Communication with the admin side of First class electric was difficult and it was hard to get on the same page about work that needed to be done. The estimator was great and his turn around time for paperwork or changes was wonderful. The techs came out to rewire a mixed circuit to be a home run, to install two recepticals, and to provide an estimate for another job. They showed up with conduit and I never wanted to have conduit installed so they ended up cutting access holes to the attic every 2-5ft in the dining and kitchen areas. The techs were nice and funny. In the end the work was done and worked good. I never got the estimate for future work and when I checked on the status once a week afterwards, the tech said he would look into it. When I looked at the receipt, I was overcharged for parts that were not used on my job. I reached out about the charge and the receptionist said that she removed those parts from the bill. So I emailed her a copy of the bill that I actually paid for (which included those unused parts and i never heard back from her) Overall, the work was done butit was pretty pricey for the quaility of interactions with the company.

Brennan from First Class Electric recently did some outstanding work at our house. He tackled wiring needed for our hall lighting and the addition of a new pantry. And he skillfully tracked down and disconnected an old circuit. He did all of this work quickly and efficiently. In addition to his job skills Brennan is just a tremendous person. Friendly, Patient and Eager to please. He is a great representative for First Class Electric. I hope that he can help us the next time we need electric work. I we could give him a 10 we would!

The First Class Electric Team recently came out and did a Panel Upgrade for my very old home. The job ending up having a bunch of hiccups which took a little longer than expected. Contacted First Class to look at repairing our EV charger as well as to terminate our low-voltage keystones. Hector was very knowledgable and friendly when he came to work. They came out on time and were able to work around our staff during store operating hours. Katrina in the office was VERY responsive and incredibly pleasant to work with. These guys are top notch! They wired a 220v for my ho tub back in March 2023. There was initially a miscommunication with scheduling, but they made it right and showed up, got the work done fast and did a perfect job. Professional, reasonably priced and very responsive, from the person scheduling and providing the estimate to the electricians coming out and doing the install. I recommend them to anyone needing services from an electrician.

Today was my first time using the services of First Class Electric. I was very impressed with the technician, Hector. He was very friendly, helpful and informative and answered all my questions. He came to trouble shoot a faulty smoke detector and then checked all my other smoke detector to make sure they were working correctly. Huge thank you to Salena at First Class for arranging Hector and Andy to come install a couple of new chandeliers in our home. They removed the old lighting and took great care to make sure it was kept in good condition. The new chandeliers were installed and the area was cleaned up as if they were never there.
