Update 8/14 I was originally given a credit for damaged meals (for my next order of a lesser dollar value). I preferred a refund to supplement the money I spent while waiting for the meals and purchasing food unexpectedly. A refund was submitted on 7/31 and the credit was removed. I was happy with this decision because honestly after the poor service I didn't want more meals. I was originally told my refund would take 7 days. After 9 business days I reached out to customer service and was told that it can take up to 10 business days and I should have my refund Monday 8/14. Today I still did not receive my refund. I work as a registered nurse in a busy surgical ICU. Because of this I thought it would be helpful and healthier to order prepared meals from FlexPro meals. My first shipment went well and I was happy with the product. However, my second shipment was an entirely different story. I was counting on these meals for my busy work shifts, but understand delays can happen. My order was shipped on Tuesday and I received a notification from FlexPro meals. I looked at the tracking number and my meals were scheduled to arrive Thursday. The meals did not arrive so I checked the Fedex tracking and the shipment was delayed until Friday (no reason given). The next day, my meals did not arrive either. I checked the Fedex tracking again, delay with no reason given. Never once did I receive any update or communication from FlexPro meals (who say they will keep you informed of significant delays). I contacted customer support and was assured that the meals would be in good condition, four days later, even in the 95 degree heat because they are package to protect for possible delays. My meals finally arrived Saturday evening with warm ice packs, warm containers with bloated plastic, and some of the containers burst open. Previously I had been given a credit by customer service for the inconvenience of a two day delay. I submitted a ticket with pictures as advised. Today I received two correspondences from customer service (inadvertently my pictures uploaded to a separate ticket). I briefly discussed the problem with a customer service rep requesting a refund. The policy states that a partial or full refund can be granted for dissatisfaction with an order. Since I had already been granted a credit for my next order I was denied a refund despite requesting a refund from the beginning. I am not surprised a credit was chosen as my next order included less meals (So I do not get a full refund). My request for refund was completely ignored. I was offered a shipment of two orders of meals in the same week which is also not helping. My rationale for wanting a refund was the fact that I spend unexpected money on groceries and meals because my shipment was not reliable. Horacio contacted me twice today (while working in the ICU). I was unable to respond and at the end of the day noticed a message that said since he was unable to contact me (today was the first day he tried) That my subscription would be canceled. I'm not even sure if this means I will get the credited meals or not. Possibly the worst customer service experience I have had. Prepared meals are great......if they are convenient. Inedible meals with refusal of refund is not great. At this point I don't even want the meals or to talk to more unhelpful customer service. Just refund my money.

