If I could give minus stars I would. On the morning of 04/24/23 my 57 yr old friend experienced an unusual and immediate health event. As we were five minutes away from this clinic I thought it best to go there for assistance. Upon arrival I sat my friend down and went to the receptionist who seemed perturbed that I’d interrupted her conversation. As I started to speak my friend began vomiting and her condition worsened. This receptionists response was to abruptly yell at me over and over that “you’ll need to clean that up”. I asked for immediate assistance. She asked if my friend was a patient (this is a walk-in clinic!) and that I’d need to fill in paperwork and wait in line. As my friends condition was rapidly worsening I asked if she could at least call 911 for us; she said “no, she’s not our patient”. I called 911 myself and thankfully the EMS were there minutes later and took charge. As it turns out MY FRIEND WAS HAVING A STROKE! She is being treated at the Hamilton General as of this day. SHAME ON YOU!

Guys please do not approach this clinic instead walk-in into different clinic. This is the worst clinic ever I've come across and it's not one time experience I've my family doctor here whose always invisible but the receptionist act like God's here. Very rude especially the white lady. Even if you book appointment they are going to show tantrums for couple of hours delay. No comments on the doctors but yeah the staff does makes all sort of nonsense reasons to see the doctor. And yes nobody to file the complaint as doctor doesn't cares. Better goto some other clinic like stoneycreek medical clinic they treat you with respect and punctual on time.

This 1/5 is dedicated to the front desk, I wish zero was an option. Doctors and pharmacist+assistance are amazing and always answer all questions and concerns you have, however the front desk is absolutely intolerable and the attitude from a majority of the ladies is absolutely atrocious. Not only is it bad in person, good luck over the phone. You get put on hold for well over ten minutes almost every time and the worst part is you feel like you’ve won the lottery if they do not forget about you. It is an absolute shame to have people like this representing the practice that is run so professionally.

The doctors here are so good, specially Dr. Dina but like all the other reviews, I must say the reception staff is getting from bad to worse. No respect for patients, in no way making things easy for patients coming in. They don’t give an estimated wait time, if you ask to call when we are next in line depends completely on who you get at the reception. Been to many walk-in clinics, this ones by far the worst in terms of management. The Dr though is so good, our good feedback can’t do justice. I wish management was reading all these reviews and actually did something to improve the service.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!! I have been a patient here for over than a year. I waited for my appointment for three weeks only to find out that the receptionist had made a mistake and booked me for the wrong slot. This is the second time in a year that they booked me for an incorrect time and wouldn’t accept/acknowledge their fault. They don’t even send out reminders. The receptionists here are super rude, I would not recommend going here ever! No wonder this place has so many negative reviews! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE TOWARDS THE PATIENTS!

I recently visited the Fletcher Medical walk-in clinic and had to wait 1.5hrs to see a doctor. I sat near the receptionist’s desk and could hear patients being checked in as walk-in patients, with no previous appointments scheduled, and were still called ahead of me. Even when I asked how much longer my wait would be and was told I had a few more people ahead of me, I still saw at least another 10 people be let in before me. I would not return to this location; the walk-in clinic on Nebo Rd has a much faster wait time.

Dr.Menhal is amazing… but the receptionists are horrible. You can never get through even when it states no callers are in the que… even when it states 1 caller is in que… it hangs up on you… tried booking an appointment online for my son and there were ZERO dates available for August (I tried booking August1st) also no option to choose September… Ive called back now 8 times and cannot get through to book an appt. receptionists are also extremely rude when you go there.

Doctors are great, unfortunately one of the receptionist (dark hair, green eyes) hates her job and has ZERO idea of customer service. She is very rude, and made the whole experience of visiting the clinic very negative. Not only you feel bad physically (only reason to visit the clinic) you have to deal with her and her attitude. I recommend going somewhere else. Doctors should be looking for someone more competent to do this kind of job. This lady has no empathy at all

If you can go somewhere else DO IT!! Staff turn around is high so your doctor will leave without you knowing and you won’t be assigned a new doctor. Wait times are INSANE! I came in to put my name on the list, they forgot about me. I waited for 2 hours in my car. When I came in to ask how much longer, they said I was next…. Convenient…. Been with them for a few years now and have yet to have a quick or easy visit at this place.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour by the staff on the front desk. I had an appointment booked 3 weeks in advance with my family Doctor which they simply cancelled after 1 week and asking me to come in as a walk-in client or another appointment after 3 weeks, no consideration for patients , no appointment over telephone option offered, one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CENTRE. TRY AND AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES

U can’t make appointments and even if u get lucky there is always 30 people in the waiting room and you’ll be there all day for a 10 second conversation. Doctor just wants to get you out of there asap. I was told to come in and get my results, I know it would take all day waiting so I preferred to hear over the phone. They said no, I assumed it was urgent, I arrive and wait an hour to hear they found nothing.

lazy doctors wont flush my ears because my family doctor said theres nothing to be flushed out but my left ear has been clogged fir almost 2 years. They just dont want my family doctor look like a liar thats why they keep lying because i can literally put a q tip take it out and theres always wax there. Shame on Canada's free health care also the staff is also racist, nice to white people but rude to brown.

I have had a positive experience every since time I have attended this location. The entire staff has been fantastic from the Receptionist, to the Doctor, to the Pharmacist. Minimal wait time, friendly and knowledgeable, quick medicine pick up with the on-site Pharmacist. I would like to give great credit and thank everyone at Fletcher Medical Centre for always being there and for your great service.

After reading the reviews online, I was hesitant to visit but I had no other option on a Sunday. I’m thankful for this place. After visiting 2 different doctors, the doctor at this centre finally gave my child a course of action that has since given us some relief. The receptionist was pleasant as well. I just had to come give my positive review of this Center.

Used to be great, now simply a major waste of time. Be prepared to wait hours for a 30 second appointment.. no compassion, listening skills, or overall care. Toss you a prescription and you’re out.. Remember your oath!!! Such a shame this place is allowed to even operate.. if you care about your health, go somewhere else ASAP!!!!

I can't understand you, get a family doctor, gestured Dr. Hassam with a harsh tone. Dr. Hassam was absolutely not willing to listen to anything I had to say about my pain. I think Dr.Hassam hates his profession. That is the only thing I got out of my visit at Fletcher. The receptionist, however, did a great job.

Very happy with Fletcher Medical doctors and stuff for already ten years. Replying on K negative comment about "older doctor with glasses", that doctor is one of the nicest doctor that I met so far. Very nice personality and proffessional. If he "rushed" K, must be for good reason.

Never have we felt so well cared for as has been our experience over the past three years at Fletcher. Feel truly blessed with Dr Beithoon, as well as all of the other doctors The staff is courteous and helpful and do an amazing job at such a busy clinic. Thank you

Went in today 1 hour before close with horrible wisdom tooth pain. The receptionist was friendly, fast and efficient. I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes and had my prescription filled by the pharmacy there 10 minutes after that. Great experience.

Rude staff(receptionist). Racist coz they are nice to people of particular color but rude to others. I will be complaining to the ministry of health and urge everyone else to complain as well if they experienced similar behavior.

We have been here on two occasions. Apart from a bit of (an expected) wait we found the receptionists kind and we were very impressed by the doctor we saw (shorter man with glasses in his 50’s).

I was on hold for 5 minutes then they just hung up after saying that they were busy because they had 2 other calls.

The customer service is not professional special receptionist no pick up phone at all to deal with patients.
