Flowers by Margaret provided excellent customer service. I called probably 3 times and the owner Margaret knew who I was when she answered the phone. I am super happy that I decided to go to a local florist this year for flowers form my wife on our anniversary! I feel like the price was very reasonable, cheaper than I would have paid on FTD or 1800 FLOWERS. I have used both of these places before and received decent arrangements but I though what I received from Margaret was bigger, more beautiful, and cheaper. She even let me get my own card so I could write my wife a poem in it and send it to her so it would be delivered with the arrangement. She called me a week before the delivery to make sure I didn't forget to send her the card, and was just a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this florist to anyone in the city and I will be calling her for future flowers!!!!

I live in Alabama and called last week to order a spray for the visitation and funeral of my beloved sister-in-law. The staffer I spoke to had to endure my weeping throughout the call. She was patient and offered condolences. I suggested some colors and asked for a few red roses to be added. I arrived for the wake after a 13-hour drive and saw the most beautiful spray representing our family. Flowers by Margaret did a wonderful job with premium flowers, very fresh, in a lovely arrangement. The family remarked on them several times. I am so grateful for their help in our family's time of sorrow. I asked for an arrangement that would be "outstanding" and we got it. Thank you!

I am very pleased with this company and there service is just awesome !! I called at 12:30 pm to get flowers delivered to my mom's office on a friday two days before Mothers's day and they did everything they promised. I thought i had waited to long to get this done but im thankful Flowers by Margaret was there to save the day!! Happy Mother's Day and God Bless.

Beautiful!! We ordered 3 different arrangements for a funeral and Margaret did not disappoint. Each arrangement was large, beautifully presented and had fresh flowers. We couldn’t be happier when they were delivered! Highly recommend this florist. Excellent customer service.
