Good to see this store in uppal. Ambiance is good for products view also good. Service center is not visible but its there. What are they doing inside we dont know. Staff is not having knowledge. Even store manager is not understanding the customer concern aside he is not able to speak properly. All products related to service its not available. They need to order. And they will keep our product to order. Example: I given watch for battery change at that time my watch strap came out of that. And they need to fix it with glue related to leather. They said its not done here and we dont know how to fix it. Simply argument with me to purchase new strap. At last I said okay arrange. They said its not available. ❓ V bad.

Poor Customer Service, they have not provided details about the offers first in lace Asked to check that it will show on the front door only. It's minimum common advise a customer executive gives to customers about discount and price information on the products

The showroom is well maintained with good collection of watches, good service and the staff proactively explain all the features. I loved the collection here and staff is very helpful and patient