I've waited to post, just so that I can try their food, service, response to questions/issues, and delivery of product. Taste/Options: I'm generally very simple with my flavoring, but the meals I've had were very good as far as healthy foods that had to be frozen. They offer a lot of options to choose from and growing, I’ve tried 90% of them to date. Reheating is simple, but please note there’s an absorbent material at the bottom of the Meal, it does a great job of taking the excess moisture the usually settles at the bottom of the dish. The dessert options are good, my kids actually eats them all. I’m okay with it as I tend to have a sweet tooth at night and it does quell my cravings. If I had to rate it, I’d give it a 8/10. I’d give them a 9 but I was hoping the meal would have a QR code so I can add it to myfitnesspal. And a I hope to see them add more Breakfast options. Service/Delivery: You get the product as they state on their website, and the product is well protected and has a lot of Frozen ICE-like blocks. It’s very well insulated and I can attest, I live in Central Texas and a box arrived when it was 100 degrees outside. I wasn’t home to bring it in for at least 2 hours, and the contents were all still very frozen and the box was not damaged or wet at all. They even send you a text to confirm that we’ve receive the meals. I’d give them You can pause and or change your meal plans at any time, so it was easy for me to do so when I do have time to prep some of my own meals. I’d give them a 10/10 Issues/Questions: I only had one issue, that was with my login and they responded to text with in the hour. I was able to make changes to my meal menu every week incase I didn’t like something or I wanted more of a particular meal. Rate 10/10 Now my only thing I have to worry about again is logging in my meals, I’m currently using MyFitnessPal. I have to type it in manually, I wish they had a barcode / QR code to make it easier for me to input my meals.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Summary: deceptive business practices, unethical billing particles, awful customer service, and an awful food product. Supporting statement: I have used a four different meal preparation services over the last five years, and FlexPro Meals is the only one I have had not just a bad experience with, but flat out one of the worst experiences I have had dealing with a company. To start, the quality of food is poor, and is about one step up from dog food or taco bell. It looks good in the pictures but when you get it the food is just rubbery, flat, and lackluster. When I spoke with customer service representative, Dexter, after receiving my first package of dog food, he said all the right lies telling me that their "box meal" package was higher quality and raw meat/not precooked. When I received my box a week later, not only was it once again just the same terrible microwavable pre-cooked meat/fish, but they removed all the vegetables, starches, spices, and sauces! When I called customer service, and I spoke with Dexter, the same exact guy who literally lied through his teeth a couple weeks easier, he refused to acknowledge what happened, but eventually admitted they made a mistake with my order, but told me the only thing he could do was offer me $30 off my next meal. Yes, you heard that right, I was left with 10 boxes of precooked terrible meat with no zero spices, sauces, starches, or veggies. To add insult to injury, I terminated the plan, but was sent another box of the same dog food a few days later with everything missing but protein. Once again, called the company, once again, zero refund and a complete refusal to send the missing items WHICH I PAID FOR! I am an attorney, and I do run a law firm. If I had more time, and care more about the $500 they ripped me off, I would sue this company, but I do not. I just hope this review helps others avoid making the mistake of signing up with this scam of company.

I placed an order for a one time delivery. The meals were actually amazing and service seemed great at first. But I went out of town and came home to find another delivery on my front porch when I returned. I tried calling to make sure that I was not on a recurring delivery, but their office was closed. Then that evening I received an email saying that FlexPro charged my card again for yet another order. Apparently they put me on a weekly delivery, even though I did not sign up for this. I tried their chat service, to cancel. Through chat I was told that someone would call within 48 hrs and then the rep abruptly ended the chat. I then emailed to make sure that the order was canceled before it shipped. The next day I received no email response or call back. I emailed their sales and admin email twice with no response. I called their phone number 3 times, but when you call you just get an automated message saying that you have to use chat or text to speak with someone. But when you text no one responds and chat only tells you that they cannot cancel the account and that they will have an account manager return your call. I am honestly disappointed, because the meals and delivery times were great. I would have definitely continued using the service after I adjusted the meal plan to fit my needs. But now I have to dispute the recent charge with my CC company and have FlexPro blocked from future charges. I would not recommend this service, based on what I have experienced. It seems that they intentionally make it impossible to quickly cancel the service.

I don't know where to start. Horrible company. Once you sign up, you can't cancel on the website. You have to call/text during their limited business hours. Website is terrible. You can't select your frequency of meal delivery (weekly, monthly, etc.), can't select low calorie or high protein, can't skip weeks or defer when to get boxes, and is not user friendly. Meals don't look appetizing and look processed unlike factor75 meals that look fresh. I switched to try this due to price. I am sorry I did. Their carbohydrate grams are way too high, these meals aren't healthy or balanced even. Lots of meals have >50 carbohydrates and only 26 grams of protein. You have a "commitment" with this company and you can't cancel until you pay for the number of boxes you originally signed up for. Partly my fault for not reading more carefully. I assumed it'd be similar to other companies that allow you your freedom to choose and purchase what you want. You are also forced to buy their treats in part of that commitment so you are paying a fortune for dry, average tasting "treats." I did the cake bites because everything else sounded unappetizing. So $10 for 4 pieces of dry cake. I would NOT recommend this company and they seem very shady, unprofessional, and too many hidden costs/requirements. It's difficult and expensive to eat healthy and sadly this company left a bad taste in my mouth. I highly recommend a different meal service company.

