Booked my alignment online. It said they take the readings before the alignment and after the alignment and they test-drive the vehicle. I dropped off my car at the scheduled time and they said it would be about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me in 30 minutes saying the car was done. When I got in there, the Cashier met me, I paid, was given my printout and was on my way. After I got on the road, my car felt exactly the way it did before I dropped it off. I looked at the printout and there was a camber measurement that was still way out. I took it back and waited a bit for a technician to come talk to me about it. He gave me the correct explanation about why that number was still out and could not be fixed. During my drive home, I was very curious why they would not tell me anything and just let me take the car with no noticeable difference in the drive. I checked my dashcam and they never test drove my car. Question 1: If they did not follow the step of their process to test-drive the car, then what other steps did they skip? Question 2: Did they even look at the numbers after the corrections? They either did not look and blindly let someone walk out without checking the numbers or testing out the drive OR they saw the numbers and didn't care to talk to the customer. The printout clearly says "this value is not within specification. Tire wear, handling and safety problems may result" Seriously, I will NEVER go back to this place. They don't follow their own procedures. They will let you walk out with an unsafe car (knowingly or unknowingly) because if their lack of follow-through with their own practices. Since I test drove the car for them and forced them to tell me why the camber was still out, I was able to get good information and get the car aligned. The Manager did offer to refund me the difference between the price of the lifetime alignment and the standard alignment. For the manager willing to refund the difference, there are two stars. However, I never did receive my reciept. They say it's "paperless" but I still don't have it. My appointment confirmation was emailed me and two requests for surveys were emailed. Still, no receipt. I wonder if my lifetime alignment was entered properly?

I had terrible experience in this place as the employees did not solve my problem and kept on explaining things that did not make any logic. I had pulled in my car into this mechanic shop for a failed alternator and I did explain to them that the alternator is failed. Once they examined, they said there is an electrical issue and the car would not jump start. But after my car was broken down, I had jumped the car couple of times and had no issues. However, they kept on telling me that there could be short circuit which I think did not happen as car would jump start but could not run for more than 5 minutes as the alternator was dead. They charged me $145 per hour for electrical labor and it took them 2 hours to figure out that some metal piece was broken that is physically visible. When I asked how did they find this out, they said they have to follow steps. When a piece is physically visible, they could have just directly told me instead of taking 2 hours of labor. They also said I have to replace some junction box in the car and God knows how much it would have costed. Also, when we (me & my wife) started questioning, one of the front desk person called the technician and sarcastically said 'Could you please explain these genius' which is when I decided to take my car out of this garage and get it repaired somewhere else. They think customers cannot question what they have been charged for. This place is way too expensive for their expertise and when I took my car to a different place they did not even replace the junction box and all they did was replace the alternator and battery and my car is just fine now. They charge dealership labor price but the quality of the service is not good. On top of all this, we saw a couple of cops in this shop and I believe a customer called on these cops as that customer did not speak to firestone when firestone was trying to speak to the customer. Overall, it was a pretty bad story and I would never recommend anyone to this place especially when the problem of your car is quite big

Avoid the manager Eric! So I’ve had two separate encounters with this establishment. I’m also a Firestone credit card holder and I’m about to cancel the card based on my experiences. 1st time I had front brake and rotors replaced. But I was quoted $1,700+ so I called the Mercedes dealership and they wanted $1,400. Firestone could suddenly match the dealership price at $1,400. Brakes now squeak, but moving on to… My 2nd experience. Called and asked for the cost of a car battery last Saturday. They looked up my car and said call back Tuesday and we can order it. Called Tuesday and now they need to actually see my car battery. I don’t have any special vehicle that’s electric so I thought that was strange. I drove up there after work and unfortunately ran into the worst manager I’ve ever ran into, ERIC! I let him know we spoke on the phone and I wanted to order the battery and put it in myself. He said why don’t you go down to Advanced Auto and get it yourself. I explained I was a Firestone card holder and they won’t take my card so I wanted to order it and use my Firestone credit card. I asked if he would take a look at the battery and he said I don’t like your attitude and I’m not serving you. I sat in the waiting room and called corporate right in front of him, I’ve never done something like that. That’s how wrong I thought he was to treat me like that and have me drive there for nothing after a 12 hour shift. Please stay away from this location and avoid Eric he has no respect, customer service skills or people skills. He needs to be fired, you lost a good customer who is about to cancel their Firestone card.

I’d give them a negative stars if you had it listed. Took a Nissan Sentra in for The right front end. The manager, Fred, said he for sure could fix it. My husband received a phone call and they said that it needed a new battery and new tires in addition to the front end. We agreed to have this done as long as he was able to determine the problem with the front end and fix it. He told us he would definitely be able to fix the vehicle the charge would be $1800. The following day, we received a phone call from Fred who said that it would be another $1200 to fix the parts for the front end. At this point, we brought the vehicle in specifically for the front end which he said he was able to fix for $1800 now He was asking for an additional $1200. When I went to speak to Fred there was such a rush of customers that it was hard to even have a normal conversation without being interrupted every two minutes. This place is rushed, fast-paced and out to get your money! They appear to be great because it’s a brand new facility but BEWARE. Needless to say, I did not have them repair the front end. I took the vehicle to a dealership and they fixed the front end and said it was completely something different than what fire stone had even suggested. Take my advice and ask a lot of questions before you agree for any service other than an oil change.

