Amazed at a nearly immediate after-hours response by Jane to my very late request for Funeral flowers! She is going above and beyond to take care of us! That means so much at this time of great loss when I cannot be in AU myself to honor the life of the BEST BIG BROTHER a kid (and now this old grammie) could have ever had! Thank you, Jane! Thank you, Flowers By Jane TEAM!!! I won't forget your help and great service when I'm wanting to send love and encouragement to my dear sister-in-love! :) Update: The flowers were delivered in time for the memorial service. Because they were so lovely, they were placed in front of the tribute and remembrance table for the service. My sister-in-love was pleased, and she even divided them into two big lovely arrangements once she got them home... the lilies were photographed a few days later once they began opening.

We ordered the Elegant White Floral Wreath- premium for $167.50 incl delivery, from Canberra for delivery in Brisbane. The 2 stars are for delivery because they delivered within the time frame, as stated on their website. The picture on the left is what we thought we were ordering, it literally said, “as pictured,” in the description tab. The picture on the right is what was delivered, not as full or as big as the picture. Very underwhelming & disappointing for “premium.” Maybe if sizing isn’t included on the website, they should use their own photos for reference, rather than a generic picture off Pinterest or google. Will not be ordering again or recommending for interstate orders.

Shame as the other reviews here are pretty good but my experience was pretty disappointing. Ordered an 80 bunch of flowers for my wife, went to collect, they had left out a specific one. To their credit they then added after I asked, but Jane spent the entire time while I'm dealing with her colleague, on her tablet, literally sitting there ignoring her customer as there was a minor issue. Bunch was also very small for 80 bucks, almost half the size I was expecting. Final add, the flowers barely lasted 3 days, whereas the 25 dollar bunch from Woolworths, still going strong after 5. Won't revisit due to poor value for money and seemingly indifferent customer service.

I've been ordering flowers from Flowers by Jane for about 6 or so years now, so I thought it was about time I left a review. The flowers have always been amazing, very high quality flowers and arrangements, giving off beautiful aromas, with great longevity. The delivery times for outer Brisbane suburbs can be later in the evening, however I was warned of this possibility. Unfortunately, the delivery of the most recent order was disappointing: while the flowers were fantastic as usual, the delivery driver was rude to my wife, when attempting to deliver them during the middle of the day while she was at work. Hopefully this isn't repeated when next I order!

I ordered an Australian native arrangement online for delivery to a hospital patient as I live interstate. The delivered arrangement looked nothing like the classy advertised online arrangement. It included artificially garish pink coloured banksias. The owners said it was because they couldn’t get authentic ones until later in the week. I asked why I wasn’t consulted because I saw it as a ‘significant’ change in my order (as they stated they’d do in their small print). They made no effort to find a happy solution, just got defensive and found my phone call ‘disappointing’. 2 stars for delivering on time.

I've been purchasing Wifey and Mum flowers from here for years. Surprised to see some low rated reviews when I was looking up the number again just now. Deliveries have always arrived on time, orders been ready to pick up each visit and even as a walk in have been looked after each time. I don't care for flowers much myself, but they are always presented well and received with much praise from recipients. They stock peony roses when in season as well which I've learnt can be hard to get. I'm told they too are excellent examples each time.

Made to feel like I was an inconvenience to her day. Asking for a smile would have been way too much. I felt very uncomfortable. Tried to put together a horrible arrangement when i asked for something simple and elegant. In the end i just went with six stocks as I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I should have just left as I was charged an outrageous price of $60 as I mistakenly told her my budget (when 10 tulips at perrots was $37.60). Completely ripped off!!

Avoid! We ordered online and not only could they not deliver on the day we wanted (even though the option was there) the flowers were really disappointing for the price. Wrote to them to complain to which they never responded and we are still waiting for a refund for flowers we ordered a month ago. Response to owner: you said you can’t find my order, can I provide more information? I probably could have. If you asked me when I posted this 7 years ago.

Terrible service and terrible flowers. Roses were delivered for Valentine's Day. They died in under 48 hours and were not cheap! I contacted Flowers by Jane and they offered a free replacement which was nice. However they didn't actually ever fulfil that, despite contacting them on no fewer than 6 occasions I have no replacement. AVOID, there are much better florists whose flowers last longer and whose service is fantastic. We won't be back.

I went into Flowers by Jane on my way to work today to buy a gift for someone. They put together a small bouquet of Gerberas and a little box of chocolates for $38 total. By city standards that’s pretty good value. The service was great - really friendly and chatty while working on the bouquet. They have a good selection of flowers and chocolates to choose from. I’ll be back again in future :)

How majorly disappointing. I received a bunch of flowers on 21/12/2015 - they looked beautiful however byThursday 24th - every flower plus the magnolia leaves were curling and shrivelling. My sisters law who lives in NZ had them delivered to me - so I'm sure the cost was up there. This happens a lot these days. I think the flowers in my bunch were left over from the previous week.

I had flowers delivered on Friday to a friend, after a fun experience in the shop picking out the flowers I wanted in the arrangement. within 2 hours my friend had received the flowers and was the talk of the office.She had sent me a photo and it was just how I imaged it to look.The girls in the shop did an amazing job! Defiantly recommend to anyone wanting flowers in Brisbane!!

My boyfriend gets me bunch of tulips delivered from here on special occasions and quality is always good( last time apparently the tulips werent so fresh and she offered 50% discounts, but lasted more than a week nicely). now I visit them for corporate orders for my work. very friendly owner and reasonable price. This is great if you are looking for something pretty and not overpriced. I often find florist in general quite overpriced, Flowers by Jane was very easy to talk to, I told them my budget and they gave me very honest and useful advice, very happy with their service

After having trouble finding a florist who would deliver a basic single rose, I rang Flowers by Jane, and they were wonderful. Didn't matter that my order was under $20, it was delivered within a 2 hour window and the rose was beautiful. Fantastic service!

I ordered a dozen roses that only lasted a few days. I was told there are instructions with the flower food that comes with the flowers but we received nothing and the company didn’t want to rectify the issue. Disappointed with the product and service.
