No one approaches your car. They just stand there, stare at you, and shake their head. Sometimes I forget they provide a service that we pay for and we're entitled to decent service. I've had great experiences at other locations, but this one is garbage. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra 5 minutes, and go to Discount Tire.

Been going to Firestone for years. This is the worst location I received service at. Not only did I have to return twice because my car was leaking oil after a routine oil change. A different mechanic determined they used the wrong oil filter after my car started leaking oil again. Never returning and wouldn’t recommend.

We are seeking a mechanic we can reliably take out cars for maintenance and repairs. Some staff are helpful while others leave a bit to be desired. They seem to be EXTREMELY understaffed and it shows in the final result. Ultimately they try to do the right thing, but even this falls short.

I went to another tire shop down the road. Just lazy. But these guys know what they are doing. They were quick and awesome. So we got our tire fixed and we were on our way. Shane has a great team! He should have not said I’m sorry for the other tire shop. That wasn’t his fault.