I ordered some Flex Pro Meals at the end of 2022 for a few deliveries. The food wasn't bad, and we decided it wasn't for us and went to cancel it, but in order to cancel it, I had to call them. Calling people is a pita and I rarely have time to do so during the day. I routinely pushed off the orders because the only way to cancel was to call, even though they're very happy to have you sign up online - they won't let you cancel online. With summer in full swing and school rush closing in, I forgot to delay the shipment. A charge flashed up on my CC (conveniently after 5pm) and I contacted them immediately via chat only to be told that nope - no can do, I was receiving the food (food I didn't even get to pick or anything because I do not want it). My account shows 9 months of no orders. It's very obvious we do not want the service. When I told them to cancel the service they told me my "REQUEST TO CANCEL HAS BEEN SUBMITTED" and that I would be contacted. Like... my request to cancel? No. I want to cancel - I'm not requesting to cancel my subscription, I'm demanding it. Horrible customer service. Shoddy subscription model that will not let you cancel online. Update: it’s almost noon and I have not, in fact, been contacted to cancel my account. Ended up having to call - where you can not get through to a person and can only leave a message which, yep, says they’ll call you back. It is now almost 19 hours since I was charged

Company deliberately makes it incredibly difficult to cancel their subscription. The website redirects you to a phone number for support, and the phone number redirects you back to the website. Customer service people do not have the ability to cancel your subscription when you do get in touch with them. They instead state that you need to wait for an account manager to help you. All of this is easily avoidable by letting the customer handle their own account in the website. Making it this difficult to cancel an expensive weekly subscription is profoundly unethical business practice and I cannot recommend this service to anyone on these grounds alone, regardless of the quality of the food itself. EDIT: To give credit where credit is due, I was contacted same-day by an account manager who was able to swiftly cancel my subscription. She said that the intent with this system is to be more personable and 1 on 1 with clients and apologized for how it came across. My experience with that account manager personally was good, but it still doesn't change the fact that this is a predatory business practice and does not alter my 1-star review. My review can only be changed if Flexpro actually listens to the enormous amount of user feedback and changes their system for canceling to something immediate and online that does not require employee intervention.

This company is a huge rip off. Their meals are far from advertised and don't have great flavor at all. You find yourself kind of having to gag them down. I have tried to cancel my subscription and they refuse to just outright cancel it. They put your account on "hold" until and "account manager" can contact you to cancel the subscription. Melody was completely rude and disconnected the chat with me (essentially hanging up on me) before I was even done trying to process that they had a policy in place where I can't just cancel a subscription. The meals also arrive thawed and with really suspect delivery methods. One box arrived cut open from some unmarked van. They claim to ship via FedEx but the truck that delivered that order was not a FedEx truck. They will also just ship you product you did not sign up for, so for instance if they just discontinue a recipe they will just substitute a different recipe without any notification to you at all. *** ETA *** The company did refund my last order and did cancel the subscription. However it took me filing a complaint with the BBB as well as leaving this review to finally get decent resolution to this. Strongly advise if you're reading this before you order to reconsider because this process was incredibly stressful - and the food wasn't even worth it.

I would love to be able to give this service five stars. Their delivery was always on time and the food is actually really good. It was easy to hit my protein goals with this service. The customer service is always helpful when it comes to small issues with your account. As many other customers have said though, the problem comes when it's time to cancel the subscription. I had a change in jobs that no longer allowed me to be able to afford the luxury of a meal service. I attempted to contact them for days about canceling my subscription and have had no response. Their answer is always that my account representative would contact me but I never received any communication from anyone other than the automated bot on their website and through text. I have texted, called, and used the site on multiple occasions with no response. I had to contact my card company to inform them that any future charges were not authorized and they had to cancel my card and issue me a new one. This is incredibly frustrating as the food really is good and convenient but there is no reason why canceling a subscription after fulfilling my four week obligation should be this difficult. This feels like a really dishonest money grab. If this problem was fixed this would be a five star service!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I used the 40% off discount for first time customers because I wanted to try a meal prep service after years of doing my own meal prep. The meals were delivered timely, but the portions are small and the taste is just okay, nothing special. Because of this, I decided I didn't want to purchase any more meals. I logged into my account to cancel my subscription, only to find that the only way to cancel is to use their chat feature on their website or text a phone number. The chat feature uses an automated message as well as the phone number. I tried both options multiple times over the course of 3 days to simply cancel my subscription. When someone finally contacted me back, they ignored my request to cancel and asked if I wanted to update the number of meals in my plan. I told them no, I want to cancel, and my request was ignored. This is probably the worst customer service I've experienced, so I submitted a review to the BBB. Apparently this is the length you have to go to in order to cancel your subscription, because I finally received a cancellation confirmation once I submitted a review on their BBB (Better Business Bureau) page. Stay far away from this company.

