The associate was very polite and helpful to me and my husband. He showed us both different styles of Hoka shoes. We both picked out a pair of Hoka's and the associate informed us of the return policy if we needed to return or if something was not right with our shoes. We are both satisfied with our overall experience at Fleet Feet.

The person who helped me was very patient, showed me several different shoes and how each one was different. He also explained the foot scan and how it helped with shoe size and fit. He never pressured me into buying a pair of shoes. I did buy a pair and I'm very satisfied with them. They are really comfortable.