My fault for taking an audi to a tire shop for maintenance and repair of the vehicle its self. I have taken my vehicle here 5 times and spent over $3k in repairs. My check engine light was on and they told me it was a spark plug issue and a problem with one of my fuel sensors. The was also an issue with my ball joints. Fast forward to about a month later and my check engine light is back on, and the same issue with hesitation with the vehicle is happening again. They even had someone relace my lower control arms in the front and bushings. The mechanic put the arms on backwards, some how and caused my vehicle to have a strong pull. I had to bring the car back in or more repairs and thats when they realized the issue and reported it to me. I decided to have a certified audi mechanic take a look at my car and low and behold, my boot and bushings are busted and leaking grease again, somehow. Same steering and suspension problem, except its worse now. If this place didnt have the proper knowledgeand tools to work on my particular vehicle, i wished they would have been honest and told me that. I still would have bought tires and wheels from them, and done basic maintenance there so they wouldnt not have lost a customer. Now i dont trust them and will not be bringing my vehicle back for any reason! My fault for trustin them.

DO NOT GO HERE IT MAY COST YOU YOUR LIFE!!! I went to this firestone one day because I suddenly started hearing some bad noises from my car. They took a look, said I needed new brake pads and to come back because the engine needed a $100 test. I let them do my brakes and asked the manager and mechanics multiple times if it was safe to drive. They said yes. I lived 25 miles away and had to take the highway back home. I had my car taken to the firestone by my house and the manager called me to let me know that this firestone incorrectly installed my brakes!! I have a note from him stating so. He told me my engine was fine, it's a 3 cylinder so making some noise is fine. They either purposely lied to me when they said my car was safe to drive or they're so incompetent that they thought it was. I'm guessing the latter if they couldn't correctly install brakes. 22% of car accidents are related to brake failure and I easily could have been hurt or killed in an accident. If you want to make sure your car is safe, DO NOT USE THIS FIRESTONE!!! This was brought up to the store and they did not care. Lied and said I would be getting an apology email, which obviously they didn't send. And obviously no action taken by the people who could have gotten me killed!

Made an appointment for a wheel alignment for 4pm on a Thursday. I showed up about 15 min early, waited to get checked in, handed off the keys, and sat in the waiting area. There was one technician working and they had other cars in the bays already. About 30 min into waiting, someone walked in and said they had a nail in their tire. They got checked in and sat down. About 30 min later another person walked in and said they had a nail in their tire. Neither had appointments. I watched as one after another these walk in folks had their cars pulled in while mine sat in the lot even though I had an appointment. After that I went to the desk and asked for my keys back so I could leave. They handed me the wrong keys. Then they couldn’t find my keys. Unreal. They said “oh I bet that’s why it didn’t get pulled in” There was only one person working the desk so no manager to talk to. I called Firestone customer service and explained what happened. They said the manager would call me within 3 business days. A week later and nobody called. I made another appointment at Firestone in Watauga and was in and out in under an hour. Do yourself a favor and go to watauga or just a different shop. Don’t waste your time at the golden triangle location.

*UPDATE* Breaks started squeaking because they did not lube them up. Tech noted they were completely dry. Plopped them on their dry and then tested them dry. Also the Stabil Trak issue they said was "Fixed" was not. Another firestone is taking care of it. * I have never seen a crew with such low attention to detail and yet have so much time for 3 team members hang out by the garage entrance and show each other things in their phone. I had an inspection done and asked to have my back blinker fixed. Somehow my car passed inspection without that being fixed. Had new brakes installed but immediately had warning lights and traction issues because "they didn't calibrate your new brakes to the computer". So I had to drive right back. On top of that I watched him test my brakes, I could smell my tire rubber when he pulled back in as well. So I hope he had fun. Still waiting on my second car to be finished. But hey, at least the guys are having fun hanging out while I am waiting to go to work. This isn't my usual Firestone and I won't be back to this one. Alliance center is infinitely better and I have never had an issue like this at any other Firestone. Jared is putting in work though. Shout out him.

Just don’t waste your time. Had set an appointment for 1pm and got there at 11am to make sure I’d get taken care of at least within 4 hours. It’s 4:03 an hour before they close and they’re barely going to start on it once they get the red mustang off the stand even though - I also had an appointment - I got here before the mustang Really not a preference thing that I care about but just the customer service. As soon as I got there I let Joe take care of his customers then maybe minutes later he acknowledged me and then walked away… no explanation or reason but simply just ignored me before he came back and asked the same question. I came to this location not only cause it was the less busiest and I didn’t see anybody in the lobby but yet here I am I’m still waiting an hour before they close for my car…I dropped it off at 11am. When i showed up at 3:50pm and nobody was in the lobby. I waited and gave the employees including joe a chance to come to the lobby but sadly I had to interrupt the conversation him and his buddies were having in the back of the building by the last garage.

