Well the drinks was great.I had the passion fruit maito and a pina colada my step daughter had a rum punch. The food was good but it took over an hour to come to the table. I guess they really just wanted to stick to the happy hour menu but it’s a restaurant & lounge so the main menu should always be ready to order. I ordered from the happy hour menu the fish shrimp and chips which I though came with fish but in small print it said OR fish. So, I received only 4 shrimp with a hand full of fries , I think that portion of the menu should be amended to just combine the shrimp and fish together because 4 shrimps and a hand full of fries is over priced at $12. My step daughter ordered Lobster said it was good but the plain white rice need some gravy. My son order salmon burger which was under seasoned and no special sauce was present to enhance the flavor. The sweet potato fries was good. The music was too loud it was uncomfortable loud.The waitress did tell us our food would be a while but when we got it she kept coming to ask if we was finished like rushing us and there was no need for that because inside was practically empty. I will revisit hopefully the experience is better and not so weird and awkward.

Celebrated my 32nd birthday here and I must say…. It was definitely worth it! It’s cute with a nice ambiance inside. There’s two levels at Flava II and we started out with our reservation downstairs where we ate. It’s a lot more chill downstairs. We shared a seafood pizza which was perfectly seasoned and contained lobster, salmon and shrimp. This appetizer was my favorite thing here honestly. We also had Calamari with their house signature spicy marinara which was fried to perfection. The quesadilla was great as well. For entrees we had The Salmon with mash potatoes and veggies and Stuffed shrimp with the same sides and a side of spicy fried rice. The stuffed shrimp was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend 10/10, chefs kiss. We went upstairs once we finished eating to vibe out and dance and continued drinking. The music was great, the dj did his thing and I had a great time with my people. I will say I was very disappointed they did not have hookah but it was still worth the visit since they allowed in our vapes. Will visit again for sure. Thanks guys!

I made a reservation for a birthday party when me and my guests arrived there was no accommodations. The designated space was downstairs at random tables. I asked to be moved up to the main floor so everyone could be together and I was told I had to purchase 2 bottles in order to move to that space. I was very disappointed with management and how the situation was handled. So after being forced to commit to purchasing 2 bottles all of a sudden they ran out of the menu priced bottles of $170 but only had a bigger bottles for $220. I spoke with the bartender and she told me she can give me 2 for $400. I was appalled with the service provided for me and my guest. I ordered a platter which came with no napkins plates etc. I love to support black businesses but this was a slap in the face to me and all my guests. If I could leave no stars I would. The only positive feedback I can say is that the Dj's were great.

Please note- this place only received 3 stars because the Dj was incredible! Dj-Please leave this establishment because you are a gem and undervalued there. With that being said, let’s move on to the service: which was unbelievably poor. I booked this place for my cousin because it looked like a vibe on ig. However, he and many of his guests were dissatisfied with how long it took for their food and drinks to come out. Some were even asked several times to repeat their order. Also, the false advertisement was criminal when it pertains to their brunch menu and the cake. At no time, was I told that there would be a cake cutting fee for $50! Meanwhile, our party made their rent for the month! Honestly, it’s laughable. The food and drinks were mediocre too. So, if you’re not coming in there with a party over 20 persons, expect to be sitting there by yourself. Because the place was that empty.

Worse experience, staff and owner beyond disrespectful. Literally called the police because I order hookah and a drink, went to the bathroom came out and all my stuff was gone. Went to the bartender and explained I went to the bathroom where’s the stuff I paid for where she proceeds to roll her eyes and make me a new drink. When I ask what’s the problem I did not receive answers. Now the hookah I was told by the manager/owner that the person in charge of the hookah isn’t here. I said ok let me get that persons information or let me know when I could come back for me refund. He hands me $10 and says that’s all I’m going to get he doesn’t care. Would never suggest this place and definitely will never be back. Complete trash. P.S. Foods not good here so don’t even waste your time.

The restaurant vibe was good however, service was AWFUL my waitress sat on her phone for almost the entire service and when I order my appetizers I didn’t get it. She took our menus before asking if we need anything else like an “entree” she just walk away and left us there on top of that our food took like a hour and change to get to our table. My bill came of $116 my state tax is $10 and some cents and GRATUITY was 17% so I just gave this to you a whole $20 for no REASON!!!! I am pretty upset not gone lie I was recommended to this restaurant by a friend but after this I would recommend my enemy unless your gonna just drink!

What I would definitely say is they are great at marketing and whoever does their social media needs an award! The lively exciting vibe that was captured on their Instagram is definitely not the vibe in real time. The place is very out dated and styled in that way. There was minimal people there and we waited for an hour and a half for our food. Some.of the food was cold when it came out. The drinks were sub par. One of the employee’s made a nice gesture by giving us a round of drinks on the house as an apology for the long wait time for our food. All in all I would never recommend it or would I ever go back.