Ordered due to convincing ads and good promo. It was extremely difficult to cancel. Had to email multiple times, and speak with their chat option many times. I was asked the same questions over and over. Their customer service phone number goes to nobody. I got the meals and the labels look really cheap. The worst part is the meals are horrible. The first one I tasted was extremely salty and mushy. I thought, maybe it was just that one. The next meal was way too salty again. I saw on the label it was 80% RDA of sodium. I've had 5 meals now and all are extremely over salted and very mushy. The last one I had, Indie chicken, was the worst. I couldn't finish it. And Their ads showing Jorge Masvidal say the Indie chicken is his favorite are false ads. The one he's eating looks leafy and fresh. It is NOT the Indie chicken, which is what he's saying it's supposed to be. The Indie chicken I got looked like mushy cat food. Unfortunately I have 16 more meals to reluctantly eat because I did pay for them. Factor, although pricey, is way better for this type of meal service.

This is my first time using this service. I shopped around quite a bit for a service that aligns with my goals. I found this one to be the absolute best for diversity of selection, calories, macros, and price point. The one day delivery is a little bit misleading. They mean that on the shipping day it will take one day to get to you. I don’t think that was really a problem as I won’t go a day without meals with the pro plan that I purchased from here on out. Other than that the meals taste extremely good. For me personally, I wish they had more lean protein in them, but given that they have to appeal to a wider audience I don’t blame them for that. Packaging is really good for shipment. Probably the best for any food shipping I’ve seen. Definitely a great experience and they’ve won a long time customer in me. If they could add more meals with 40-50g of protein and focus on low calorie high volume meals (which they already do to an extent) they would literally be absolutely perfect for my personal goals.

Poor customer service. Brought up two tiny coolers. The food was thawed. Is frozen food. The plates came without vegetables, and just keto meals brought up vegetables. Someone finally contacted me to cancel my membership with them after two weeks. You can't cancel the membership on the website. You just send an email and wait for some else contacting you. It is a headache. Your only option is to postpone your meals until some one contacting you to cancel your membership. A really good prep meal is Factor. My experience with them have been really good. Just one time that the food came thawed for a delay, and they returned my money. In two situations, two box came broke, and I just contacted them to let them know, and they also returned my money of these two. The drawback is that the food tends to be the same every week, and sometimes, they bring up different type of food, but is probably one or two, and sometimes you get tired of eating the same food every week.

Very first shipment was delayed a day in TN even thought my state is literally right above theirs and no where near TN. Box was completely destroyed and dripping water. there form of cooling is 2 freezer packs which where completely melted for who knows how long and what looks like wall insulation. There was also no marking on the box stating perishable goods where inside which means it shipped in a box truck instead of a refrigerated truck which the trailer can get to 130 degrees inside easily in the summer. none of the food looks edible and one of them is blown up from the gasses of going bad. They just tossed them in the box with 0 Fs given. And on top of all this they tried to charge me for another box before this one even finished processing. This is not the cheaper or quicker solution this is a waste of money. just cook your own food cause trying to be lazy just cost me $200. DO NO EAT FROM THIS PLACE THEIR SHIPPING METHODS WILL MAKE YOU SICK.

Never order from this company. They are a fraudulent business trying to scam people out of money, luring people in with the promise of healthy and high quality meals which is the opposite of what you get. I received my first delivery yesterday, the box was broken and one of the meals had spilled all over everything else in the box, causing a huge mess. The icepacks were melted and the condensation eroded the labels on everything. The food is mediocre at best. Of the two meals I’ve tried, I did not finish either and both made my tummy hurt. Worst of all, there is NO OPTION to cancel your subscription on the website. They make you submit a ticket promising a response that never comes. I had to submit a complaint on BBB since that seems to be the only way to get them to reply. If this is not resolved soon I will be submitting a fraudulent claim with my bank for the TWO boxes they charged me for before my first one ever even arrived.