I wanted to think that the longer than usual wait times at this location were simply just because they were smaller and didn't have as many people working there. Today, they proved that they were not only incompetent but also dishonest. We dropped my wife's vehicle off around 12:30pm for an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation and were given an estimated pickup time of 5pm. We didn't think much of it because we had errands to run that easily pass that time. We drove by and saw the car sitting out front and thought it was done. But when we called to confirm, they told us it would be another hour. My wife decided to wait for the vehicle because we had to get our children somewhere and she was told that it was just waiting on the tire rotation. When they finally pulled the car in, they started changing the oil. No work had been done to the vehicle for over 4 hours. One of the service people told my wife that there had been a miscommunication and they thought the work had been done. This location will never get business or a recommendation from us again.

I had multiple issues with this repair shop. They did the minimum to help, took a long time for even simple jobs, and charged more than other shops too. Every time I brought my car there for service, it would have new problems. Like when they replaced the alternator and forgot to recharge the AC, then claim they could not find any issue by turning the temperature in the car to 95F so the AC did not run and make noise. They also claimed to have life time warranty. But when the same error came up with the mass air flow sensor they replaced less than a month ago, they refused to honor the warranty. If you even think about using this place, go search for Firestone Complete Auto Care (head quarter is in Nashville TN) on Better Business Bureau website. You will find that it has "F" rating at 1.11 out of 5 stars. It had so many outstand complaints, BBB had stopped taking new complaints. Avoid this place at all cost. There are much better options in the area. Do not fall victim to their scams.

Staff seem willing to help and prices aren't too bad but quality of service is beyond garbage. I am a junior ASE certified technician with experience aligning vehicles on a alignment rack. They told me that I needed new control arms and shocks which were less than a month old. A long with this they blamed my vehicle pulling on these parts even though they are adjustable. The spec sheet I was given also shows that they did not adjust any camber settings on the vehicle which was causing the pull only adjsuting the toe which cause the pull to move from the left to the right. When I called I was on hold for 40 minutes before they hung up on me. A brakes plus had me in the next day and with and alignment service and also found a missing nut on the vehicle which was taken off by firestone. When they were done with the service all my issues were completely resolved. If your techs are going to claim to know how to do a job make sure they can do it right and not screw me out of $200.

Took my truck in with a screw in the center of the tire for what should have been an easy repair. The tires only had about 14,000 miles and almost like new tread. After approximately 3 hours, I was told I needed a new tire. I told them “No, Thank you!” Took the truck to Discount Tire in Roanoke where I purchased the set of tires. They fixed the tire with no problem and it was free since I had purchased the tires from them. When I picked my truck up from Firestone, it appeared to me the tire wasn’t even inspected by anyone. My truck was in the same spot where I parked it when I dropped it off. I think they assumed I would just pay $250 for a new tire. I guess they didn’t think the $30 repair job was worth their time. That’s ok this place will never have any of my business and I will not recommend them to anyone. The only reason I took it here instead of Discount Tire in the beginning is it was a Sunday and Discount Tire is closed.

I normally have another shop install tires for me since they are known to avoid damaging wheels. I was in a rush so I brought my tires here. I expected a few scratches but they knocked off huge (5-6cm) chunks of paint from the lip of my wheels. They also damaged one of the valve stems. Initially they tried to deny the damage to the valve stem but when I told them I removed the caps just before I came in to avoid loosing them and showed them how they no longer threaded on the valve stem they agree to replace it. The tech said nothing and just turned around shaking his head like I was somehow in the wrong for pointing all this out. I've been to this shop before for tires but will never come back. Mistakes happen but when you try to initially deny it and then act like somehow I am being difficult by just wanting my stuff not to be broken you don't deserve repeat business.

Buyer beware...I came in for a coolant flush and realized after I left that they put green universal coolant in my orange only required vehicle. When I called and asked about the coolant they stated it met the requirements of my vehicle. It is highly documented across forums and techs alike to never put green in a orange required vehicle. It will cause premature wear and failure in the cooling system. My invoice even stated Global Extended Life which is the correct coolant but also supposed to be orange. The colors specify the additive package that is compatible with your vehicle. I offered to purchase the correct coolant at my cost and have them reflush for free but they refused to make it right. Maybe they do this to guarantee you coming back soon for a water pump or heater core replacement. I had to fix it myself this past weekend money well wasted.

Had the worst service today at this place i will be cancelling my firsetone credit card on behalf of this place my other experiences were good but today was just awful to have my car for 4 1/2 hours for an oil change when i made an appointment the week before. The manager was rude and didnt have anything to say about him and his crew wasting my time i waited in front of the desk for 20 mins with no one in front of me in the morning. I also waited 25mins on the phone for them to pickup when im pulling into the parking lot. I had waited long enough just took my car home no one has 5hrs to leave there car for a simple oil change. Im sorry but i will be staying away from this place and every other firestone. I will try NTB next. All the other firestones close to me have bad reviews and the next closes 1 to me already did me wrong.

  • Jacob Ryckman

The management seems good, but their actual mechanics are unskilled. I brought my car in for the check engine light - after spending $600 on the repair they said I needed, my car still was not running properly. I had to take it back less than 48 hours later for their mechanic to tell me some nonsense reason for why they couldn't find the "actual" reason the check engine light, which they then told me they knew. Management was kind enough to refund me $500 for the parts that hadn't needed replacing in the first place. That being said, in the end they were NEVER able to find the proper cause - it was only after I took my car to a different shop that the real trouble was uncovered and things were finally resolved. Maybe they can replace tires okay, but aside from that, I wouldn't trust them to fix anything serious.

