I first heard of FFA when invited to join a couch to 5k training session that Darren and Ali organised for free. I was very unfit at that point and after 12 sessions and through the confidence and progressive training was able to complete this within 20 minutes. Unwilling to give up my new found fitness and all the benefits it brings I now and for the past 2 years attend a weekly session with either 2 or 1 other like minded fitness partner, Darren matched us and we are a very good fit. We were not looking to become marathon runners, just wanting to counter balance our lives and stay fit and healthy but needing that weekly motivation to do so. With Darrens encouragement and nutritional advice and personalised approach I think we have actually smashed our expectations. I would say I am fitter now than 20 years ago, Darren has made me realise that I am fitter and stronger than I thought and I don't think I would have pushed myself without his guidance. The gym in Deptford is always fun and friendly and supportive but the online support and classes throughout the pandemic has been incredible. Darren and the team so quickly and creatively adapted to create a community where our fitness needs and development were considered. Who knew you could get a great workout with a chair and two tins of beans. The affects of which have been far reaching. If you are looking for a Personal Trainer or small group training or joining any online sessions I wouldn't hesitate in reaching out to these guys. Added Nov 2021 I wanted to add to my previous review as have been training with Grace once a week since the beginning of lock down when I wanted to make use of the virtual classes. Grace, like Darren changes the format and work out constantly so it never feels stale. Even virtually, Grace understands individuals strengths and is able to get the best out of everyone and easily adapts each exercise to cater for every fitness level but I always feel pushed. Her classes are so enjoyable and beneficial, I have felt my fitness levels go from strength to strength and can not wait to train with her in real life. She is a great trainer, always positive and always supportive and very funny which is a bonus!

I’ve tried other PTs in the past, but Darren’s approach really works well for me. He is extremely knowledgeable, positive, encouraging & experienced and plans the sessions really well. I’ve found my weekly training programme has been tailored to what I need and to help me achieve my short & long term goals. No single training session has been the same, and it's always been fun and I've been thoroughly motivated. This has led me to learning a lot over the last few months & most importantly keeps the sessions interesting. The studio is also really well equipped with lots of good equipment. For me, a key takeaway from the sessions is developing good habits as well as learning safe and effective exercise habits, which I can apply into my lifelong exercises. This is something Darren is really good at addressing. The regular ‘check ins’ as well as Darren’s approach around coaching when it comes to both exercise, diet and fasting have positively influenced my lifestyle in a long term way. There are various options including 1:1 PT or group training opportunities as well as various online and in person group classes. It’s been a really great investment in myself and I couldn’t recommend Darren and his team more highly! I’d thoroughly recommend you give them a go!
It's rare that you find a gym that actually cares about you as a person, but this is exactly what you get at FitFunActive. I trained briefly with Darren via the small group PT sessions and for seven months with Altesse. Both Darren and Altesse are fantastic trainers and I would highly recommend training with either one of them. I trained with Altesse both in a small group PT setting and also on a one to one basis (following Covid restrictions). I can say with complete confidence that you will never be bored! Each session was well planned, motivating and hard work (which is a good thing!) Unfortunately we experienced lockdown during my time at FitFunActive but that did not stop Altesse from checking in and offering alternative options to keep my training regime going. I wasn't new to training but I did join 6 months after having my first child and my experience here was second to none. If you're looking to get back into training after a break, these guys should be your go to! They will work with you to gradually build your strength and confidence, pushing you a bit further each time until you're squatting 55kg like it's light work (that was a huge achievement for me!) Thank you to Altesse for being a brilliant trainer! FitFunActive is an energetic, motivational, fun and result-producing gym. You will not regret training here!
