The attention to detail in the interior design was impeccable, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made it a joy to prepare meals, and the high-quality appliances added a touch of luxury. The comfortable beds, plush linens, and ample storage space in the bedrooms ensured a restful stay. The bathrooms were pristine, featuring sleek fixtures and a selection of high-end toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the private terrace. It offered an oasis in South Miami Beach and mesmerizing views. The location of the penthouse was ideal, conveniently situated near popular attractions, dining options, and shopping venues. I was able to explore the city with ease and return to the peaceful retreat of the penthouse at the end of the day. Overall, my experience in the penthouse rental was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodation, breathtaking views, impeccable amenities, and excellent customer service combined to create an unforgettable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this penthouse rental to anyone seeking a truly five-star experience.

Rented a 3 bedroom suite at the 1 Hotel Residences and the master bathroom had no hot water for the entire stay. Multiple visits from building facilities, at the end really wasn't able to provide any solution. For this type of property rental, I was pretty shocked that they expected their guests to take cold showers, which I did my entire stay. I asked for them to make it right, either by switching rooms or offering some credit, neither of which they did. Would not recommend, they have no control over the facilities and if hot water is part of your minimum expectations, they don't make it right. Also, don't be fooled by their Google reviews, they deliberately slow play late checkout requests that you make in advance so that on the day of checkout they can offer late checkout in exchange for positive google reviews. They offer a luxury concierge, which is pretty much useless compared to using Uber Eats for deliveries of beverages/liquor, etc. I used their "luxury concierge" for some wine/drink order that they could not guarantee the same night of the order, and ended up taking multiple hours. I just ordered the same thing on Uber Eats and it came in 30 minutes. I then asked them to refund my original order and they refused. Nothing guest centric about this experience at all.

My girlfriends and I stayed at the One Hotel residences in Miami Beach for the first time to celebrate our joint birthdays. I cannot tell you enough about how pleasant and outstanding our experience was staying there. The residence we stayed at was a 3 bedroom that slept 8 and it was amazing. It was clean, big and enough showers and beds to accommodate all 8 of us. We were met with nothing but warm hospitality and all the luxuries that a 5 star resort can offer. Our ambassadors Adriana and Danny made sure to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. They attended to all of our needs and I’d we needed anything or had any issues they would send someone over to help or fix it immediately. I would highly recommend this resort and I know for a fact that when not if I come back to Miami I for sure won’t stay anywhere else but here. It’s the perfect place for a girls trip or a big family.

I recently stayed at a charming 1-bedroom Airbnb in Miami Beach, and it was an absolute gem! The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the beautiful beach and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom was comfortable, and the living area was well decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs, and the bathroom was clean and modern. One of the highlights of this room was the stunning view from the balcony. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while taking in the breathtaking ocean view. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway in Miami Beach. It was a memorable and delightful stay!

Promised unit in picture and was switched to another unit on day of arrival. No black out shade in bedroom and the roller shade was broken in bedroom. Needed maintenance which they sent during my stay and never repaired. No view of ocean from any sitting area only the patio. I booked ocean view see pic. No restitution so far. Would not even accommodate a late check out. Conceirge services is also a sham after the meet and great. This is my second bad experience and I will not give the company a third, regardless of the promises to make it better. Last time we had no toilet paper replenishment the entire stay and housekeeping showed up once, instead of everyday as booked. When you are on vacation you don’t want to worry about maintenance and not recieving what you booked. Avoid this stress and frustration from lack of service.

I cannot recommend Five Star Luxury highly enough. They hooked me up with the most beautiful condo for my bachelorette trip and ensured that me and my friends had an unforgettable stay! We stayed in seaside breeze at 1Homes and the place was spotless. Adriana worked with me from start to finish to make sure everything went smoothly, and she also checked in on us each day of our trip to ask if we needed anything. I also can't speak highly enough about Gonzalo, the concierge. He secured every reservation we wanted (especially at high demand locations) and stocked our fridge for us upon arrival. Truly, I can't imagine my bachelorette trip without the exceptional customer service and hospitality provided by five star luxury. Seriously look no further when booking your next stay in Miami! An amazing experience and weekend! Exceptional and panoramic views from all rooms- especially the corner room! The gym was extremely large for any hotel in Miami and well equipped — even had a Nordic ski machine! The kitchen was massive and well equipped- the only thing was it was missing salt and pepper but we picked it up from somebody’s room service tray so all good! Very large rooms and a pullout couch as well. The rooftop pool was beautiful and very peaceful on weekday. Really nice service and you get to lay in a special corner only for residents. Five star helped w stocking up the fridge with their concierge service which was very much appreciated. Soul cycle and amazing shopping in the same building! One of our favourite weekends and we would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a vacation!! THANKYOU!!!

I love this place and love the service from Five Star luxury travel!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. First the place: beautiful, clean and better than the photos. All the decor is contemporary and looks brand new. The kitchen and the laundry appliances are high end and new. What makes the experience great, however, is the service especially Daniel and Gonzalo. They reached out prior to the visit multiple times to help arrange our transportation, groceries, reservations and any activities that we needed. It was better service than I have gotten at the One Hotel itself. Being able to use the One amenities was seamless and puts it over the top. I can’t imagine coming back to Miami and not using this team and this place again !

