I have been dealing with Fat Panda on Regent for over 3 years now. The staff are what keeps me coming back. They set the example, always of how a retail store should be run with the friendly and over the top service! I can't say enough about Devin, Tia, Evan and the rest of the staff there. There service can be used as an example for other retail outlets. People don't just buy just a product they buy the service from the people at the counter. Great job guys! P.S. Jennifer's enthusiasm and willingness to help as a team player is a great asset to the team! Yet again the staff at the Regent location go above and beyond. Nick at the Regent Location provided exemplary customer service at this location. He helped with an issue in the most professional way. Again he exceeded customer expectations! Thank you Nick! Thurs Feb 14 2019 Yet again, exceptional service from the staff at Fat Panda @ 1600 Regent Ave. Devon, Nick, Laura J, and Josh S again as always displayed great customer service. This location and staff here are the best. Other retailers can take lessons from the management here on providing customer service. Actually what they really are doing is Relationship marketing. To build longevity and Brand Loyalty you must build that through relationship marketing These guys exemplify this! Always a pleasure driving to this location. % years running now! I always order online, As I am located in Ottawa Ontario... And Every time I order a product, the service is fantastic and unbelievable!!! Never had any problems with any orders. And I'm sure that If I did.. They would be most helpful at correcting the issue. Might I also add, Out of all the shops in ottawa.. There is only 1 that compares with Fat Panda :) I don't mean that In a rude way. It's Just hard to find juice that I like, Fat Panda staff, You've outdone yourselves!! I said I would be back and order more.. And I have honored that promise! I can not say enough to thank the company and staff for the wonderful service they provide. The shipping is quite quick as well.! Keep it up guys :)

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I went in to buy a gift for someone and had no clue what I was doing or looking for. The girl helped me get set up, explained how everything worked. The person I gifted to loved everything and it was a perfect choice the girl in the shop picked out based on the info I gave her!! I wish I got her name, because she deserves the recognition and made Fat Panda my number one choice out of all the vape shops in the city, she made the experience so incredibly easy for this frustrated customer!

I am completely new to vaping and when I went into Fat Panda on Regent the guy helping me was so polite and informativee ( I believe his name is Gage). I didn't feel like they were pushing unnecessary things on me just to make a sale. They did their best to stay within the budget I had while still trying to make sure I was getting everything I needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I have every intention of going back for anything I need in the future as they seem to have a good selection of everything in general.

When I first started vaping, this was the only place I knew of, I dreaded coming here every time. Every single time I have entered this establishment, It will take staff on average 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. I understand they are busy with customers, but that doesn't mean you make new ones feel unwelcome. Not to mention it seems as if lately they never seem to have the coils I need and I've been told for over a year now that they will be getting more stock of replacement glass for tanks in two weeks

Went here for the first time a few weeks back and had a really great experience, staff are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! :) Update: came here again after accidentally losing my STLTH vape somewhere, came in to buy another one but ended up leaving with the Kangertech e-smart kit (colour black) and I have to say I absolutely love it. The girl at the front desk was super helpful and really nice, got me a good deal on juice and everything! Thanks again guys, hope to shop with you again!

In this fast-paced modern world full of smart-phone obsessed millennials providing subpar customer service, this store shines like a diamond in the rough; they truly understand customer service and how to creates a positive customer experience with every visit. I’m not sure what their training entails but - brava and well done, I wish the management could take the reins of all customer -service based industry in Winnipeg and show them the value of high quality customer service. I have been going to Phat Panda religiously since i started vaping back in 2014; their staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with! I can honestly say that is probably the biggest reason I keep going back. They're friendly, polite, and well educated on their products. Not only have they answered any questions I've ever had and help with fixing my device(s), but they have also offer great suggestions based off knowing their customers.

I've been going to this store for over 6 years and I have not once ever been disappointed. The staff are masters of their craft, product knowledge is through the roof and the selection is the best. You walk in and feel like your amongst friends, they make sure you know everything about your device before you leave and are always ready to help with issues. They take pride in what they do and it shows. Thanks for the amazing service.

I was having a horrible day! Went to go get a new vape since I left mine at my girlfriends place and didn’t have time to go pick it up. Had the best experience there Tia helped me out and was just an amazingly helpful quick efficient and just overall amazing person! Definitely made my day better!! Been going to this shop for 3 years....tonight was the first time I've had a less then good experience. Kid working behind the counter (Nick) was condensing and somewhat rude talking down to me...until I asked to be served by the other person working there (Tia). She was a pleasure to deal with answered my questions and was knowledgeable and friendly.

Was in this location today and was immediately hit with a foul smell of body odour was absolutely discussing the whole shop smelt of it and the closer I got to the one staff member I knew where it was coming from will definitely consider shopping elsewhere if this is gonna be a issue I have never even smelt a locker room that stunk this bad

Always trying to sell you the new, most expensive items in the store with little to no knowledge on items. Juice selections decent, thats about it. Been told to not charge batteries through cords, every owner manual says you can...its why they have micro usb ports. Try reading the manuals on products you sell.

Great place! Amazing workers there. If you're a regular, you defiantly feel at home here. The guys and gals will help with everything you need to meet your standards in a quick manner. They are so energetic and fun. They make this a great place to shop. Would recommend over any other vape shop in Winnipeg.

August 15th, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, I forgot to grab their names, but both members of staff on hand were extremely helpful, patient, and kind! If you are looking to get a vape, I would highly recommend buying here! With 200 flavours to choose from, why would you buy anywhere else?

Amazing service! Had Nick in the store and he was INCREDIBLE. Came in for a TFV12 prince tank and they helped me find one that fit, and as it turns out the other store i bought my coils at sold me the wrong ones, but Nick gave me a free coil with the tank, will 100% be coming back again!

This review is not for the Fat Panda vape shop but for the restaurant, Pannizza, nearby that doesn't appear on Google Maps yet. The food is excellent the staff is great. This restaurant is similar to a Subway style restaurant accept it serves pizza subs and poutine.

I’m not sure what the guys name was, but I came in because I had an issue with a product that I bought and he had no problem resolving the issue for me and replacing my product! I really appreciated it and he was very friendly. My new go to place!

Best Fat Panda in WPG, they always know how to find the right coils with ease and assist with trouble shooting (while other locations give you a puzzled look). Kudos to Casey for friendly & quick service! Gotta say I’m a happy customer for sure.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at the regent fat panda, when I came in in May I was told about the new pricing on their juice where I was paying 30 dollars for 2 60ml bottles, then when I come in today they tell me it’s nearly 40