I first signed up for 10 sessions with Darren Gray in 2014 aged 38. I was 7 or 8 kilos overweight and had been since my early 20s. I’d always thought I could regulate myself well enough being quite a sporty type, but I could never find a routine or a lifestyle that kept me in shape consistently. I was also on the lazy side in terms of regular exercise. The sessions with Darren yielded much quicker results than I would have thought possible. Done in a spirit of enthusiasm, variation and fun, the work-outs encouraged me to think I could find pleasure in getting fit for the first time. There was plenty of excellent dietary information too, which made me realise how much I still had to understand about that side of things. As a musician, I needed a bespoke training programme that wouldn’t over-extend me in a busy performing patch. Darren not only provided that but also gave me an invaluable series of work-out programmes to take on tour. When in town, I also loved the one-on-one training in a gym I could have to myself. I can’t recommend Darren and team enough. It’s some of the best money I’ve spent and I hope to continue for a long time yet.
I have been training with Darren since last summer. I started with 1-2-1 sessions and then progressed to group PT. Darren is an extremely positive and motivational presence, he has been incredibly supportive of my ever-changing work pattern and adapted around my lifestyle. I used to think of exercise as a way to lose weight and burn calories but Darren has changed my mindset about how I think about exercise and my attitude towards it. It is now not only a means to lose weight but to feel better mentally AND physically. I have seen a vast improvement on my mood, concentration and general fitness since training with Darren. I have had a few setbacks but Darren is always there to assist you getting back on track and keeping you focused. Most importantly the workouts are fun and creative. Each week the exercises are switched up and present a new positive challenge. The group I train with are also a lovely, friendly group of people of mixed ability. I've been training 1:1 with Darren for 5 years and continue to be motivated and impressed with his support. Darren has helped me achieve my fitness goals including my first 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Full Tough Mudder as well as helping me safely recover from various injuries. His patience, technical knowledge of exercise and injuries and commitment to his clients is outstanding. I couldn't wish for a better trainer. I can also highly recommend Altesse, my experience with him through group exercise led me to recommend him to my sister for 1:1 personal training and we now supplement our personal training sessions with a shared Personal Training session with Altesse once a week. I also I've also benefitted from FitFun Bootcamp, 5-10K running course and online sessions during COVID and found a friendly, supportive community and made some great friends. Most recently, Grace's energy during her online HIIT classes is next level and make for fun and sweaty class!
I've been doing the small group PT for about 4 months and could not possibly be any happier. Darren is a fantastic trainer for any possible goal. There are max 6 in each class, each with their own training program, that changes weekly, focused on their specific goal. Darren handles everything from massive strength gains, to injuries and rehab, weight loss, or sports performance. Really interesting to see how tailored each program is. I had been strength training for a few years but have seen big improvements in my strength and form. I think the price is extremely fair for how personalised and small the classes are. Darren, and all the coaches, are all really nice, and coach in a very positive way. You won't leave here feeling bad about yourself. Atmosphere in the group is lovely too, nice mix of people from the area. Everyone gets on with their own thing but is happy to be there and really friendly. Highly, highly recommend.
Following spinal surgery 10-months ago, which had left me weak, and with a semi-permanent foot condition, I was very pleased to discover FunFitActive in April 2023. At that time my morale was low and I needed to break the cycle of inactivity to become mobile again. Initially I was assessed by Darren, who then recommended setting up an exercise programme with Altesse. I have been really impressed with my time so far. Altesse has shown extreme patience and while I know my recovery will be a long process I have started to gain confidence, and strength. The team members have impressive anatomical knowledge, along with sound experience in training. To have this regular input from Altesse as part of my overall recovery plan has been excellent, and I have learned from Altesse the importance of gradually increasing expectations of oneself, in addition to the continuous exercise, in order to achieve results. I have been impressed with the way that Altesse has tailored my personal training sessions in line with my specific goals in very creative ways. Each session is well planned out in advance and I have also been given a weekly exercise plan to follow to align with my goals and a nutrition plan to match the type of exercises I am doing. Since I started training, I am definitely seeing and feeling a noticeable progressive difference to my fitness levels in terms of speed, endurance and strength and have