WARNING!!! Be careful opening an account here! You get to open an account for a dollar but that is how they get you. They will trap you into fees that you will not even be aware of unless you dig for information. Make endless phone calls just to be told they did what they wanted.The hours are fine, but really not worth the trouble. Their maintenance fee is taken without notice. They will change the dates on you when the fee is to be charged. Say you open on the 15th, and think you have all month to avoid the fee. Think again! It changes to when they feel like charging. Thank goodness I had overdraft protection when I initially signed up. Had transferred money to get supplies for my daughter thinking it was a good use of my account. Before the money even fully posted they took the fee. Mind you, if my schedule had stayed the same when I opened the account, the fee would have not been charged. I was still within my month to make those transactions. Can't close the account without getting charged $25. So not only will they trap you for 3 months, they will keep charging every month you don't use it. Now I can't save myself from these fees because I refuse to add more money just for them to take it! Never again. Save yourself the trouble and take that same $25 to go to a no fee bank. To play with a mother's money is to play with her child smh.

I would like to share what I went through today and how I felt discriminated against. I came in this morning and stood a line till they opened at 12 pm on a Sunday. I wanted to deposit a check for the amount of $3000.00 I understand that you have protocols you have to verify this amount. I was asked by the teller . Alexis Diaz.. if this was my check and what’s it for. Rude! Im a customer. You don’t ask these questions. She said that she would need to get it verified by her Manager. Hector Cuellar… You would think they would make a phone call to the institute that wrote this check to me to verify but they did not. I saw the Manager nod his head no. Alexis came back to tell me that they could not verify because they were closed on the weekends. The institute that wrote me this check is open 7 days a week. This is unprofessional and you have lost a customer. Nancy Rodriguez, I suggest you re train your staff and show them some customer service skills. Especially your tellers. They are the first in contact with your customers. Respectfully submitted….

I was a victim of a scam. First time in 58 years. I went to the police, they told me to go to the bank and they would help me and work with me. I went and explained everything. They froze my account. The check bounced before my pay day. So I had to pay $44.00 in fees. I brought everything up to paid in full. Still they would not overlook a overdraft or returned item fee, even though I alerted them and paid everything I owed. Them after depositing another check and asking 3 or 4 time, "everything is fine. No problems, everything is the same as before the scam?" They told me yes, yes, yes. No problem. I tried to get gas and groceries, guess what happened? They had cancelled my card a week before. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN FOR ME.

Very poor customer service. I been banking with first national bank for many years and never had poor customer service experience until now that hey have all fairly new employees . Alexis got my money put it in a envelope and placed it on the counter for me to grab so when I asked her to count it like they are supposed to she stated I could count it so I put the money back down and told her she can do it then she said that she wasn’t going to called a assistant manager and walked to the back

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. From a business owner to anyone considering this bank I would highly recommend staying away. Two of our employees have First National and they constantly cause issues with depositing checks. When my administration try’s to assist with prove of release you get no communication with anyone, the managers are out right disrespectful and rude. It is an absolute joke for a bank. Do not consider them for any reasons!!!

I have been with them for two years and when I left I couldn't stand the Online bank which is Ace Flare Accountwhich will take your money block your account restrict you from using it.then tear up your card and send you a new one. I even had to wait 2 hours to talk to someone who could not speak nor understand English This bank First National And First Convenience are damn good banks

They take your Money I had 450$ in my card next day I check & it says 395$ in my account & I wasn’t even negative or nothing. I went to go get A new credit card left 7$ in my account and now it says my account is negative 350$ they trap you into fees & TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! This Bank Should be Closed DOWN. & then to close my bank account they want me to pay a fee?!?!

Very friendly and help staff members at this location... They literally go out of there way like Stephanie A did for me to make sure that yr happy with the account you choose... Stephanie was very honest and humble in assisting me with opening a new account... Keep up the great work ladies and gents ... Id give yall 10 star's if i could

Seems like this place is getting worse over the years. The coin machine they have gets stuck over and over again please get a new one I had to stop and go use the heb coin machines. Another thing I notice is no one has a name tag and their was this lady that had a face the whole time like she dint want to help. Please do better!

Tellers are very courteous. Serviceable. The only thing is they are not too knowleged on banking information or procedures. At times they give wrong information and i have to call main office which give contrarily different information which is correct. I have banking experience.

Trash bank.. my girlfriend got scammed with a Instagram link selling diet pills.. they pulled $500 from her account and the lame bank not only didn't catch the fraud; they claimed the facts of their investigation found nothing wrong. $#@! this bank!

Saw on website it opens at 9am , I come rushing because I have to go to work , and they open at 10, now I’m late to work because of the false hours on website.

They charge a 25.00 for a copy of a bank statement this is unreal. I can't believe this is legal 4 thumbs down.