  • Mackenzie Santos

I’ve been this Firestone location for oil changes multiple times but I think their service has gone down hill. This last time I got my standard oil change and got the air and cabin filters replaced. Unfortunately I did not realize until I went to get my next oil change in a different state the technicians told me that someone had broken the cabin filter housing. So this was clearly Firestone because it wasn’t broken before— but they didn’t own up to the fact that they broke it. On another slightly more concerning note my car (which has never had issues with burning through oil quickly ) was nearly OUT of oil when I took it in for the next change (immediately after the light came on). There were no leaks or any other issues found so this makes me think that the Firestone employees made a mistake of some kind.

  • Steve S

Was highly satisfied with the service i received. I came to this location after another location messed up my vehicle, did an extremely poor job, left my vehicle unsafe to drive and almost made it to where i would never use another firestone. The other location left my vehicle unsafe and were EXTREMELY unprofessional with being rude, and leaving lugs on vehicle untorqued and job unfinished. This is no longer the case. The store manager listened to what all the other store did and also agreed they did unsafe and unacceptable work. He took care of the situation and the tech did a phenomenal job. Employees were all very professional, kind, and took great care of my situation that the other shop created. I highly recommend this store for anyone who is needing service and will only be returning to this location.

  • Victor Walker Brooks

Called ahead to make sure they had the tire I needed, after waiting for them to look at it they told me they would have to order a new one in, it would be here tomorrow. I told her someone else said earlier that they did have one and she said no, and asked if I wanted them to call me when it's in, no apology or explanation. Worse than that, several employees and customers weren't wearing masks while they were inside the lobby. Once the other customers left the last employee took her mask off like I wasn't sitting in the same room with them. If you care about that, I would definitely find a different Firestone to go to. The one at 7750 Denton Hwy is always great.

  • Matthew Leader

Went there to try and get an inspection done, I walked in and was one of only 2 customers in the lobby, and was practically ignored the entire time for about 5 minutes until someone finally spoke to me. Then I was rudely spoken to by what I’m assuming is a manager to tell me that it’s gonna be a 2 hour wait and that I should “definitely drop it off”. What good is that going to do me? Like I WANT to be without a car for 2+ hours?? Like it’s my ONLY option?? Don’t go here, they don’t give a s**t about the customer and they’d rather treat you like dirt. Firestone is trash and has always been trash. I think it might have something to do with their employees.

On a trip visiting family we came in at 3:30PM on Friday with a Ford Escape that would hardly run. We were needing to leave as early as possible Saturday to drive the 8 hours back home. Todd and Josiah made sure it was diagnosed and the part ordered so it could be replaced Saturday morning. The part the supplier sent turned out to be the wrong one, they hurriedly sourced it from a dealer, sent a runner to get it and we were on the road by 1:30PM on Saturday. Looking here at some reviews it appears that people forget these guys are real people, they went above and beyond for me and I wanted to give them the props they deserve. Thanks very much guys!

  • Kai Roebuck

Went in needing a 3$ part, was quoted 200$. Tldr: I needed a 3$ valve stem, and they said it was impossible to fix and quoted the price of a new tire at 200$, way over its actual value. I have an old car, the whole thing is worth 1k tops, and my valve stem popped around the edge. I called in asking if they could replace it, and they said no, and quoted a new tire at 208$ as if it were the only option. Come to find out Walmart can replace the part for 3$, and not only that, but sells the whole tire for no more than 64$. Even if the damage was irrefutable, they still priced it 140$ over value. 0/10, I didn't even make it in the door.

  • Ahmed Kareem

Rude and unhelpful! Do not support. Arrived at 5:55pm to an empty shop with no other customers, the closing time is 7pm. Told the Lady at the front desk that I need to balance my tires. She said that’s not possible as it is too late. I asked her if one hour is not enough to balance 4 tires she said yes it’s “impossible” in a very rude tone. I have been balancing tires on my vehicles for a long time, from start to finish it’s a 30-45min job at maximum with one person doing the job. I saw 2 guys in the workshop doing nothing. If this shop doesn’t want to work until 7pm and get more business then they should close earlier.

  • Akshun JAX

The absolute worst service ever. They opened several minutes after 7 . The guy who was at the front desk was rude and very combative and wouldn't even look at my car. I had a slow leaking tire and he wouldn't see me even as I was the second person to get inside and be seen. There were two people inside and no cars getting worked on he said if the appointments don't come in he would try to get to me. Empty bay and he still wouldn't get my car back there. If the store is empty at 7 am why not help someone out who needs assistance versus wait for appointments that aren't there.. horrible service

  • brandon Moore

Went above and beyond. Took my 2003 Chevy trailblazer in for oil change and tire rotation. They did everything top notch. They tested my battery and a few other things and told me what they recommend and what should be done first. Even though they were shot staffed up front he made sure keep reassuring me that he was doing everything to get me out of there fast. I was in no hurry and he still did everything he could to make my visit the best it could be. I highly recommend this location and I have told my friend and co-workers to use this location. That's for all you do. I will be back!!!!