gained lean muscle whilst also losing fat. I’ve also learned so much about nutrition and muscle gain and Altesse has been very patient and helpful in answering my constant questions and dealing with my thirst for knowledge! I've been doing PT with Darren over 17 months now and I can say without hesitation, it is one of the best decision I've made in my life. There are various personal and group training opportunities (like small group PT, Boxing, HIIT, Strength classes), and my weekly training programme has been tailored to achieve my short & long term goals throughout. No single training session has been the same, and it's been fun and thoroughly motivated. One of the best things from PT with Darren is I've learnt safe and effective exercise patterns, which I can apply into my lifelong exercises. Darren is very experienced and knowledgeable Personal Training Expert and his coaching to exercise and fasting influenced my lifestyle very positively. Having suffered with a back injury for years I felt it was time to do something about it and I started training with Alteese. This was the best decision I have ever made in regards to my fitness. Ali makes training fun and enjoyable (I actually want to train now) he is so knowledgable, encouraging and has successfully helped me to strengthen my back so that my daily pain is a thing of the past. Every training session is different and I am never bored. Ali is organised and keeps track of my progress so I can see how much stronger/faster/fitter I am getting. Recently I have taken a break from personal training however Ali is still checking in with me and still available for any help or advice I need. I would 100% recommend PT session with Ali to anyone, especially those with injuries.
Before beginning Darren's Couch to 5k course, I had tried and failed to run alone as I simply had no idea what i was doing! I quickly injured myself and ended up in months of physio which was off-putting. I decided next time to join a group. This I started mid January, running in the cold in the park in the dark with a group of others every Thursday night. The course was well organised and structured, very professional and had a relaxed atmosphere. Within a few weeks, I began to really enjoy myself! I found the encouragement and tips very useful and liked the way that WhatsApp group was encouraged not to be overused. I feel as if I have learnt so much and am in a good place to continue running when I can. I feel as if I am now a runner, before I most definitely wasn't!
I was recommended to Darren by a friend who remembered his boxing classes from many years ago. I was so nervous and apprehensive about getting a personal trainer but due to an impending wedding and 4 weeks of no success independently I hit the bullet and made contact. I was so nervous but on speaking to Darren was instantly calmed. He is very thorough, makes sure you as the client are ok and takes time to really understand your circumstances to tailor a programme just for and is so informative, he explains every process as you go along. I left feeling so so positive and full of energy. Would definitley reccomend fitfunactive. They are fun, help you get fit by remaining active. Im really looking forward to my sessions from here on in.
I had a great opportunity to have Altesse as my Personal Trainer over a good 4 months period in 2019. The whole program he set up for me was built up the way to suit my lifestyle (he listened), but still managed to include some changes over my eating habits (especially). Altesse always motivated and pushed me to bring the best out of me, beside the training session, received regular check-ins to ensure I am keeping up with my “homework”. You can have the option to train in the park, or at their very well-equipped studio – which is great as it was only us, so I didn’t have to feel embarrassed in front of other people. I can highly recommend Altesse, and his team!!! Nevertheless I feel much stronger and lost my unwanted 5kg!
Three months before my wedding I reached out to Fit Fun Active. After my consultation, Altesse quickly set-up a personalised plan for me and we started the following week. All of the trainers at Fit Fun Active are incredibly motivational, supportive and experienced. Each session is different to keep it interesting and they’re always a good mix of challenging yourself whilst feeling totally supported and comfortable to do so. My brilliant experience has helped to totally change my attitude towards fitness - I didn’t exercise much before but I now miss it if I can’t make one of the sessions! Even though my wedding is now over, I’m going to continue working with Fit Fun Active and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Not sure how Fitfun choose their PTs, but me too loves working with my PT Lily, I also very unfit person but in 3 weeks my fitness level as definitely improved, I had only intended to train a couple of times a week at the Fitfun studio, but Lily is a highly motivating person and I couldn’t wait to put into practice the things she taught me, so have additionally been working out at my local gym, in the knowledge I can consult Lily by text or person when things go wrong (like the 15mins I spent going backwards on the cross trainer at my local gym left me a bit sore!), but she always brilliant at offering advice (have a hot bath with Radox muscle soak), I have every confidence Lily will help me achieve my goal.