First time at the restaurant 6/20/22, the space and setting is nice. The music was too loud can’t really talk amongst friends, limited staff, drinks are okay but could be better. The wait time for food was almost an hour and the staff was a bit disorganized. No management to control the the flow of the atmosphere. I watched as other tables food come out slowly and staff was talking over guest food (not good) it’s still Covid season, please hold the food at a distance. Still debating if I would like to come back here or refer a friend. Still waiting for the food to have a better judgement ordered since 7:15pm its now 8:16 and still waiting even when I inquired about it 10 min prior.

If you looking for decent food and bad customer service this is the place to be. I went there on Sunday and they had a private event charging $30 to get in. Let me say this it was not worth it. Then there brunch menu was very limited and they didn't have some items available. The prices on the menu was incorrect to what they charged me and I asked the server and her response was this is the price and it was never adjusted smh.. Well as a business owner the advertised price is the price so yall need to do better. Extra items was also added on to my order also, which she had to fix. Honestly I will never go back there again. Too bad it was a local spot.

Terrible experience for a first time. Waited to be seated for about 15 minutes (understandable).9 Once placing my drink I waited forever to receive it. Waitress never came back to ask if I wanted to order food. I had to go look for them. They kept saying that downstairs was so busy and that they would be back to take my order. Took my order and I assumed it was going to be placed. Came back 45 mins later to tell me that it was still super busy and that there would be no point in ordering food. Basically spent almost 3 hours there and didn’t even get to eat. The service was horrible there. The only thing great about that place was the DJ.

Attended a retirement celebration for an awesome lady friend; it was beautiful. Not huge in square footage but a nice space to host the event, which accommodated a good 50 people or so using maybe 8 chairs to each table, maybe even more. I learned the decor was compliments of an external event planner. I'm not certain who catered the food, nor who serviced the event. I will say there was plenty of food, and it was tasty! That escovitch (excuse me if it's misspelled) was saying something!! Very flavorful. Overall, it was a great crowd and intimate event space, with enough room to have a DJ set up as well.

Worst experience ever! My party and I came in about 9:30 PM for dinner. We waited for over 2 hours for our food to come out to our table. The waitress was very nice and kept checking on us because of how long the wait was. She was kind enough to bring out our drinks at a timely manner but we were still fustrated about the wait. No manager came to us to apologize for the long wait. We were all over It and by time our food was ready we requested to take It home because that was just unacceptable. If It wasn’t for our waitress, this place would be getting ZERO STARS. Please do better & have better management.

I gave 3 stars but i would have liked to give more because the food and drinks were amazing. What was extremely disappointing to my husband and i was the fact we had to pay $40 to go in to sit and eat. PLUS…. The gratuity was automatically included in the bill which is basically the norm now. But in the area were people were eating & bar (about 35) was different from the lower level were i believe was suppose to be the party area which was not in our interest. So why were we charged a fee to eat? Our waitress was amazing and the food was great, but if this is how it is on a regular we wont be returning.

I would give this place 5 stars, but I had to wait for my food for more than 30 minutes and it wasn’t a busy Friday night. Chill. Laid back night and it was just 2 of us. My server didn’t come to check up on us nor keep us posted on the process of the food. The manager noticed we had been sitting for a while and was on it. My friend ordered Henny wings, but got sweet chili wings instead. The food was good and the drinks too. Despite the long wait, bad service from our server, and the wrong food order; I would come here again. The DJ was rockin all night with the music!! :)

I visited this place while on vacation. Very dissatisfied with the service here . I personally ordered one drink and a red velvet cake that was stale. There were other girls at the table who were not with me and the bartender decided to charge my card for several different things that I did not purchase and told me to figure it out with the other girls . Instead of her going to ask everyone who ordered something for their debit cards she charged mine. Very strange place . Wouldn’t recommend for visitors . (USE CASH!!!)

This has come to be my FAVORITE spot in BK . The vibe is everything! The drinks are strong & well mixed and the food is always flavorful and fresh! They don't give you *eight* pieces of chicken and it's actually two wings cut in half like most of these spots. Your belly will be well full!! This is how lounges used to be before nyc got bougie and overpriced with little quantity. I highly recommend. I've been in love with this spot since earlier this year. Other bars and lounges can take notes for them. #GoodVibes

For food and drinks, we ordered: Crab Cakes Henny Punch Fish Bowl ️ Stuffed Shrimp w/ Mashed Potatoes & Mixed Vegetables Asian Fusion Wings Calamari Canarsie Fish Bowl ️ Stuffed Salmon w/ Mashed Potatoes & Mixed Vegetables Food, drinks, music and vibes were on point! Plus I heard they get lit on the weekends

The table experience was horrible. Had to keep calling her for assistance. Then they bought the food with no utensils then we had to wait for the utensils. Our waitress disappeared wanted dessert we asked the other young lady she said she'll get the waitress which took another 15 minutes then at the end of the day the waitress said who I asked she took the order then I don't know why she couldn't just take the order until the woman that's what we wanted but horrible service.