  • D. M.

Stoped by the Firestone on Golden Triangle around lunch time thinking I could get my tires rotated, just rotated nothing else while I go next door and grab a bite to eat. The service writer told me it would be 4:00 to 5:00 pm before they could get to me if they could even get it done that day. What a huge difference from Discount Tire. They actually want your business at Discount Tire. Firestone seems very unmotivated to even do small jobs such as a tire rotation. The waiting room wand not full and neither was the parking lot with vehicles.

  • Jeremy Rogers

Called to ask about reprogramming truck speedometer to new tire size, got a lift with 37” tires.. first the guy on the phone said the dealership had to do it.. wrong.. then he came back and said “oh your truck will do it automatically”… Any one who knows anything about vehicles knows this is 100% incorrect.. would not trust them to change my oil at this point. Btw speedometer is off by about 12% which means the odometer is off as well. A truck computer doesn’t know you changed the tire size which means you changed the revolutions per mile..

  • Shandon Carroll

I have given this location multiple chances to get it right but unfortunately it just seems they are no intrested in giving great customer service. I went in for a oil change and state inspection after an hour wait they did a vehicle inspection not state as I verbally stated and oil change and the reapons was I've only been working here four day. To make matters worse the location on manger checked me out in the notes from the tech it clearly says state Inspection needed . He didn't even mention it.

  • Donald Kendall

I took my 2019 Kia Optima for an oil change and tire rotation at 30,000 miles. I was having a difficult time scheduling at my dealership. Keep in mind I paid for when I bought my car, oil changes and tire rotation every 7500 miles. I called and set up an appointment for 9:00am Monday morning. I arrived and Trever help me within a couple of minutes. I was out in no more that 15-20 minutes. They didn't try to upsale me with services I didn't want or need. I would highly recommend this location.

  • Tom Gibbons

Outstanding service and integrity. My wife's 2017 Corolla has 48K miles and original brakes pads. I went for our normal oil change and told them I was certain pads were needed. Much to my surprise they informed me the pads were fine. Another 10,000 miles before we need pads. I manage the Commercial HVAC department at Levy and Son-Dallas and this is the same way we treat all of our customers. THANK YOU FIRESTONE MANAGEMENT TEAM... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIRESTONE ON GOLDEN TRIANGLE- KELLER TX

  • Govin Thapa

WORST place I have ever seen. I went there to change alternator but while fixing they messed the motor belt. I told them that's fine change the belt but they said we can't do it today, have no parts(were ignoring). I said I can wait but they didn't. The noise was so loud and worst. They sent me like that. The lady cashier was so rude and had stupid answer for every questions. Robing customers. While fixing something, they mess other part and charge customers. NEVER GO THIS PLACE.

  • Ted Landon

I've been in several jams on Sunday(e.g. daughter's car had a vacuum leak, flat tires, etc.) The management team and techs at this store are consistent adding a personal touch and level of urgency that give me assurance repairs and work will be completely right and fast. In an imperfect world you will be hard pressed to find a better Firestone or repair shop. Thanks to Joe D. and the guys at Firestone for taking care of me and my family's cars and trucks. Keep up the great work!

  • Prem rana

I have been twice a week. My car is making nose. They didn’t solve the my car problem. They changed the tie rod and arms controller golden triangle Firestone. They charge to me $1164 but it is same problem. I went grapevine Firestone. They said have to brake problem they told cost charge $1312. Then I say okay fix the brake. But it same problem. Today I drop my car in Nissan dealer. I don’t know, how much will they charge me. I don’t wanna go more in Firestone more.

  • Joshua Jones

Okay. I'm a car guy. I do 99% of all my maintenance on all my families vehicles. I had al issue I was stumped on. I brought my truck in and the Manager Steve help me confirm my suspicions. I was able to take that info and fix it myself. Most places would try make up some BS about blinker fluid or burnt transmission fluid...but not Steve. He definitely saved me a lot of money and I'll bring all my vehicles here when I cant do it myself. Thanks "Firestone Steve".

  • Elizabeth Samudio

Made appointment for Sat in person asked if they required a down payment or full payment for tires.sales guy said no! Sat came in asked for car to also be inspected.guy sure, start doing inspection not tires! wait why are they doing that first? well it turns out they sold the tires!!!.. Why didn't you tell me before you put car in bay!! I could have gone to the store that has them! now I'm stuck here in pain cuz I just had shoulder surgery!! Worst store!!!

  • C V

If you want to make an appointment and STILL wait 3+ hours for anything to be done then come here!!! There is so many people working here at least more than 12 I counted and it’s like they are here to run around like monkeys and not work. EVERY firestone is a night mare! I have been to 3 different locations hoping this one would be different. Come on now, even those small tire shops on the side of the streets are way faster than any firestone. Thumbs down.

  • Jessica Victor

I was super impressed and very happy to have found this place honestly at the last minute. I’m going to pass a sheet for an inspection, and they were closed. It was about 615pm and I didn’t working for months to get my car ready for inspection, and this is very frustrating. I did a quick Google search, but on the operation hours and they were NOT closed. Summary: I have the inspection done and my car is now registered and I’m super grateful thank you!