STAY FAR AWAY!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. The food is honestly very average at best. The price isn’t awful but god forbid you have to contact them for any reason. Customer service is terrible, pretty much non-existent. Their phone number directs you to their “live assistant” which is just a chat bot. It’s not possible to cancel your subscription once you sign up without contacting your “personal” account representative. Which in my opinion is a major flaw for a subscription based company. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for at least a week now and have been unable to get through to anyone. If they charge my card again today I will just have to contact my bank and get them blocked. Or contact a lawyer and take legal action. At this point it seems as if they’re just trying to steal your money. Shady business practices at best! Would not recommend at all. Stay far away!!

I am not one to give a negative review, but after a month of dealing with this and several mistakes, I have to give a review. First order great! The food was good and I was happy. The second box came thawed, and the food was warm. Reached out to the account manager and got a response 3 days later after another order was placed. Couldn't cancel the order, but I was promised that the account would be canceled and I would receive a replacement box. The next box came thawed and warm. Come to find out, my account was not canceled and was charged again. The delivery check-in text was unaware of the cancelation, and at this moment, I am not sure if it has been done or not and have been charged 3 times and received one quality box. Yet to be refunded as well. I honestly want this business to work because they have the right idea, but the execution is inexcusable. I will update as events play out.

Absolute terrible company. 1. Their "meals" are not meals. They are snacks at best. You can get 10 meals eat them all on the same day and barely reach a days worth of calories needed on a regular workout regiment. 2. Way over priced. They force you to purchase two extra items at $8-14 in order to qualify for their "reduced price" 3. When you agree to their for life price they don't apply the discount. Instead they give you a code that is not readily apparent and easy to miss. 4. If you don't apply the code and call once you discovered point #1 and #2 they refuse to cancel the service. Requiring you to engage in a phone call with a representative who is condescending the entire time. I will be seeking whatever legal options are available to me and raking this company over the coals in any review site I can find. That is how bad they are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SLEEZE BAG CONPANY

I received the box on my door step and it was very well packaged and insulated. I’ve used another meal prep company it everything was tossed in the box. All the meals were nicely and neatly packaged together for a pleasant presentation. Thus far, the meals have been fantastic! I have really enjoyed the food and how easy it is to prepare. Just throw it in the microwave for about 1min 45sec and for my microwave it is just the right temperature. I’ve seen reviews talking about the label not showing the macros and ingredients very well. Tbh it could be a little better but it is very minimal wear in the label. This is a very minor issue. The food tastes fresh and is well prepared and I received everything I ordered. All in all I would recommend this food delivery service due to the taste, it isn’t too expensive compared to other ones, and they have a huge selection to pick from.

When you make your first order, their website automatically subscribe to you. You are not allowed to modify or cancel your subscription online. You are required to use their live chat, send a text message, or call. They do not answer the phone. When you leave a message, they recommend that you use live chat or text message. I’ve done both for 48 hours and no one has contacted me back. Not only do they automatically subscribe you, but then you’re charged within 72 hours of your initial order for a second order. I have sent text messages, kindly requesting to modifier cancel my subscription. I’ve used to live chat, requesting the same thing. They are going to charge me in less than 24 hours, but they are not responding to any method of contact. I will report this to my bank and hopefully I can cancel the subscription because I will never use this meal plan company again.

Not only are the portions extremely small and not filling, the water prices after the 1st order are atrocious and unaffordable at around 150 bucks a week. My first month customer service did answer my concerns and questions. However, I became just another sale to them as they ignore my messages for about a week now. Not to mention they told me I’d get 30 dollars off my first 4 orders in which I did only for 1 order. After that I was charged 150 plus for my other orders as well as ignored. The food taste fine, nothing to write home about. Mind you I was a 5 star reviewer for the first month having this. Before I got my most recent order I told them to refund me as they already had charged and said to cancel my subscription. A week later still no response and they sent the order. The order is advertised to send in 2 days so I know they were ignoring me. Do not recommend.