Love this place. Love that they happy hour until 9. Drinks are really good. Love their chicken sliders& fries. Rasta pasta is decent. Waitresses are friendly, dj is good plays a variety of music. Definitely will start coming here more often. Only annoying thing is that there's been flies flying around everytime i go, especially downstairs. They need to do something about that.

The ambiance was nice, but this was my 1st and last time going. The food took a bit long to come out considering there were only 7 people in the entire lounge including my party of 2. The drink, a coconut mojito was ridiculously strong, I couldn't enjoy it all. The food, oxtail w/ rice and peas was pretty good, but a bit spicy. Midway into eating, the waitress returns with another drink and it spills all over me. She was apologetic and did take it off the bill.

Worst experience I’ve ever had a place. Mind you we drove from across town. We pay $20 to get in . We wait 15 minutes for a water . Waitress checked in to bring water and take food order. Our hookah took 45 minutes and came out incorrect . After 1 hour we complain about no food no one took accountability no refunds no anything but they said the food is coming 15 minutes after still no food. Would not recommend

I went here twice and both times I had a good time. The drinks was really good and omg let's not talk about the food, omg whoever that chef is he can cook his a$$ off. We got the seafood pizza and shrimp tacos omg it was so good. I went on a Tuesday night and a Saturday night. I would suggest you go on a week night if you don't want the big crowd. Go and enjoy yourself. The owner is really nice too.

Visited this spot for the first time today. Crystal was my waitress. From we walked in the door shr had vibes. She mad use feel welcomed. Check on us while we waited for our food. Laughed, joked super friendly and kind. The henny punch was ok, needed more henny. The food was delicious! I will definitely visit this spot again, especially if Crystal will be there.

We had a fun and great time. My granddaughters had a birthday party there on Friday 11/17/23. Then my cousin had her birthday brunch on Sunday 11/19/23. Food delicious

No manners. I called because I had a question about ordering something that’s offered in the restaurant that wasn’t listed on Uber east. The person hung up on me while I was asking for help and didn’t answer when I called back twice right after. The service is HORRIBLE! We went on a Saturday night to celebrate a bday. We waited literally an hour before someone came to take our drink order. While the drinks were good 1 was the wrong drink and they forgot another person's drink all together. We ordered food and waited 2 hours!!! At this point we just left! I would never go here again!!!

The place is a bit small, but it's not cramped. The dj there was awesome. The music sounds good which is rare. The food taste good. The drinks are good tasty and dangerous lol. Visited Flava II Lounge on a Thursday evening & enjoyed my time here. Our waitress Crystal was nothing short of great. She was very attentive and made sure my table needed for nothing. Drinks were good and my food was out in a timely manner. Would definitely come back here for her service and the vibes of the environment!

Service could of been better if the atmosphere was comfy it felt like the air conditioning was not on or not high enough. Not really my crowd & the waitress was rude and took forever. If im paying to eat I should be comfy. Not my cup of tea or crowd. I wouldn't recommend it.

I went to Flava2 Lounge for the first time on Thursday Aug 11th..Food and drinks were amazing…My server, I believe her name was Crystal gave me and my friends top quality customer service..if you ever visit this establishment make sure you ask for Crystal as your server to make your experience more enjoyable✨

We arrived for our reservation for 4 on time, the restaurant was empty and they sat us downstairs in the dark, next to the kitchen and bathroom!! And gave us push back when we asked to be moved somewhere else! That really messed up the vibe, so we left and went to Suede. Ate great and had a great time

We came here for my friend’s 30th birthday and WHAT A DISASTER! The complaints are too much to name…super unprofessional, over 2 hours wait time just for food, poor management, scamming activity, the list goes on and my friend, unfortunately, left very upset. Not impressed and will not be back!

Amazing Caribbean food, with a sprinkle of American favorites! The DJ is playing a wife variety of jams the entire time you are nearby the restaurant - music can be heard from outside. If you're looking for a nice bar, this is also a prime option. Ample parking in the area!

Went here over the weekend and loved the food, music, drinks and staff. Nice low key spot with great vibes. Will be going back for sure.