  • Marco Gabaldon

Made an appointment for 3pm I show up at 2:50pm for an oil change I tell them I want a standard oil change after waiting it’s 3:55pm now they still have not gotten to my vehicle and tell after waiting almost an hour that they don’t have the standard oil and I would need to pay almost $100 for the next grade up if I want to change my oil. Terrible service I will never go there again. Told me to go to another Firestone if I want that service.

  • Khalil Nash

I went to this particular Firestone for the first time on January 3rd to get my vehicle serviced and inspected and for the time that I was there, the service was excellent! Tony, the man who assisted me, had great customer service skills and explained every detail of the service very well. The waiting time for the service to be completed was short as it happened within the span of an hour. Definitely will be coming back to this location!

  • Lance

This Firestone is the worst I've experienced after years of using other locations I'll never try this one again. The last two times I've called ahead to see what the wait would be if I came in now. They said 30-45 minutes. Once I get there roughly 15 minutes after the call it's another story of it'll be a couple of hours. Just tell me that on the phone so I can plan accordingly instead of wasting my time. Won't happen a third time.

  • D Stockl

Dropped vehicle off for a tire repair and state inspection. Was told it would be done in 2 hours so I got a ride home. Called them 2 hours later and was told they were pulling it in for the inspection and then it would be done. So I gave it 20 minutes and got a ride back over there. Nothing had been done!!! Needless to say I will not be returning. That's 4 vehicles that will be going elsewhere in the future...

  • Mary Meeks

We arrived at 9:30 am and finally got our tires installed at 1:30. There was only one guy there. Jakobie did the best he could to. Finally a manager showed up at 1:30. I do think the regional manager and the manager should working on scheduling more people on the weekend or as manager come in early and help your employees. Remember customers are the one that pay your paychecks. No customers no business.

  • Loni Sñow

Your car will go in for something minor and come out with major issues. I don't know if this happens intentionally or because of incompetence, but it happened to both me and my husband twice. The first time I took it has a honest mistake, but the second time it's clearly something else going on. To top it off they are super rude and defensive about it . Also the communication is off and they are slow.

  • Hector Flores

I just want to say that we were a very unhappy customer. We went through some issues getting my Dads breaks fixed. We kept coming back requesting for our breaks to be looked at. At first we were blown off. However Firestone corp. listened to our concerns and decided to do the right thing. Firestone changed the breaks and drums with no additional charge. Thank you Firestone for taking care of us.

  • Zach Arnold

They told me it would take an hour to change out all 4 of the tires on my truck. I was fine with that and decided to wait. It ended up taking over 2 hours to finish and was also tricked into signing up for a credit card with them when I thought I was just becoming a Firestone member for a first time discount. The people also don't seem that friendly. I do not reccomend this place.

  • Eleina M

Came in for new tires, we were given a great deal and the service was completed timely. We made a same day appointment and they had the tires in stock with great pricing. We didn’t feel pressured to get more stuff done, but were given an idea of some things we may want to consider. Everyone seemed friendly upon entering the shop and we’re glad to have them in the neighborhood.

  • Tilly Ell

The person at the desk made it clear it would be there for several hours, which I was totally fine with. I called pretty late and they still got me in! I needed an alignment, despite the warning it was done more quickly than I expected, and the repair was done properly as well. They didn't try to sell me more parts or repairs than I needed, gotta love that! /97 Nissan Maxima

  • John Smith

Had an appointment for 8am on saturday the 23rd for an oil change - nothing else. 4 hours pass and they hadn’t even moved my car yet. Was told my car was next in line and the truck before me should be finished in about 30 minutes. after an hour passed i decided to collect my keys leave. Wasted half my day for nothing and now i have to go to work still needing an oil change.

  • Ty McDaniel

Vic and his crew provided me with 5 star service. I brought my car in to have the alternator changed and also to do an oil change. Vic kept me apprised of status of my vehicle thru out the day. Also he explained the benefits of getting the Firestone Care Card.. So I got one and threw the cost it based on his recommendation. They will definitely be getting my business again.

  • Ben Butcher

Don’t waste your time coming here terrible customer service. Made an appointment for 2:30 and when I arrived they told me they would not be able to help me today. What is the point of making an appointment? I would of been nice if someone would of called and told me this before driving all the way out there like it says they are supposed to do when you set up an appointment

  • Mr Duritz

So after coming earlier and and agreeing on a drop off time for a 1 hour wait oil change, I arrived at the agreed time and now they tell me 3 hours wait. Come on! Don’t make me waste my time this way. Tell me NO the first time, I can take that if it’s a busy day. By the way, it shows available appointment times on the website, don’t count on booking online either.

  • Kenneth Pearce

Do not use this location. Staff is rude and will steal anything you leave in site. Took my company truck in for an oil change. Took 15 minutes to get someone to actually help me. They stole a cigar lighter from the console. Gave me the truck back without a drop of washer fluid. We no longer have any of our fleet serviced at Firestone because of this location.