WELL WELL WELL, do not listen to the reviews on this page I put a bad review an had to remake mine. This place does give you the option to cancel your subscription after uses an yes you can put them for per month instead of weekly. My box was ordered Wednesday am I received it today an the ice packs in it were huge an fully frozen all 21 meals were cold and was delivered to my door in IL by 3pm an they actual taste good I will say they are better to microwave from fridge then freezer personal opinion but don’t be fooled by some of these reviews like I was. And yea they don’t awnser the phone but they do call text back a will give you a phone call with in 24-48 hours to help you cancel or switch meals or add friends for discounts.

I have been looking for ready to go meals for such a long time. I've tried multiple meal delivery services and this one is the best by far. Their customer service is quick to respond, the chat function is amazing for after hours, and they even contacted me to make sure my meals were delivered properly! The meals are absolutely delicious, and being from Lafayette Louisiana, I'm typically really picky when it comes to flavor. I'm on my second week of meals and can't wait for them to arrive. Delivery was quick, and the packaging was superior and well thought out. The prices are honestly fair with the rising cost of groceries and the amount of time it take to prep, clean, and cook these types of meals. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great meals! Terrible customer service. It’s sad that you must lock customers into subscriptions for 4 weeks, then when it’s time for someone to cancel - you require them to chat or call. Rather than login and cancel. Melody my chat representative didn’t seem interested in resolving my issue, she just threw the Terms and Conditions at me. Waiting 2 days to speak to an acct representative is also atrocious. You have a paying customer wanting to cancel their subscription - it just stinks of desperation to get customers to forget and keep paying. This experience certainly keeps me from considering your meal delivery service for future use, and I’ll be removing my social posts reviewing your meals. Good riddance.

The food quality is comparable to that of dog food and I'm positive the nutrition labels are completely inaccurate. After consistently sticking to the meal plan as advertised for two months, I'm sitting at the exact same place as where I started. The delivery schedule shifts without notice and the cutoff for menu updates is seldom recognized, leading to uneaten meals ending up in the freezer. Cancelling is a complete runaround, suggesting they're just trying to get you to pay for as much unwanted food as long as possible before you inevitably report their charges as fraud to your credit card issuer. Easily the worst experience I've had thus far with a meal delivery service.

This company was prompt and efficient with Neal delivery and the meals were fairly priced. The taste was awful very cheap products which resulted in severe heartburn with every meal I tried (6). When you try to cancel the subscription they give you a phone number and when you call it says to use the chat on the website and when you do that no responds, I’ve been attempting to cancel my membership for two weeks with no response from the company. So I used a prepaid credit card as my form of payment with no money on it so it bounces when they auto draft. Shady company deserves to be treated the way they treat their customers.

I'm on my second order of FlexPro meals. Meals are solid and do not taste like a frozen healthy meal you get from a generic grocery store, they're pretty good! My only reason for a 4-star review is the user interface on their main website. It's not very functional, if you want to change order dates you have to wait for a customer rep to reach out to your mobile number and I'm having serious issues changing meals in my subscription. BUT, my previous review did get me a $10 discount on my second order so they followed through on that promise. PLEASE update your site to make it more functional for your customers!! thanks guys!

I see a lot of 1 stars about the shipping- it might just be because I’m in Hawaii so this service HAS to fly it out here, I get it in less than 24 hours and it’s packed very well. The food is great. Sodium can be high in some of them, but I save those ones for days I’m working out a little more. The amount of options are great as far as affordability i think it’s really affordable when I bulk buy. I mean I’m aware Hawaii meals are VERY epensive thing to compare to however, I’m on shift work and a lot of times on night shift I just can’t think about cooking 3 meals for my 12 hour shifts and these just are so easy

FOOD: It was actually pretty good +1 stars. It was really high in sodium, which is why we are canceling. CUSTOMER SERVICE: No phone number to call. They tell you to text or use live chat. I had to back all the way out to get chat working. Then they said someone will help me in 24-48 hours. EXPERIENCE: The website is not easy to use. Some things are frustrating and other things just don't work. Want to remove a meal? The 'X' doesn't work. After trial and error, you must decrease the quantity to 0, and then go to the new meal and increase the quantity to 1. To log in, don't press 'ENTER'; you must click the button.

