Seriously so good. I messaged these guys yesterday saying I urgently needed my 2 seater and 3 seater sofa cleaned and asked if it would be possible to do it today, they were so easy to deal with and booked me in for 12. I commented to my partner that it was seriously the easiest most efficient booking I’d ever made and was amazed at how quickly they replied. The guy turned up on time and (in 38 degree heat) insisted we take the couches outside so that he didn’t make a mess with the water! (We has planned to take them outside to dry afterwards anyway). He has done an amazing job! They smell awesome and he got every single mark, smudge and stain out! Never have I been so impressed with a couch clean. (My couches were bad! With 4 kids jumping all over them, it’s almost shameful to admit how filthy they were) I wish I had gotten the guys name. Can’t thank him enough. (I generally don’t leave reviews unless people are really really good at what they do or really really bad) thanks a million!!!!

Just tried to get a quotation today from these guys as our next door neighbors got them and they seem to do a good job. This is my hubbys experience .I was listening first hand Gave a call at 8.30 this is how the call went - Me- " Hi would like to get a quotation for end of lease cleaning?" Him-" How many bed rooms and details please ?" Me - " 4 bedroom- carpeted ,2 toilets,kitchen and hallway including steam cleaning for 4 room" Him- " Okay it will cost you 750$ Me-" wow that sounds really costly". Him- " You wanted a quotation ,I gave you one book it if you want else find some one else." Me- "Okay, you don't have to be rude man." Him-" You are rude so this is how I have to deal". Me - "Okay thank you ". Nothing more to say that is all. Addition -Its all understood from the reply the person has given to this comment(really professional ). If anyone found the "me" part in the above conversation rude, then I have nothing more to say as said prior.

Unfortunately I didn't receive a 5 star experience. Based on all the amazing reviews I booked a carpet clean in. I've never seen anyone clean my carpets which such incredible haste!!! It was mind boggling. After Kha had left, we inspected the carpet and found some high traffic areas had not been touched at all!! I couldn't believe it, especially as I had gone out of my way to make the job easier by buying sliders to place under all the couches and bed legs and removed other furniture onto the tiled areas to make the job easier. I also told him that if he needed any help to slide the furniture my husband and I could help him. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time a company with so many 5 star reviews has disappointed me.

Hired their services to get my carpet and cog uch steam cleaned. Ended up getting an Ottaman and 2 more rugs done because the guy Saja (or was it Renny?) had done such a good job with the carpet and couch. The rates are pretty reasonable too and there are no hidden charges. Paid what was qouted on the phone. 10 stars from us! Good job guys. Going to come back to you if we and when we need more work done. Highly recommended! And thank you so much Saja. I have opted the Fastline's carpet cleaning and exit cleaning services. They were very professional in the work and more over they supported me in the post cleaning requests from the agent and landlord. My case was very typical, where I was contacted multiple times, not because of any cleaning issues, but sometimes you know landlord does bit over. But Fastline supported me by answering all those queries and even pay visit to property to inspect the post cleaning reported issues. So I will highly recommend fastline, if you want all your bond money back.

Reny has saved my carpet yet again - my nail polish shelf collapsed, breaking at least 5 different bottles of nail polish (including glitter polish which is enough of a struggle to remove from nails). Thankfully, Reny responded immediately and was able to fit me in the next morning and managed to get all the stains out! My carpet is now as good as new and couldn't be more grateful! My dogs brought something dead in from the bush and my bedroom carpet was a gross stinky muddy mess. From the moment I called to someone being here to clean was less than a day, which is amazing because I live on a dirt road out of the city and it's often difficult to get work people here. I decided to have 2 mattresses, two sofas as well as another room and hallway cleaned and was very surprised by how economical it was. Great service, great cleaning, friendly staff. Very unprofessional Poor customer service Unjustified extra costs I requested a quote on live chat about steam cleaning carpets. My apartment has no parking, they demanded parking in the building, unfortunately I don't have the gift of magic to create parking. I suggested they park in the FREE street parking, they wanted to charge me $120 for the free parking, I asked them to justify this cost then they said they don't do street parking at all and cut me off!

We had an end of lease carpet clean done on our lounge/dining area and I couldn’t be happier! They were able to fit us in with only a couple of days notice, were lovely to deal with and are very reasonably priced. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows! The carpet looks 100%, old stains that were there before we moved in were removed completely and the carpet looks brand new! Highly recommend!

Do not recommend for renters! This company is not professional. The owners is completely unreasonable, also doesn’t understand the basics of running his company. The “operator” was much better to deal with. When cleaning the carpet left a stain of a dark patch, which is now coming out of my bond. Renter please do not waste your time or suffer their consequences like I did!

Amazing carpet guy - honest, professional and does such a great job. Used him a handful of times now, from steam cleaning the carpet for selling the house, to removing pet stains and even curry stains! He managed to get a MASSIVE curry stain out of our cream carpet, despite originally thinking it wouldn’t all come out. Would highly recommend!!

I have now had 3 couches cleaned by Kha. He is fantastic, professional, polite and gets the job done quickly and with no fuss. These were outdoor/alfresco couches and had many stains which I thought were not going to come out but Kha did an amazing job. I will defiantly be using this company again. Used this service as they were recommended by our real estate agent for end of lease carpet cleaning. Terrible. My husband did a better job after the guy left. All I got from them was a receipt to say I paid someone almost $300 to wet the carpet with water and perfume. Wouldn't go with this company again.

Horrible customer service!! Floor was left streaky and damaged after it was ‘cleaned’ and the lady on the phone, told me there was nothing they could do before hanging up. Have cleaned my floors four times with Bunnings carpet cleaner & it did a much better job!
