Called flight centre at Hallett cove and spoke to a lady there. She was not helpful at all and seemed like she didn't want to have my business. She wasn't even trying to ask me questions about where I want to travel with my family and how much do I want to spend. she was just trying to hang up the phone lol. You know what I will go else where as there are a lot of other companies with much more helpful people than you guys. Being a local living in Sheidow park I thought I would get a good experience from a local shop than calling the general number. Good luck guys!

For massive travel plans they do OK. Beware of the teaser offers Flight Centre send by email. Took up an offer to go to Sydney CBD for a long weekend trip with cruise on harbour aboard a historic ship. The ship did not arrive at assigned pier, no notice was sent to me to advise of new location. When I reported this to F.C they blew me off and offered nothing but a 'tough luck' attitude. All for the sake of $200 price, they have lost thousands of dollars of my extensive travel plans.

Terria has been nothing short of amazing. Not only did she organise all our travel needs such as flights, train connections, car hire, accommodation, insurance, and more... but she helped us from the other side of the world when things went wrong (like train strikes etc) Having her there to guide us was very comforting and she rose to the challenge. Thank you so much Terria, for going on this journey with us. Very highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Leah did such an amazing job organising my recent European holiday spanning 12 countries in 10 weeks! Her willingness to research all available options to make my complicated itinerary work was so appreciated! She took care of all the details and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I have used Flight centre Hallet Cove many times and been happy with the service. However, as an older traveller I would like their staff to be more attuned to the needs of those who may be less agile. For instance, our recent accommodation has lots of stairs and no lifts. Our previous accommodation had a shower over the bath which presents a slipping hazard.

Outstanding staff. I recently booked an international flight. When new (and rather confusing) domestic and international corona travel restrictions were suddenly introduced, Terria Caggiano and Alex Kennedy-Andrews looked after me, provided the best possible advice, and rearranged my flights.

Very positive experience. Adam was very helpful and willing to help us, even though we didn't have an appointment and were unaware we needed one. Definitely recommend.

Overall an excellent service over many years. I have asked for particular airlines or particular routes and the staff have always managed to accommodate our wishes.