  • Meg Degreve

Gerard pulled us out of the pit of despair when my car died halfway through our trip. We were stranded at a Buccees no where near home. Ford said it would be a month! He got us in and fixed it in a few hours. Heather also worked really hard to get us what we needed for fair prices. They saved our trip and my sanity. I hope they get the props they deserve.

  • Johnny Cortez

I took my truck to get a flat tire fixed and drove off with the spare cause they would not fix it. The next morning on my way to work I noticed vibration on the steering wheel and drove strait to a tire shop. Look at the poor job this guys did. only one lug nut was tighten enough to keep everything together. Could’ve gone really bad really quick.

  • Tyrone Wright

Recently opened store that seems to have recruited the best techs and managers from other locations. I recognized Joe from another location where I purchased my tires. Him and Steve ensured my car was fixed to my satisfaction, and took it on an extended test drive as requested. I enjoy the service, but I hate paying lol. Hope to not see you soon.

  • T S

Took my suv n for an alignment. Picked it up 4 hours later, even though I had an appt! Drove it 5 miles, had to take it back. Pulled hard to the right and the steering wheel was crooked. When I took it back they said it was probably a bad brake caliper....Really?!? ....it wasn't pulling to the right 4 hours earlier! Steer clear of Firestone!!

  • Kevin Collins

Three hours for an oil change. I was at the front door before they even opened. Not to mention, they opened a few minutes after 7 am. I have used several firestone centers in DFW, and I have had a bad experience at ever one. This is the second trip to this one for oil change, and it is always 3 to 4 hours. Wait, no matter when you get there.

  • Wilian Alvarado

Not even want to say anything. To change 4 tires I have to wait since 10 am to 1:30 p with appointment at 10 am. They do not honor your appointment neither your time. I had to ask for the receipt because the advisor told me to go without any. Please, don't waist your time coming here. This business should be reported to the Business Bureau.

  • J Z

This place is over priced, very slow, and worst of all, very bad customer service. Do not be fooled by the nice facility. The staff and management are rude and incompetent. They charge high price for used parts, and claimed to offer warranty that they refused to honor. You are better off picking any of the auto shops in the area than here.

  • lisa quezada

What an awesome guy Victor is at the new Ft.Worth location on Golden Triangle! I had a special request on my daughters vehicle and he was so helpful. We have used the one on Denton Hwy but I am so glad to know that I can depend on this location! Went above and beyond on customer service for a working college student.

  • shana herigon

I stopped going to this location a while back due to the management but I desperately needed an oil change. The new manager & his crew are amazing. It was a great experience. They were fast and efficient. Their customer service was the best I've had in a long time at this location. I will definitely be back!

  • Bret Berglund

Just to let you all know, they have an excellent European technician there that can handle almost any job and save you a lot of money compared to the dealerships. Ask for Gerard for any service needs. He's one of the best technicians and really cares about your car. Great job on my wife's Range Rover...!!

  • Reese Anderson

Booked an appointment online. Show up and was told that 2 cars were being checked in before I could check in. 30 minutes later I left because I still hadn’t been checked in. No telling how long it would have taken to do the actual work. Booked an appointment with a mom and pop shop for 1/3 the price

  • SoulBrown Male46

Took my truck in for wheel alignment, guy told me that my axel was bad on driver side and idel arm,the firestone in arlington said they did alignment on my truck but the steering wheel was all off location thanks for the guy to inform me that arlington told me something different thanks again

  • roderick page

Arrived at 5:15 for simple state inspection. Location is open till 7pm. One person waiting in lobby. They couldn't do my inspection even though staff was joking in the office not working on the floor. Won't return here. I strongly suggest basic training on customer service skills.

  • Becky Richardson

Poorly run business. I’ve been a customer for years but will not use this location again. I schedule an appt for 2 pm for oils change and alignment. 2 hrs and 45 min later I left after getting oil change. They tied up the alignment bin with walk up customer wanting a brake job.

  • P K

An oil change priced at $89 for a 4 cylinder engine is outrageous. Unless you are putting golden brake fluid in you price should have been more in the $40 - $50 range full synthetic. Using an oil change as a tactic to get more service done than is required is also bad business.

  • Courtney C

Victor the manager is amazing!! Victor and his staff that I encountered provided excellent customer service. That was my first time going to that particular Firestone, but definitely won’t be the last. Please go there to get your car serviced as they are highly recommended!!

  • Joe C

Shop around. They wanted $800 to change an alternator out in my car. Alternators at the most cost $150 - $200 to buy for my car. So that means they wanted $600 for 1 - 1.5 hours of work, thats insane. Shop around, I found it MUCH cheaper other places and was able to haggle.

  • Anthony Reynolds

The establishment, this one in particular needs to work on customer service better, they were nice but they left me hanging until i had to say something when i keys were hanging up there and I'm still waiting, also the toilet was nasty and they were out of paper towels.

  • Alana Smith

This place is amazing. I went in to get my oil changed and tires inspected. They found three nails in my tires and repaired them in a timely fashion. The staff was friendly and professional. Helped me before I went on a road trip. Highly recommend this location.

  • GadgetBeat 30

Scheduled an appointment for 12PM, waiting for a tech to get around to an appointment is not professional. This is my second time at this location while being unable to get a scheduled service provided. I will spend my money at a company that values customers.

