We chose Finlay Watchorn to administer both the sale and purchase of property in Tasmania, mainly due to their location being close to our real estate. We had a difficult journey with this legal firm, with staff leaving creating gaps and junior staff employed who we were assured would be monitored closely by Adam Marshall. This was clearly not the case and caused already stressful transactions to be quite painful (like a phone call on the morning of settlement suggesting we were almost $100k short...which of course we were not...talk about extra stress!). I recommend others avoid Finlay Watchorn, our decision based on convenience really caused unnecessary angst. We are now selling another property and will absolutely not engage FW!
