As someone who typically gets nervous in gyms, I loved Flowbox from the second I got there! The place has a terrific atmosphere, both because of the beautiful setup and the warm and welcoming community they’ve built. The owners Mitch and Nina are always present and up for a chat, as well as all the other gym goers. Great trainers for any level, and a varied offer of yogis and yoga classes. A true hidden gem!

Lakshmi Devi lyer: I have started Yoga for a couple of weeks in Flowbox (Belval). I really feel calm and relaxed after doing Yoga. Generally, all coaches are fine, particularly my feeling with Lakshmi Devi lyer was awesome. She really helped me with how to do movements correctly, and besides, she always patiently answers my questions. I highly recommend Lakshmi to those looking for a perfect coach in Yoga.

Customized sport experience! I really enjoy going to this gym because trainers always check on how you exercise and adapt the routine, so that it can fit your needs and challenge you at the same time! The gym itself is big, clean, very well mantained material. I do recommend it!

I've been going to this box for 9 months and love it more by the day. The space is clean and inviting, the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and nice, as are the owners. The community is incredible and everyone is supportive of each other. Highly recommend!
