We received an amazingly beautiful floral arrangement and also a very beautiful fruit and goodies basket. Our children sent the basket to us, and they said it was a terrific price. I am very impressed with this floral & gift shop (excellent, caring customer service), the delivery (very polite and prompt), and with the amazing arrangements that have received many oohs and aahs! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister and I called to make sure they were able to deliver before noon. Everything was set up to go, only to find out by a different woman that they wouldn't deliver to where I asked. If I wouldn't have called, they probably wouldn't have told me until the delivery day and I would have been out of luck by that time. They need to have clear specifications on where they deliver, and need to process orders sooner so that people aren't left trying to do something last minute.

Photos of their arrangements that are posted to their web site are misleading compared to what was actually sent. We had flowers sent to the hospital, but the arrangement smelled like a weed lot and the staff had to move them. There were probably a reasonable number of flowers; however, there was a lot of cheap, unattractive filler and little effort put into the arrangement. If you are looking for artistic- this is not for you.

Do not order online. I placed an order for someone very ill. I got a confirmation email that the flowers were ordered and would be delivered. After I didn't hear from the recipient, I called to make sure the flowers were delivered. They in fact were not delivered and the person I spoke with on the phone told me sometime online orders go to spam. If you're looking for a sure thing, shop elsewhere.

I received flowers for my anniversary the day we had an Earthquake, we were in Lockdown. They still came out called my cell phone for me to come out of the building and then gave me what they carried flower arrangements in their car. I had asked for it since I knew I’d be leaving the office soon. You helped make a very stressful day beautiful! Thanks Firehouse Floral!

Ordered a gift basket for same day delivery, along with some balloons and flowers. Called the store to verify reception of the order. They told me that they didn't have sufficient staff on hand that day to deal with a gift basket delivery. Why do they have products on their website which they're not prepared to deliver? Strange & unprofessional. Poorly run business.

We recently used Firehouse Floral for my father's funeral arrangements. We ordered the autumn colored arrangement in a wreath and big arrangement. The flowers that were delivered were even better than what the picture showed! My sister an I were so extremely pleased an complimented on how beautiful they were! I order flowers for my wife fairly often and this place has become my "go to" place. Why? Because my wife gets more excited about the flowers she receives from here than from any other place I've ordered from. The flowers also last longer than ones from other flower shops. They have earned a long term customer in me.

Very unsatisfied second time that I order here the first it was out of state not the same flowers ok, understand but now I think there just not interested I guess in what the customer wants. This time flowers not the same as picture that was posted on site my name so misspelled do not recommend .very upsetting.

I don’t see how this place can have bad reviews. A great mom and pop kind of place and we need to preserve these places. Great customer service, quality is there and prices compare to chains are way lower. Make yourself a favor, stop by to buy flowers, you’ll love this place. I know I’ll be back

Love the flowers and they got me something in my price range however I paid some with cash and some with card. When I looked at my card it said that they took out the full amount of the prices. So not only did I give them around 20 dollars in cash I paid double in card.

Got a bouquet of daisies. They were beautiful! I ordered them online. Paying online was easy and they were ready to be picked up on time. The ladies at the counter were super nice. It was easy to find. Super cute inside, with lots of knick knacks for sale, too.

I have used Firehouse Floral every time I need to get flowers for any occasion. The staff there is always very helpful and nice. The flowers I get from there always outlast every other place I had tried. Firehouse Floral has a customer in me for life.

I was getting my tires rotated today. and had a bouquet of flowers delivered to me. Well that's a first.!!! I got lucky Van was there having tires serviced on a delivery truck. Lucky ME !!!! Great Service. Beautiful Wedding Flowers also. l