Meals are questionable. They've got like 2 that were decent. And they won't let you cancel your subscription. Told a customer service representative through text messages to cancel my subscription twice. They argued with me both times. The second time, when my payment didn't process and I told them to cancel, they went ahead and just stole the money out of my account. I have screen shots of everything and complaints are being filed with the FTC. Blocking a subscription cancelation and processing debit card transactions without authorization is a real good way to get on the radar. Lol. Have fun guys

My experience with flex pro meal has been good. A Large variety of meals to choose from . If you want keto , vegan , high protein meals they have a good selection . Meals have been really good . The convenience of coming home and choosing a meal for my wife and I for dinner has been a huge time saver after our work day . I did have a little problem navigating the website . Although I sent a text and chatted with flex pro through their site and my problem was easily figured out later with their help . I would recommend flex pro meals to family and friends. The meals are delicious!

Amazing food and product. Good pricing too for larder meal packages. Definitely recommend 100%. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because on the meals, the food nutrition labels are hard to read for some with the instructions on how long to heat food up for and also clearly reading what the macro nutrition numbers are. Update: Below is an example of the meal nutritional sticker that is tough to read. This only occurs with this type of print sticker on the front. Some meals have a different format with the printed sticker on the back of the meal and those are fully legible.

I have used a few different meal prep services in the past and flex Pro has been giving me the best experience so far! Lots of recipes to choose from. Rotating recipes monthly into and out of the inventory. This is great because I’ve been using this service for over 2 months. The website makes plan changes easy and when ever I go out of town on vacation or get backed up on meals I can easily suspend my subscription for a week or two with no hassle. My favorite thing is the meals are freeze-able this lowers the chances I’m gonna waste food if life happens.

At first the meals and service were great, easy to use and on time, but I have spent over a month and a half just postponing my orders so that I don't get charged while trying to cancel my subscription since I'm prepping my own meals at home. The last box I received today had open meals in it, rice all over the box. I have called probably a dozen times, left multiple messages, contacted the chat bot, text messages, and emails to cancel with no response from a real person. I feel this is a scam and will be canceling through my bank immediately.

Ordered on Saturday and my parcel was at my doorstep Tuesday morning, absolutely not a thing amiss. First time purchasing and I can tell you the flavor profile on these meals is spot on, delicious. The meals are also disceptively filling too. The variety of meals is pretty massive as well. 35+ meals and weekly additions. I'm actually saddened by the simple fact that I may miss a chance to try one of these preparations because the limit is 21 meals an order. In all seriousness, give it a try, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

FlexPro has been a game-changer in regards to my daily meal routine. I live a busy, active lifestyle as a CrossFit coach and small business owner, so finding the time to meal prep is always a challenge. If you need a subscription food service try another company. They do not reply to Live Chat and their phone number has only a message to use live chat to contact them. I’ve tried since September to cancel with them. Food was okay, but people need to delay orders and that isn’t possible with their website. I still received food. You can’t cancel online and they don’t respond. (They finally returned an email, corrected the problem and credited my account). I’m hoping…we will see.

The food is delicious and has a great price. One thing I have noticed with flex pro (and other frozen meal delivery services) is that the larger the pieces of beef the more likely the there is to have fat/gristle in it. I have not had any problems with the chicken or ground beef though, which most of the meals are chicken. I'm guessing it is cheaper to use lower quality meats which is how they can sell and deliver so cheap. Overall it's a great deal and the food is delicious

The food was mediocre at best but what was worse was the customer service. I tried calling, texting, emailing and online chatting at least twice each before finally just canceling my card so they'd stop charging me. A whole weeks worth of meals came lukewarm and not packaged correctly so they were not eatible. They promised to send a replacement set of meals after almost a week of trying to contact them which never showed up. Horrible customer service and waste of money imo