FitFunActive is the place to go for your 1-2-1 personal training experience. Altesse is a very knowledgeable PT, who guided me very well throughout. His calm personality puts you at ease. For a person who doesn't enjoy exercise, he pushed me in the right direction each and every session and listened to my concerns with great detail. I had to make myself go, but each week, I attended my session and enjoyed as much as I could. If your looking for a relaxed atmosphere, all the equipment you need to train, with no judgement but just help and encouragement then get yourself to this gym. Thanks Altesse, much appreciated x
I highly recommend this place to anyone who want to get in shape. I have been doing some 1-2-1session with Darren twice a week. Darren is really helpful and make you feel comfortable. The training session goes really fast and you will enjoy it. I was completely out of shape and suffered for 12 years from sciatica and slipped disc pain. After few weeks of training I am now pain free. The workout are tailored to my specific needs, are gentle but effective. Darren guide you through the process and provide you with workout to do at home, nutrition advice. Just make the first step and give them a call, you will love it.
I am a disability swimmer. I started working with Altesse from fitfunactive in May this year. Shortly after I started to see much better results in the pool. He has been very accommodating to my disability and has managed to make me a more powerful swimmer through working on strengths and weaknesses in the gym. At my latest competition I improved several of my best times and I put much of this down to work I have done with Altesse in the last few months. Therefore I would highly recommend Altesse and fitfunactive, if you're either going into fitness to improve yourself as an athlete or it's for another reason.
I've been training with Grace for over 9 months and can safely say she has totally changed my mindset towards exercise. Before Grace I was too intimidated to go in a gym and I felt totally clueless with where and how to start my fitness journey. She's helped me to see that confidence comes from so much more than just losing weight. *Excellent group session* I was running on the common and saw a group of people training and stopped and spoke to Altesse who suggested I try a taster session. I have now been going each Saturday. - Really great bunch of people who are are very friendly and welcoming. - Altesse does a great job of managing a group with varying levels of fitness and can always provide alternatives. - He is consistently positive and encouraging and uses a wide range of equipment plus body weight. *All round a great way to start the w-end!*
I have been doing the fitfunactive small group personal training sessions with Altesse in Streatham Common for the last 6 months. It has been an incredibly positive and enjoyable experience for me. It has been great to be able to exercise outdoors yet have access to all the equipment such as the TRX, battle ropes, weights etc. The small group setting is ideal for me as I am able to exercise with others and still benefit from a personalised program and instruction from Altesse. I would definitely recommend!
Just finished a block of Grace's group PT classes. No hesitation is saying it's one of the best things I've done this year. I saw a huge difference in my physique even just doing one class a week. She is such a lovely, supportive and encouraging trainer, which makes for a very welcoming atmosphere in the class. She makes a tailored programme for you which works on whatever area you want to improve on (build strength, fitness etc). I would recommend it to anyone wherever they are on their fitness journey.
I've been training with Darren for two years, Initially in weekly one-on-one sessions then moving into twice-weekly small group sessions. Darren has been great at designing exercise varied and challenging exercise regimens. He has also been happy to focus on my fitness goals (distance running) and even designed a half marathon training programme for me to do alongside training with him. His rates are also very reasonable I would recommend Darren to anyone looking to improve their fitness from any level.
I started with FFA as the physio rehab I was doing for a serious injury wasn't working with other programmes elsewhere. I wanted to regain confidence as well as movement and strength. Since beginning my personalised programme with FFA my gains and improvements have surpassed all my expectations and now better than I ever was before! Would certainly recommend to anyone whether its as part of a rehabilitation programme, getting fit or just starting to enjoy exercise again. ten out of ten!