My friends and I booked a direct ocean condo for our annual girls trip and let me tell you this company did not disappoint! The reservations department Monica is so accommodating in ensuring you book the best condo for your occasion. They have 2 guest services ambassadors Adriana and Danny that were super helpful for all of our needs and respond within minutes. Also, their concierge Gonzalo is next level. We booked our stay at the one hotel through five star luxury and it couldn’t have been a better experience!! They were incredibly accommodating and hospitable from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They stayed in contact with us up until we arrived at the hotel and throughout the duration of our stay to check in and make sure we were well taken care of. As soon as we stepped into the hotel they came to greet us and take us to our rooms to make sure we were all settled in and comfortable. It’s the only company I’ll ever use to book a trip!!! I booked the 1 Hotel South beach thru Five Star Luxury Travel and have received 5 star service since my inquiry. My room had all of the hotel amenities included with the bonus of extra space , a full kitchen & a washer/ dryer. Not to mention you can’t beat their rates. Monica S in reservations was very attentive & helped make booking so smooth I extended to stay an extra day. The condo decor is sleek and stunning. The access to the house car for local drop offs was a huge bonus. The burger at the Beach Club is a must try & a very generous portion. All around great vibe & great service . I can’t wait to plan another trip back !

We stayed at this place for 10 nights Dec 2022. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel residences are the move - you get to stay in larger units with similar design, but enjoy the hotel pool, gym, and beach all the same as staying in the hotel. The residence side is actually quieter. The staff at the front desk and bellman all care about your stay. Furthermore, everyone at Five Star Luxury Travel make your stay special. Danny, Adriana, & Gonzalo made every arrangement for us that made our trip easy and amazing. We would definitely recommend this home and the company that manages it for a perfect stay in south beach.

My family visited me in New York from Latvia and I decided to take them away to Miami for a long weekend. Fortunately, I found this wonderful apartment on VRBO and I couldn’t have been happier. The condo was absolutely as described even better in person. Immaculate, cleaning and great prompt service. The photos look exactly like the room and I loved every minute of my stay! Rented La Mer D Azur at 1 hotel for a long weekend. Five Star Luxury Travel made all the arrangements and provided excellent service throughout the trip. The Five Star Team is truly 5 stars. Came to 1 Hotel Residences for my wife’s birthday. They set up a beautiful bouquet and Rose in the room with less than 24 hour notice. Made the trip relaxing and seamless.

Worst service ever. I had to chase them down twice to make sure my booking went through. Then I asked for an early check in and offered to pay extra. Nobody got back to me for days. I specifically noted that I do not want to book unless I can get early check in. I get to the hotel and they are like check in is at 4pm. I got here at 5am. Rude and unprofessional.

Checkin was so easy and the 1 hotel is amazing. Our condo was just like the pictures. Very clean and all the comforts of home. Rooftop pool is great for adults! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this condo for any group coming to Miami! We won’t stay anywhere else ever again. The 3 bedrooms were so big and cozy, the view is amazing and having access to all of the hotel amenities was key. We had 6 girls in our party and it was beyond spacious and having a full kitchen came in so handy.

All hotel/residence staff are accommodating and courteous. Added bonus is the ability to use the electric car at the hotel.

This place exceeded our expectations. We were right on the beach with easy access. The hotel has three great pools and the restaurants had great food and solid service. Our stay at PH1606 was wonderful. The unit is better than the photos…It is stunning, so tastefully decorated and the views are amazing. The service was incredible and we really enjoyed all the 1 Hotel amenities. We will definitely come back to 1606 the next time we are in Miami!!

We stayed at the four bedroom penthouse unit at the 1 Hotel in South Beach and had a wonderful time! The unit was exactly as pictured/described and gorgeously appointed, and the service was great with all my questions and requests answered promptly! Can't wait to stay again!

The photos of the PH1720 does not to it justice. It is even more beautiful in person - as if that’s even possible. The view, the decor, the food, the service - was amazing. We would come back in a heartbeat and would consider buying here. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This room at the Setai residences is my favorite hotel room/AirBnB of all time. The oceanfront wraparound view is crazy, and the apartment is huge with plenty of room for a family. This will always be my first choice of where to stay on all my trips to Miami.

We had a fantastic girls weekend at this property. The condo was beautiful and clean. We had groceries and champagne delivered and Adriana (concierge) had everything put away and set up upon our arrival. Loved the amenities as well. Definitely recommend.

Host was incredibly accommodating. They stayed in touch all weekend to make sure all our needs were met. The space was immaculate and beautiful. The beds were the most comfortable we ever slept on. Had an incredible weekend at this beautiful residence.

The 1 hotel is a great place for relaxation, & Fun activities . The staff only make the experience easier due to them being very helpful . Daniel has always helped me in best way possible he is very considerate of others .thank you for service Daniel.

Adriana was great at assisting and getting us familiar with the unit and hotel. Amazing unit we had 7 guests and we all slept comfortably. The unit has 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms, and a pull out couch. You have access to all the hotel amenities.
