With the nectar of the gods in the form of the blood of Christ, a level of service fit for no less than kings, Flor is your go-to spot for stellar wines from around the globe, friendly and knowledgeable staff who cater to their patrons like "baby you're my corona lime & I can be your main squeeze," biodynamic varieties of sheer quality & character, and prices you just don't understand. The quality is off the charts but with several of everything from across all of time & space, could a winery be more multiversed? Listen I know this js all very "all the kings horses n all the kings men" & "doesss she have good taste in music " & "she certainly has great taste in tele with those Rick n Morty vibes" of me, but on the real: don't miss this sweet gem hiding right in the Pearl...conveniently located a block from Pearl District Dental in case, you know, your smile needs a quick lift from all that delectable stainage (insert evil laugh). Pop on over for a happenin time with treats you'll love and faces you'll also come to love, or rush in to get yer wine fix by the hand of the almighty grape gods. They even offer beers and a selection of bites from happy-hour-esque nuts n cheeses n lalalalala fraiche to fancy meat offerings of sorts. If you're up for an enrichment of the fermented-fruit-turned-tainted-liquid variety, give it a chase over at your friendly neighborhood Flor - you shan't regret it

The wine is incredible, the staff are even better! My partner and I were in Portland for a not-so-fun trip (medical stuff) and these guys completely turned our day around for the better. They gave us a fantastic tasting, we bought four bottles and they arranged to have them shipped home so we wouldn’t have to worry about hauling them around with us. To top it off, they sent us off to what they deemed the best charcuterie board in town… and they were 100% correct! (Psst, Higgins) Tbh, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. These guys not only provide outstanding service and selection, but actually inadvertently helped us make a big medical decision. My partner and I were deciding whether a surgery would be worth the risk or not. One of the biggest risks was a substantial chance of permanently losing his sense of taste and smell. After being given such an incredible tasting experience topped with the best charcuterie ever from Higgins, we realized we derive WAY to much joy from fine wines and foods to sacrifice that!! So, thank you Flor, for more than you realize!!

Flor has quickly become my favorite spot in Portland. My wife and I just moved to the area, and one of the first things we wanted to do was find a local wine shop, not to just buy some great bottles, but to learn more and to be introduced to new regions, grapes, or styles. And how lucky we were to find Flor. Sergio and Andy are some of the friendliest, most knowledgeable, no-BS or pretentiousness wine people I’ve met. For us, going to Flor has become one of our favorite traditions. I mean, it doesn’t get any better than having a great conversation about wine and getting to sample delicious wines. Regardless if your budget is $15 or $1000, Flor is the spot for you.

Sergio is THE BEST. I came in a little while ago and requested that we knock a item off my wife’s bucket list - “drink a bottle of wine that’s older than she is.” Boy oh boy did Sergio deliver. After searching high and low and offering a few items in my price range, he found an amazing wine that blew us away. We enjoyed an amazing wine and knocked that item off the bucket list thanks to Sergio. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Recently I was planning a dinner party and decided to try Flor for the wine pairings. They gave me excellent recommendations in the price range that I requested. The wines were spot on delicious and perfectly paired with the food. And when I say delicious, I mean so delicious that every person there was asking me where I got the wine. This is now my go to wine spot in Portland and I can’t wait to try what they recommend next!

THE VERY BEST EVER!!! Customer service wine availability and ambiance were off the charts amazing. It was a very special and wonderful feeling being in the store. The staff was extremely helpful possessing extraordinary knowledge of both wines and regions of cultivation. I was made to feel special and important as a customer. This place is extraordinary and a great addition to Portland and the wine community.

Love this place. We moved to the area back in November and kept meaning to come here. I’m so glad we did. Cool, chill atmosphere without being pretentious. The wine by the glass was delicious and the price of bottles is more than reasonable. We loved chatting with Danny, the server/manager working tonight. This will definitely be a regular spot of ours from now on.

This is my happy place! Sergio, Danny, Andy and the team at FLOR are the best. I love the fact that they have an eye for wines that they believe are drinking well above their price point. This is also the only wine shop I know where you are encouraged to hang out and make yourself comfortable. Stop by, you will be glad you did!

My favorite wine spot in Portland. Good, rotating selection with a wide price range but plenty of affordable-yet-delicious bottles in the $20-25 zone conveniently located front-and-center for you. Let them pop one open for you to drink on site (no corkage fee) and get a few to take home. Cannot recommend enough!

If you like wine, or even if you don't, you owe it to yourself to swing by Flor next time you want an exceptional glass (or bottle) of wine. Can't recommend highly enough. Do yourself a favour and come as soon as you can.

Had a great glass of wine while perusing their large selection of bottles. It's definitely not the place you go to for a budget bottle but the selection was really interesting and the customer service was top notch.