Before seeing Darren, I had a rather dim view of gyms, associating them with a somewhat impersonal and exposing experience. Fit Fun Active has a much more comfortable atmosphere, and Darren somehow manages to apply the pressure in a totally no-pressure way. His friendly and interesting way of squeezing the extra ounce of effort out of me has led to measurable progress and his informative approach has enabled me to apply concepts relating to fitness outside of my sessions with him.
I have been training with Grace as part of her postnatal 'ab rehab' class. Grace really understands postnatal fitness and her classes have been a great way for me to rebuild my fitness confidence and core post baby. The classes were well designed to gradually build up core strength with lots of options in terms of challenge so you could really tailor your sessions to your needs. With babies also welcomed and considered in the sessions, this was a great course for busy mums!
Personal fitness has never been one of my high priorities. Unfortunately, this means it tends to come in small bursts and have a short shelf life. David has not only taught me easy-to-learn skills, but he has raised my awareness of fitness and helped me see a better picture of what I can and should become physically. I am feeling progressively more motivated and eager to see the changes that need to take place. I am so grateful for his motivation and encouragement.
Exceptional personal training with altesse. I lost a substantial amount of weight and more significantly for me personally felt much better mentally. I do not think I would have been able to achieve either of these things without the top notch instruction and support that was offered to me. Which never felt pressured or overbearing. I would happily reccomend fitfun to anyone looking to start restart or improve there exercise (as I believe everyone should be doing!)
I love my PT sessions with Bonnie, they really complement my weekly training and give me that extra boost and focus. I'm in Brockley so sometimes we train in the park but if (when!) the British weather kicks in we head to the studio instead which is really close. I love being outdoors so this works for me but I was really impressed with all the facilities in the studio too, it makes for a really varied workout. Best of both worlds as far as I'm concerned!
I have enjoyed training with Darren for a couple of years and can honestly say he is a very excellent trainer. Each session is a different and interesting and always creative in the use space and objects. i have tried trainers in the past but never managed to find someone who is able to gauge where my level was and how to push me. I had done an ironman before meeting Darren but have never been as fit as i am now. I finish each session being glad for it.

I’ve been coming to FitFunActive for just over a year to train with Henry. I initially started the sessions due to an injury that I wasn’t sure how to exercise with safely. I then kept on with the sessions to get me in shape for my wedding. Training with Henry is always fantastic – he makes sure that there’s plenty of variety and that we’re not repeating the same activities each session and the environment at the gym is really welcoming.
I have been training with Altesse for over a year started with a group pt and moved to a 1-2-1 sessions. Each session was geared up for myself (rugby, rehabilitation and diet.) Altesse helped me to focus on the correct training methods and foods to get the maximum out of me. Generally, each session is a good challenging mix of exercises. I would recommend fit fun for anyone who is serious about making a positive change in their lives.
I've been going to FFA for over a year now and the results have been impressive. Focusing on strength training, the progression has been constant and noticeable which is something I just couldn't achieve training on my own with no real plan. The group PT sessions in particular have been perfect for me with the perfect balance of 1-2-1 instruction and freedom to get my head down and focus on learning the movements and smashing targets.
I have been training with Joe over the last couple of months and it has been fantastic. My fitness levels have improved dramatically. Joe is great at motivating me to work hard in and out of the gym. The sessions are engaging and tailored to my goals and abilities, and I look forward to them every time. I have recently joined the group boxing sessions which are also very good. I have been training with Grace for a few months now because I suffered with a bad back over covid and needed to get my strength and muscle back whilst also not injuring myself. I find Grace super motivating and fun whilst also making me feel safe ensuring that my mobility increases every time we have a one on one PT session. I have been training with Darren for a few months now and he has skilfully guided and gently challenged me to become stronger, fitter and leaner, which I would never have achieved on my own. His scientific knowledge, understanding and observation means a truly bespoke session filled with variety, and also supports a holistic approach to my achieving a fit and healthy lifestyle
Altesse is a great coach, has great energy, and is very encouraging. He helped me develop the right habits to succeed on my fitness journey and helped me build my strength and stamina back up to a point that I didn’t think it could get to given the back injury I sustained. His belief that the sky is the limit will have been a strong contributing factor to that in addition to the fact that he clearly knows what he’s doing.