Honestly. VERY honestly, the best meal delivery service I’ve tried. Other services are pretty hit and miss or require way more prep and my schedule M-F is too busy to cook all the time, so I need something like this. I’m very glad I tried it. The food is so flavorful. The texture is well thought out. The portions are perfect. I’m satisfied without feeling stuffed or hungry. Just keep doing whatever this is and I’ll continue to be a customer. :-)

We just got this delivered today. Everything is melted? Everything stinks? Food is bad. I have 8 meals when I ordered 21? Why did I get two factor meals??? I need a refund. Everyone I contact says someone else will reach out to me? No communication. With the two factor meals I got I truly believe this is a scam. You guys buy other companies meals, mark them up and resell them. Otherwise explain having a different companies meals in there.

It was actually really easy and amazing customer service. I also forgot to pause my subscription for the thanksgiving week, I messaged them and they allowed me to use that credit towards the next week even tho the order had already processed! Terrible service. They'll automatically place you on a subscription after your first order. It'll take 24+hrs to cancel the subscription since you're unable to cancel online and have to wait days to speak with a rep. Second shipment, which I was unaware was arriving, showed up at room temperature and unfrozen which made me question the freshness. Overall terrible experience and meals were not tasteful. Would not recommend.

Meals are okay; nothing special and not worth the price. They’re only “healthy” because they’ve very small portions (even the large size), and they all have heavy sauces and taste like a mashed up, mixed together casserole. They have a good number of options but after a while they all start to taste the same- chicken based and heavily sauced but with surprisingly little flavor. The sweet treats are good at least.

These guys are horrible. Charging you after ordering subscriptions, not delivering on time. DO NOT USE THEM. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel subscriptions and also dont ship a week to week subscription in a timely manner. I have a $200 a week subscription and received my last meal box 9 days ago, and they have not even shipped this weeks shipment which should have been sent on Monday out yet.

I ordered food through them not know you have to sign up for a subscription that requires a months worth of purchases. Food is okay, I asked the manager to cancel my subscription and she said she would, then proceeded to charge me AFTER SHE NOTIFIED SHE CANCELLED IT. I’m now on vacation with my bank account negative because they never cancelled and refuses to give a refund. Do not recommend.

Assuming you can afford it, this is a really solid option for meal prep. The meals come extremely fast, it’s really easy to freeze or cancel payments or even change billing frequency. The meals taste great and there is decent variety in them as well. Overall I rate this service 4 stars. The only thing keeping it from five is the price. I think it’s a bit overpriced.

My first order arrived the very next day and I live in a very rural setting. It would be 5⭐️ but for packaging on this first box had labels with a spot in the ink that made instructions and some ingredients tough to read.

The sale FlexPro Meals had allowed me to purchase 21 meals! It came out to be way more affordable than a week’s worth of grocery shopping for myself. Not to mention no meal prep time needed! I love my flex pro meals! I am a NPC competitor and I order flex pro meals during my off season to stick to my macros. Flavor is great and portion sizes are good for me to maintain my weight. What a scam the food is, the portions are extremely small, it literally does not bring almost anything, and they put something under the food that makes you see more quantity but it really is almost nothing. I took a photo of this dish before giving it a spoonful, and on top of it the little meat it had had skin on it. First and last time I order.

The food is ok at best. The main issue is how ridiculous it is to cancel your subscription. You can't do it on the website. You can't call and talk to anyone. You have to text them to get an automated response and have yet to hear back from anyone. Too many other options I would stay away from any company that plays these types of games

Great choice to have ready food at home for people who don’t want or no have time for cook. They have a lot of variety in food, size and you can even customize how often you want your food. What I love most about Flex pro meals is that they tell you on every package the nutritional information so you know exactly what are you eating.

Timely delivery, packaged well, and fully frozen upon arrival. Unfortunately we had lunch prepped for the week, so these went straight into the freezer. Looking forward to digging in next week. Food is tasty, delivered quickly, and heats up nice. Macros are perfect and regular portions full me up adequately. Mongolian beef is AMAZING. Only issues I have are no barcodes to scan into calorie tracker apps on some, and the labels are sometimes hard to read, and some meals have no nutrition facts on them to manually plug in.
