After a minor accident (with an uninsured drive who backed into my car), my insurance (Farmers) sent me to Fix Auto Folsom. It was the first time I had an accident and had to get my car fixed. I had an amazing service and a great experience. All of the employees were super helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed properly. They even helped me with some minor things that I could not figure out myself just because they were so kind. They had to keep my car one more work day than initially estimated but they communicated with me regularly throughout the process to make sure that the delay did not cause any issues. Also Farmers and Fix Auto have an agreement with Enterprise. My insurance organized a rental and I was able to return the rental car to Fix Auto, which made everything much easier. I hope I never have to get my car fixed again but if I do, Fix Auto Folsom would be my first choice.

I am so happy with my experience!! It’s overwhelmingly stressful to deal with insurance / car accident repairs as is, but Josh, Mark, and the entire Fix Auto Folsom team were amazing and easy to work with. I was anxious to get my RAV4 repairs done after getting rear-ended a few weeks prior. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they seamlessly coordinated with Fix Auto to complete the repairs. The entire team provided excellent customer service - they provided an accurate estimate of the repairs the day I brought my car in, dropped off my car just two days after, and my car was fixed back to its original state within just 1 week! Throughout this entire process they were transparent and maintained consistent communication. Beyond grateful for Fix Auto Folsom for coming to my car’s rescue!!

My car was involved in a hit and run while parked at an Airbnb near St. Mary Center while interning. I was devastated. A neighbor suggested another company but I called my Insurance Company and they immediately suggested Fix Auto. They were friendly and almost prompt. They could have communicated a little better while my car was there because it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. I would call with no answer. BUT then the shop manager called when it was ready and explained that the dealership kept sending them the wrong parts and why it took longer than expected. I'm a communicator and I just needed to hear that when I called. All was well and I was satisfied. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. EXCELLENT WORK.

DON'T GO. I sent my car to this shop to replace the front bumper, and sadly resulted many scratches on the new bumper, plus they somehow managed to make scratches on my driverside mirror as well. Most pathetically they mis-install my fog lights, that I notice when I checked my car at home, and I notice the fog lights was not what it looked like as before. So I went back to the shop and wanted to have them fix it, a few of them discussed, even tried to placed the fog light back to the old bumper to show me that there's no problem. But they installed wrong, and I am going to go back to the shop and **** them and their poor to none profession. AND TRUST ME IT IS GOING TO BE MY LAST TIME TO THAT SHOP.

Fix Auto is terrific. My front bumper had been nearly completely torn off the car. They took amazing care of me. When I first took the car in for the estimate, the front bumper was barely hanging on by one end. Not drivable. Mark did the estimate and temporarily attached the bumper using clear tape, so it was fully drivable while they ordered parts etc. Then they had the car for 3 days to do all the work – and they did outstanding work. And they washed and detailed the car….. It looks brand new. Josh, Mark that the team are all great and their work best in class. And the work is guaranteed as long as I own the car. Highly recommend Fix Auto.

If there were more stars to give, I would give them deserve a few more. Fix Auto was simply amazing, since my first call. I originally called the Divisadero St location, but they were booked so they scheduled an appointment at the Folsom St one. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had Hertz pick up my kids and I. They gave me plenty of updates and kept me in the loop the entire time. Drop off was a breeze, I brought the rental car directly to them. 2 gentlemen helped me unload my 3 kids and all our stuff, . Fix Auto was a full service auto body shop, going above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!

My insurance company pointed me to a list of body shops I could use, and I chose Fix Auto Folsom because the reviews looked good, but more importantly, they are a local business and I will always support locals first. I was blown away by the extra effort the crew went through to support an oddball situation with my car. These guys went to two dealerships trying to find a spare wheel lock key that I had misplaced. Where anyone else would have said "you're SOL", these guys put customer service into overdrive. My car's bodywork turned out showroom new, and my faith in humanity boosted up with their high octane kindness.

I have used this shop for many years. This is a family business, and they operate it as one. They value their customers, but they also treat their employees well, and are master craftsmen. You can be sure that every detail is perfect. They repair your car perfectly, but also work with the insurance companies, rent car companies, etc. Josh showed me around the shop today and explained how they use systems and materials that are safer for the environment - he really cares. They go above and beyond. I won't let anyone else touch my cars.

I recently used Fix Auto Folsom to repair damage the front bumper of my 2011 Volvo. The team did an amazing job and was extremely responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. Jessie worked with my schedule, and made this whole experience pretty painless. Dealing with some personal issues, and scheduling, I was able to have a friend come grab my car for me since I was out of town. Asked my friend if he had any issues picking up my vehicle - friend said nope - it was super easy and Jessie was already expecting him. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my 4runner. Life has been a bit of a nightmare lately, but happy that Jessie and Fix Auto Folsom helped alleviate some of the stress.