  • Private User

They replaced my tires but didn’t rotate them, put both new tires on the same side, I appreciate them getting the job done within a couple hours but I didn’t think you had to tell an automotive place that you’re supposed to rotate tires when replacing them

  • Janice Corbett

I went to Firestone the staff was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They helped me to understand more about tires, when to rotate, and when it’s time to buy more. I just want to say thanks to Victor Golette & Staff at Firestone for a job well done....

  • E. Simms

Clearly making an appointment does not mean a thing! Scheduled for an oil change at 11:30, showed up at 11:20 and 1pm my car still had not even been pulled in! Unprofessional Counter staff. Just overall terrible. I will use another company for sure!

  • Erika Simms

I’ve been in twice this year. once for a nail in my tire, and the second time for brakes, oil change and new tires. I’m happy so far with the service that I received. It was timely and the employees were friendly. It feels nice to be rollin’ again!

  • Tracy McPherson

Chris who was assistant manager I believe is awesome . I literally was stuck at car wash next door and with them being busy still took the time to walk over and help me . He was polite and professional and did his job very well. Thanks Chris

  • adem kahraman

If you want to waste money, just come here. I have Honda Odyssey .I came here for brake inspection and I am told I have to change all brake pads and discs and they give me more than $900 quote and they also said I have to replace a lot of

  • Francine Washington

Very fast service. Was easy to get my car in for inspection without a long wait and it was completed in less than 20min. The employees were very friendly and polite. Will continue to come back for services as needed. Thank you Firestone!

  • Amalie Vreni

The people here are very nice. I told them I'm going somewhere else for a tire patch and just need an oil change. I thought it was really cool of them to put air in my tires even though I was going somewhere else for that. Thanks, guys!

  • Virginia Beatty

I scheduled my appointment online and I received an email 2 hours before my appointment telling me , they canceled my appointment and call office to reschedule, the reason was because they got busy and they don’t have time for my fuel

  • Heather Martin

Joe and his team do a great job! Extremely helpful, and they’ll let you know everything that your vehicle is needing. You can then choose to do whatever you can afford to get done at the time, and schedule the rest when your ready.

  • Jose C

There was nobody at the desk, but plenty of people in the building. I was here to get an alignment but based off the ability/availability of service members on site, I didn’t feel like it was a trustworthy place to get work done.

  • Matthew Perez - Realtor

Great Staff. The managers Joe & Robert were very helpful Pro Tip: go online and book your appointment instead of walking in. I get all my tires here as the prices are competitive and the tire protection plans are worth it!

  • Brandis Foley

These guys have been a pleasure to work with. Always friendly. I went in one time without an appt but I needed my vehicle back by a certain time…. They made it happen for me. They have been good to me. Thanks guys!!

  • Brandt Singley

Came in on a Friday afternoon needing two tires to pass state inspection. The friendly staff was able to get me right in, install two tires, and perform my state inspection. Efficient, friendly, and fairly priced.

  • David Akladious

Worst custmer service. And the manger {Matt } had a really bad attitude. After waiting there for more than 2 1/2 hours they said they can’t patch the tire. Will not be back. Don’t waste your time there

  • Justin Trujillo

Easy to make an appointment, drop off and pickup was quick and Trevor and Eric were very friendly and answered all my questions. I usually go to discount tire but will be switching to firestone now.

  • Karin Auckerman

The single associate in the front had a male customer that he was helping; he ignored me and never said a single word to me. After about 10 minutes, when they showed no sign of finishing, I left.

  • Matt Brinkman

Scheduled an oil change online. I walked in 15 min earlier and they not only had my paperwork already pulled up, but had the applicable coupon applied too! Very professional and courteous staff.

  • lesley salgado

If I could I would give it 0 stars I would. Took it to get an alignment and get the state inspection at 9 AM. Picked it up at 6:40 PM. They did absolutely nothing to it. What a waste of time.

  • Freedom Advocate

Joe and the Tech team are awesome! One of the better Firestone locations I've been to in DFW. They took me in having had a terrible experience with the Grapevine location. Highly recommend!

  • Shane Mackey

Great store and location, manager and staff were friendly! Had tires replaced and alignment, they got me in and done exactly in the time they said. I am very pleased and will be going back.

This guys wasting time the customer and the manger Matt has bad attitude with the customer and he doesn’t care if he wasted your time and never resolved the problem Bad bad experience

  • Richard Johnson

Awesome as always. They handle all 3 of my of my vehicles. They are always pleasant. Always quick. Waiting room is clean. Bathroom is clean. One of the best locations i have been to.

  • Keith Barker

Fast, accurate and friendly service. We got in and out, but got what we wanted; weren't pressured and was an overall good experience. Come visit this place if you need tires for sure

  • Zachary Wright

fixed an issue the first time that another location took 4 times and could never figure out. made my truck drive amazing. wait times are long but that is to be expected at shops.

  • Jake

Grateful they are open on Sundays. With that being said, get there early. Limited Staff on Weekends. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful. …

  • Mike Elliott

Pros- Did not charge me for a tire plug repair Cons- where do I start? 1) Firestone doesn’t seem to follow their own process for online appointments.
