3 consultants in attendance all busy on the phone I had to wait. Then I was being told off as follows, I was give a verbal quote from the computer, yes sir the price for your trip starts from R5900 up to R12000 etc . OK thank you please give me a print out. So while this was in process I mentioned I will take the R5900 trip, oh no it will cost you R7900, me, so where is the one from R5900 and in a bad tone high pitched voice of trying to make me understand that I was told its from R5900 why can't I understand its from,,,, me again yes I want the trip for R5900,. Ya it's a lol moment but I was embarrassed because of others in the office

Absolutely appalled at the lack of service here. Agent never emphasized that the payment needed immediate clearance. Had to run around constantly asking them what the progress of the booking was. They would not phone my bank with the reference number given to confirm that funds had already been paid. And TWO days later, lost the accommodation and my holiday.

The most horrific experience using this company! Booked with Mbali and absolutely no help. They expect the money immediately and once you pay them they tell you to wait 3 months for any changes or refunds. They will literally leave you stranded in another country as long as they got their money! Flight centre doesn't even deserve a 1 star!

I have used flight centre in the past and most of the staff are really good and helpful. On this occasion I just needed advice as my sons return flight to UK on BA was cancelled over the chrismas holidays. The consultant was helpful and we manages to get my son back to the uk on 31 st Dec.

Urg… I’ve never liked Flight Centre, thanks Mbali for nothing. We’ve been waiting for your quote since 11 Apr. Not even a courtesy email to say busy with the quote etc. Edited: 3 May 2022 still no response from Mbali or the personnel at Flight Centre Clearwater after response from’Owner’.

I wanted to book flights, hotels, etc for a three week period overseas. Unfortunately I became invisible when I entered. I was totally ignored as if I wasn't even there. After ten minutes of no acknowledgement of my presence, I left. You can't sell to people that you render invisible.

Really disappointing service from MbalI or rather the lack of. Waiting for more than 5 days for an estimate for travel insurance despite a follow up call and leaving her a message to get back to me. Will definitely not use Flight Centre Clearwater again.

Very poor service, called Flight Centre Clearwater on the 5th of October for a quote, haven't heard back from the consultant. Last time I will approach Flight Centre for a quote, lots of similar services offered by other customer focused organizations.

Called to verify booking made for Dec, no one returned my call. Mpumi took my call in the of PIaige paid in full for my trip and now I receive a call there is another outstanding amount . Firstly Iost my booming I made in June 2022

After trying 3 different Flight Centres and Pentravel, Mbali really came through. She got me a quote in 3 days, despite me requesting vastly different 4 quotes. It was a pleasant experience.

Looking for airline tickets or awesome holiday packages speak to these guys they are well travelled and seem very knowledgeable about the travel packages they offer

A bit slow with their 48hr turnaround policy for travel quotes. I had already booked and paid with another provider before they responded with a quote.