Great service! I was referred to them by Farmers insurance after my unfortunate side swipe. They took the time to inspect the damage, explained everything to me, scheduled the drop off date, had rental company pick me up to get a rental car. They told me it was going to take 6-7 days. On day 4 they called me and told me it was ready. I was able to drop off my rental right at the collision shop. The repair was flawless. They were very courteous and informative. These guys are amazing!

I brought my Honda Civic in for some repairs after someone hit my car in a parking lot. From the very beginning everyone was very helpful, professional and nice. They made the process very easy as far as coordinating with insurance, etc. There was a lot of work to do on the car so it took several days, but the results are stunning. The car looks great! They cleaned and vacuumed the entire vehicle and went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Fix Auto Folsom!

I cant believe what a good job these guys did repairing the front end of my 98 4 runner. After an unfortunate encounter with the rear end of a suburban full of undercover federal LEO's ( those things are built like tanks), my front end was pretty well crushed. They helped me navigate the process and make reasonable decisions and in the end the vehicle looked better than when i bought it in 2005. Most likely will be visiting them again, statistically speaking.

Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer at Fix Auto Folsom. Fortunately this Lofrano family owned business has come through every time with exemplary work in repairing my car accident damage. They are thorough, have A1 customer service, fast turn around repair times, are connected with my insurance company(USAA) is a bonus!, have convenient locations in SF and best of all my car looks great. They even washed it! :-) IMO, Best Auto repair shop in SF!!

Our beautiful car was hit in the parking lot and someone broke the tail light. While for some this may be trivial we keep our car in excellent shape so we had it repaired by the pros. The job was completed and Mark the scheduler and parts man was just terrific. We have actually used this place once before and came back because of the quality workmanship. Also just referred a friend who had a fender bender so that’s the highest form of thanks!

Used this body repair shop for an insurance claim, both nationwide and USAA recommended this place. Can't speak to the work because my car was totalled but they were friendly and professional and quick to give the estimate for repairs once they had the car. One star off for difficulty coordinating with them, phone would be busy, ring with no answer and/or the mailbox would be full, which delayed everything at least a week.

I went there for fixing the broken tail light and small dent at the rear bumper. I was so surprised by the estimate for $3,000 and then added another $300 when fished the job. But the most devastation is I came in with 6 diagnosis error codes but came out with 8, and a broken oil sensor. And they refused to take responsibility on the broken sensor which I have to go to somewhere else to fix. Pricy and nonprofessional!

My car was recently hit by another driver and I was able to get a thorough quote from Fix Auto Folsom the next day and had my car back a week later. They handled everything with the insurance company and kept me updated at every step of the way. They are also very conscientious about COVID without it impacting service. They were so friendly and so professional and my car looks brand new. Highly recommended!

Had the car dropped here after a minor collision based on a recommendation from USAA. They were able to get our repair done in a timely manner and with a personal touch. They were also able to take care of returning our rental car so when our car was done we could just pick up our vehicle and leave the rental with them to take care of, which felt like a luxury. I've used Fix Auto three times now. All three experiences have been great. The work is high quality, they communicated charges straightforwardly, they updated me as work progressed, and they got the car back to me on time or ahead of schedule. I will continue to bring my car back here. I've used a couple other auto body shops in SF and Fix Auto is just a step above.

Service techs were super friendly and professional. They really helped me out because my back window is on back order from Germany so they were able to find a used one to give me something secure to use until the new one arrives. I appreciated their help! Having a plastic bag over your window for months is not a good solution during the rains and for safety.

These guys are great! They were extremely helpful with fixing my husbands 4 runner. They provided very economical solutions that left his car looking better than when he bought it. Throughout the process they maintained constant communication about the status of the repair and kept us informed about what they found during the repair. 10/10 would reccomend.

Got a hit and run and brought my car in the shop to fix; after 1 month of struggle they told me to pick up the car and nothing was fixed. Took me a total of two and a half month to get my car back. Staff always say they will reach out back to you with phone or email, but they never do until you call yourself. Avoid if you can.

Fix auto was top notch. Jesse the shop manager went above and beyond helping me with Geico. I had 1990 landcruiser that was a recovered theft and he painstakingly went through all the damage, took pictures and battled geico on my behalf. He was was awesome! Thanks to Josh the owner and Jesse!

Fix Auto was able to get my car in and get the work completed quickly and at a reasonable price. The damaged areas look brand new now. Their staff called every few days to provide updates and worked directly with my insurance company. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Level of the repairs was amazing. All the paint matched. The body lines looked like factory. The only complaint that I had was that there was grease marks on the interior of the car on the doors and part of the dash from what looked like handprints. Would definitely use fix auto again!!

Been here 3 times. Have had good experience with them. But just got my car back and I thought the right blinker light was out so I went and got a new bulb. Nope turns out they didn’t plug in my right break light or the turn signal. Good car shop but attention to detail was not there.

They are really overpriced! 2 small dent they said 5 6 hours work which is impossible and they asked 1800$. I asked couple place and everybody said 500-800 $ I just wanted to get offer but I was shocked!
