We live in Canada and have a good friend in Brisbane Australia who is celebrating a milestone birthday this month, Feb. I e-mailed Fig&Bloom and asked if they could put together a special floral arrangement that contained 5 yellow roses along with Babies Breath and greenery. I had to change the delivery date a few times and Fig&Bloom were so helpful and patient with all my requests. The bouquet was delivered and our friend was over the moon with it. We received a photo of the bouquet from Fig&Bloom and it was absolutely lovely. From now on my "go to" florist in Brisbane WILL be Fig&Bloom. A BIG THANK YOU from across the pond to the special people at Fig&Bloom.

$150 natives bunch- arrived with no natives, prominent dyed chrysanthemums probably from china- lillies and fillers, not even native foliage. Looks akin to what could get as a generic “nice” bunch from Woolies or the servo for way less than half that price. PATHETIC. Brisbane store not answering phone to check availability prior to order online mid morning. I understand natives would have seasonal availability . But if not available at all, shouldn’t be able to click through to purchase on the website. Or minimum should contact buyer to ask / offer alternative. Don’t waste your time/money with these guys. Dreadful customer service.

My Mum absolutely loved her surprise bouquet. She said it’s the most incredible flower delivery she has ever seen let alone ever received. And apparently the flowers smelled amazing as well. She loved the ceramic vase and couldn’t believe the size of the bouquet (I ordered extra large). Thank you for the incredible arrangement and for sending me a photo and keeping me updated on delivery. I live in London and this has really made me happy knowing my Mum received such a wonderful surprise. I will definitely be using your services in future. Thank you again for your 5 star service.

Spent $180 on flowers to be delivered to a friends work, put a note on the order asking for it to be delivered before 4pm as they would be closed after this. Tried to call Fig & Bloom multiple times on the day of delivery to make sure it would be delivered in time, but their phone number just goes to a reception service, so can’t actually speak to anyone at there. I then got a call from their delivery driver at 5:11pm saying he would be there in 6 minutes, but still can’t get ahold of anyone at Fig & Bloom

We ordered a bunch of flowers for our clients who have recently had a new bub. The website was easy to navigate and provided accurate photo's of the types of flowers available. Competitive pricing & free delivery was provided - it was even delivered same day - earlier than the expected time! Alexandra emailed a photo of the flowers the clients received which were goregeous and look like the highest of quality! 10/10 service and very much recommend supporting this small business

I like to support local businesses to where I’m sending flowers; however, a $19.95 fee to deliver flowers 400m away is a bit of a joke so I went elsewhere. Perhaps they could consider a “free delivery to local” area or “free delivery to local” area with a minimum spend. EDIT POST AFTER BUSINESS REPLY: there was no such mention of this on the website and often people do not have time during their day to call businesses and barter to see if a delivery fee can be removed…

I was searching for a florist for an interstate delivery to Brisbane and couldn’t be happier when I found Fig & Bloom. The website was very easy to navigate and the most beautiful flowers were delivered the next morning. Even prettier than on the website . Excellent customer service and really appreciated that they sent me me a photo of the flower arrangement and confirmation when delivered. Will definitely use Fig & Bloom again .

Highly recommend! Used for a corporate delivery. Easy to use website to order flowers, no fluff, tracking was brilliant and invoice straight to email. No need or requirement for the additional phone calls that we often have to make with a services or delivery business. Happy client with a beautiful bouquet that she said also smelt amazing. Purchased flowers that were $170. The photo looked amazing but the bunch I received were half dead and looked nothing like the photos. Was extremely disappointing. Customer service offered me 10% off my next bunch however I won’t be purchasing from here again.