I have been training with Darren in the small group sessions for a few months and although I used to dread exercise I now look forward to the gym which is not something anyone else has managed to achieve for me! Darren takes a lot of care in designing work outs to fit your goals whilst taking into account any injuries you might have. Having decided to get fit and healthier this summer for my beach holiday I decided to use the services of a Personal Trainer. Darren came highly recommended by a friend. Unsure of whether I had the motivation to do weekly sessions. I signed up for just one session. The session was friendly, relaxed and informative. I Enjoyed it so much I signed up immediately for another nine and hopefully I will see the results.
FitFun's Saturday morning boot-camps were recommended to me so I went along. They were the perfect blend of a good workout and fun for all abilities. It got me back into fitness and now 16 months on having continued with boot camp and now enjoying regular 1-1 PT sessions with Darren I am the fittest I've probably been. Other benefits are that I've made new friends, weigh less and wear a much smaller dress size!
I booked a 10 week course with Altesse. I was apprehensive at first as I haven't previously enjoyed going to the gym. I was pleasantly surprised! The classes were really fun, good variety and a good pace, whilst challenging me to push myself further each class. If you're thinking about getting fit, I would definitely recomend these guys. They'll push you to get your fitness up, but you will have fun doing it!

I've been training with Altesse for 6 months now and it's been great. I did it initially to get out of a rut during lockdown, but carried on training as it made me feel better all round, and physically and mentally. Knowledgable and friendly and good at motivating you. My fitness has gone well up and my running times have come down, now training for a half marathon. I would definitely recommend.
Two years ago I'd never have thought I'd be a keen runner or someone who enjoys exercise but training with Altesse has made that a reality. I have really enjoyed my PT sessions with Altesse having always previously hated any kind of weights etc. Altesse listened to what my goals were and tailored our sessions to meet these and made them fun at the same time. He also helped me with a training plan for running and the much needed extra motivation! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a gentle push to reach their goals.
The personal training here is of a very high stand. I drive 45 minutes to use the trainer here rather than at the gym down the road as quality of training is superior. Having a muscle condition means I cannot train in the same way as many people, however here specific techniques have been developed for me so I am fitter and reaching my weight goals. Darren is a brilliant personal trainer. I signed up to 20 sessions in the run up to my wedding and he helped me to reach and even exceed my goals in manageable way - I can't recommended him highly enough! His sessions were varied, fun and challenging and he always kept it interesting. His advice on diet was invaluable and I'm still reaping the benefits of that now. Thank you Darren!
I attended Grace Strang’s Ab Rehab class- and it was fantastic. I wish I had found something like this sooner. It’s exactly what I needed after two kids and made me feel a lot more confident about my problem area. Grace is a great trainer- I have attended post-natal classes before but I now finally realise how to do these post-natal exercises properly! Thank you Grace
I started Personal Training with Jenni in May 2019 at FitFunActive and I love it! Jenni has pushed me to reach my goals and challenge myself. The studio has a great range of equipment so my sessions are varied and challenging! Jenni makes always makes the sessions fun; she has helped build my confidence in the gym and I am feeling stronger than ever, so thank you Jenni!
I’ve been attending classes at Fitfun for a good few years now from boot camp & kettlebells with Ali & Darren to Grace more recently during lockdown on zoom for her HITT class which has really kept me going. Graces class is well structured & thought out delivered in a professional but fun way.I find Graces class physically beneficial & a really good start my weekend.
Darren is a great PT. My friend and I had never had a pt before and Darren has been great, he’s made us actually enjoy exercise. Our body shapes have changed with minimal effort and Darren always asks for feedback and takes it on. We are lifers now, he has got us hooked! He will tailor to what you want to do and achieve, not pushy but is motivating! Highly recommend
Darren and the team are brilliant and a lovely bunch. The regular group PT sessions are a great way to get a bespoke service for a very reasonable price. They will work with you to figure out what’s best for you, help you get over injuries, push you to your safe limit and generally bring smiles and great vibes. Best gym in Deptford, actually best gym in London.
