I was shocked by Lindsey the receptionist unprofessional and very rude approach towards me when asking for help with a pet insurance claim. Unfortunately I had to complain and this was not dealt with fairly. Treatment given was fine however i now go to Vets for pets near Lidl Kings Road where I am made to feel welcome .

They are brilliant. Super friendly, not condescending at all to a new puppy owner. They have done what's right for our puppy even it it means us not paying for a more expensive treatment. Staff very nice and flexible with times and managing the covid situation sensibly too. Put my mind at ease!

Took my cat in today for her injections. Really friendly welcome from the lovely chick on reception. The vet guy was really good with my cat, she was quite frightened by the whole thing but he was quick and efficient and didnt keep her too long. Happy with my visit

Good range of items but need to put more staff on the tills, it was ridiculous and the only thing said was to ask the queue to stand in a different position. Ie stand queuing to the left rather than the right.

Absolutely brilliant. It's taken me 65 years to actually find a vet who cares. Thinks about the animal first And not their bank account.

Have alway taken my cats and dog there. Vets great with the animals even the most nervous ones. Receptionist really welcoming.
