Hi, In response to Alex review dated 27 Oct, I was the flight Centre Customer who apparently was served before Alex, I can assure you this was not the case as I had an appointment with Brett via a phone conversation prior. I can only give praise to Brett on how he helped me a week earlier when i was stuck in Vietnam with the Bamboo airline cancellations, Brett went above and beyond his duty twice working from home and even on a Sunday night, I was still getting updates via e-mail from his home. He again assisted me greatly on the 27th in store getting my refunds sorted and my next trip ready. Alex,,,, at no stage of Brett's conversation was he rude or abrupt with you, I thought he managed the situation very well, and even arranged another team member to assist with your inquiry. Maybe next time you should arrange an appointment!!! We walked into Forrest Hills Flight Centre one weekend just hoping to gather some travel info, most of the staff seemed busy and one asked if we had an appointment. We were reluctantly to walk away since that was the first time we were in this shop. However, one lady at the far end of the table yelled out that she had some spare minutes to help. This cheerful lady Diana Chan was very friendly with her assistant. Without much pressure selling, we ended up booking an European River Cruise package through her on our follow up consultation. We also got our friends to book through her as well. We had some flight problems while we were in Europe, Diana promptly responded to my message to assist with what I needed. We had the best time on our European River Cruise, we are now looking into another big cruise trip. We strongly recommend anyone to see Diana for their travel advice and customer service.

I visited Flight Centre at Forest Hill, hoping for a simple inquiry about a flight to Bali. While I want to commend Andrew Holmes for his exceptional service and efficiency, my overall experience was overshadowed by the treatment I received from a senior staff member (On October 27, 2023, he was the second staff member situated near the entrance.) After waiting patiently for over half an hour, he chose to assist another customer who came in after me, even though he initially claimed he was too busy to help anyone. It felt as though he was selectively choosing clients, and I couldn't help but feel racially discriminated against. This experience left me disappointed and questioning the values of Flight Centre, a place where I had otherwise trusted for years. Management should address such behavior to ensure every customer feels valued and respected.

I would like to thank Diana Chan, the Manager of Flight Centre at Forest Hill Chase for her professional and amazing customer service. We recently booked our APT river cruise with Diana which went exactly to plan. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the max. Her extensive knowledge was evident from the first time we met. She willingly made time and gave us first class treatment, so much so that we booked our European APT river cruise and airfares on our next visit. We are now looking to book a further travel experience with her for 2024. I am more than happy to recommend her to our family and friends. She thoroughly looked after our travel needs and made us feel very special and welcome.

I have just finalized booking an overseas river cruise for 2024 and the service quality from Diana Chan at FLT Forrest Hill has been exceptional, taking the time to provide me multiple tour options to chose from, and the best airfares available. Diana also assisted me in 2022 to obtain almost a full refund, when we had to cancel our trip to Turkey due to Covid, and the cancellation of a rail trip to Adelaide in 2022, even though it took some time to receive funds. I have also dealt with Brett and others in the team when Diana is away and the service is courteous and very helpful. I plan to book my next holiday with FLT - FH too.

Walked in to get some information on new Zealand , one of the staff with a mouthful of food said there was no information brochures available, the brochures we have we cannot give out. He asked if we were looking at a guided tour and replied we were looking at doing our own driving and repeated we don't have brochures available. So a bit surprised as our plan was to get flight centre to organise an itinerary for us, flights etc Not rushing back will look elsewhere

My husband and I rang Brett to enquire about a river cruise for next year and yacht cruise for 2025. He was very helpful and professional and we would not hesitate to contact Brett again for any other travel that we might wish to do. We thoroughly recommend Brett to anyone wishing to travel.will
