I am writing this review because I had availed a loan from Federal Bank. The staff are very helpful and interacted in polite manner. Branch Manager Ms. Pooja Venugopal mam was very humble and helped and guided through out the process. Really had a hassle free experience in Federal Bank, Wipro branch, Koramangala.

I changed my salary account in this branch but it is worse costumer care number not working branch contact also not received …

Very slow response from the staff. They look more than 30min to understand the process for account closure from each other.
