop causing water leakage behind the cupboard. So very grateful to have this work done as had called a few plumbers and they didn't want to know. First I would like to feedback with my initial overall impression. 1. Your engineer quickly diagnosed the issue and quickly remedied the fault. 2. I found him to be very polite and absolutely professional. 3. He heard and responded to my enquiries without ignorance or arrogance. Fast Response Plumbers very helpfully fixed a leak from our water storage tank in the attic, which we discovered when we came back from holiday. They attended quickly and not only identified the cause of the problem, but also very kindly showed me how to turn off the mains water supply and gave great advice about how to prevent future problems. The Fast Response team attended two jobs. One quite difficult replacement of a leaking pipe was fixed without any fuss particularly as it was 20 ft up on an outdoor pipe. The second job requires a new kitchen tap. The engineer explained and showed me the problem so I understood we need a new tap and have ordered one. They will comeback to complete the job.

We have had a problem with a leak causing damage in the flat below. We had another well known plumbing firm come to see if they could find the source of the problem, which they failed to do, despite charging a considerable amount. Fast Response came this morning and found the cause of the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