I have just completed 10 weeks of group PT led by Grace and I can’t recommend it enough. The Group PT was organised to perfection that you could focus on yourself whilst being in a group and use a range of equipment. Grace really understood my needs to build my confidence and get back to fitness after having a baby. If anyone is thinking of doing it, go for it!
I really recommend PT group lessons with Grace. She is really motivating in a fun way and I like the dynamic of a group class rather than one to one. I still get lots of input from Grace on what to work on and how to get to my goals but in a more relaxed atmosphere. She's also really flexible in terms of when I can't make sessions. Can't recommend enough!
I absolutely love this place, as well as my incredible PT: Vaida. I had a knee injury that put me off working out for a long time and with Vaida that pain has entirely vanished. Her form and her teaching is of the highest quality. I recommend her very highly and also find the training space complete with a lovely atmosphere. Well worth it all !

Darren plans each session according to your fitness goals, he is super knowledgeable and encouraging, training is so custom my training sessions are in Spanish! I love Grace’s classes!! She has such energy and enthusiasm. I can’t believe she worked the whole way through her pregnancy, amazing! I first started sessions with him in April last year as I was going on a dinghy sailing course and felt that I wasn't fit or strong enough to get the most out of it. Not only has he worked wonders with my strength and conditioning, he has got me running, which I never thought I would, and he has boosted my physical self-confidence.

I have been seeing Darren for about five years. His 1:1 sessions are never dull, he always innovates and i never get bored. He is focused on getting the results for me and is paying attention to how I am moving (I have had severe back issues historically). In short I could not recommend Darren highly enough!!!

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. I want to give a shout out to my trainer in particular - Casey Weston. He’s great. He’s good at designing and leading me through workouts and has helped me achieve my weight loss targets over the last few months that I have been working with him.
I’ve been training with Ali now for a year and the results I’ve seen are absolutely amazing!! He makes sure that every pt session is different and (mostly) fun!! Because of him I was able to run my first half marathon! I would recommend Fitfun to anyone who wants to change their lifestyle!!
I have been training with Altesse for over 5 years, and he is a great PT. When I originally started my objective was to run a sub 1hr50m half marathon, and have since run sub 1hr40m. The sessions are always varied, and tailored to help or avoid injuries. Here's to another 5 years!
I never thought I'd enjoy the gym and now I'm addicted. First time in a gym for 10 years and I'm now here 3 x a week. This place works for me and I'm now fitter than I've been for years! I've lost weight and gained energy. A really great atmosphere and Altesse is a great trainer.

I have been training with Grace for awhile and fully rate her as a personal trainer .. each week she brings something new to the session so it never gets boring! Grace encourages me to not only train well but to set realistic and achievable goals. Thoroughly recommend her!

Milo has been amazing to work with. I’ve been training with him for 5 months and his session have been great. He’s been particularly good at adapting the sessions for my many pre existing injuries, and I would highly recommend training with him!

Darren designs great training programmes which are tailored to help you achieve your goals. The workouts are all different and varied which keeps them interesting and the gym is really well equipped. Would really recommend.
The personal training sessions I got to have helped with my general fitness in rugby and basketball. Ive also been to a few bootcamp sessions which are very organised and run to a high standard by the personal trainers.
Fit Fun Active sessions in Streatham with Altesse are excellent. Tailored to the individual whilst also having the group spirit. It's also great to excersize in the fresh air and in all weather. Definitely recommend!
I returned back to Altesse for 121 sessions. I cannot recommend him enough, he pushes me and motivates me whilst being patient and supportive. He's extremely knowledgeable and a pillar of the community.
I did the postnatal AB rehab course with Grace and it was brilliant. Extremely informative and clear and my core is getting stronger with each session ! An essential course for postnatal recovery ! : )
