I did some research online and found this great little cafe that caters for those with food sensitivities; particularly those following a low FODMAP diet. I had a gluten free Cinnamon donut and took away a salted caramel donut. Given these were gluten free, and low FODMAP, they were both yum! I also bought a number of low FODMAP sauces and frozen meals to take away whilst I was there. These where all very tasty so I will be using their home delivery service. July 2020 edit. After writing the above I have dined in at the cafe many times pre corona virus lockdown. The food is so yum and the chai latte with almond milk is a real winner. The in cafe shop is also great and I stock up on sauces, cereals and frozen meals - all low FODMAP and tasty but they are a little expensive. The home delivery service is reliable with the best thing being the delivery is free for orders more than 69$. The new corona lockdown fresh options are fantastic and a really clever innovation. My only bugbear is the fresh options are too small for dinner for me, more of a lunch size, especially the soup. The variety is good and I am very happy the Foddies service continues to be there during lockdown. Thanks team!

What a fantastic cafe!! Luke was amazingly helpful and answered all my questions to ensure my son could have something to eat (he has severe food intolerances). This is the first time in 6 years I have been able to walk in anywhere and order whatever I wanted off the menu and know that I wasn't going to get sick. I cannot express what that was like!! We were only in Melbourne for a few days but went there twice. Everything we had was absolutely amazing. The carnivore pizza, nutella pancakes, banana pancakes, chicken parmigiana, and as for the choc salted caramel milkshake...... OMG!!! The white choc caramel macadamia bickies were so good I took a few packs home, however they didn't make it back to Sydney they didn't make it out of Victoria! I cannot wait to visit again and I am seriously tempted to up and move there. Thanks so much for everything Luke. Now hurry up and open a cafe in Sydney!! :)

This was our second visit to foddies cafe and it was a lovely experience again. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it didn't take long for our food & drinks to come out. I have food intolerances and they were more than happy to accommodate me and double checked before putting in our order. The added bonus of not having to pay extra for lactose free milk was a pleasant surprise! I had the dukkah eggs & my bf had the foddies breakfast which were both lovely. The only thing that could make this cafe even better is more outdoor seating. They are a dog friendly cafe however there isn't much outdoor seating. We were lucky to try their donuts this time around as well. The curly wurly donut was delicious, still light and fluffy but not as heavy as a normal donut. We will definitely be back.

I was really looking forward to trying Foddies as I’ve battled with food intolerances for almost a decade. It was difficult to decide what to order because everything sounded delicious and suited my dietary needs. I settled on the Shakshuka which was tasty, well presented and a decent portion. Would I go back? Not in a hurry...The head waiter (I think he was?) had a terrible attitude which really impacted our feelings towards the establishment. His manner was abrupt and he seemed to lack basic customer service etiquette. If you’re seeking a snack or quick bite to eat I think you’ve found it. However, if you appreciate stylish decor and professional service with your meal, probably look elsewhere.

Love this place. Businesses which look after those with food intolerances and differences are well valued. Luke and Crissy are lovely people and have great business ideas like frozen meals and sauces etc. Love the dumplings! It would be great to have them supplied to Coles and Woolies as I eat one at least once a week. Donuts are also amazing, if only I could eat one everyday. Outside seats are great for dogspotting. Some staff can appear a little green and flustered with orders etc, but all are lovely and keen to help/assist. My only complaint is I spend way too much money when I visit.

I had a lovely Nourish Bowl here. A really well balanced lunch, with tons of flavour. The sweet potato chips made my day! As usual, I spied on other diners‘ meals. The pumpkin and zucchini fritters looked nice. Pulled beef Benedict is a pretty huge investment in protein. I liked my dish best. I did notice the menu doesn’t highlight which dishes are vegetarian and so on. I guess that’s fine, they are clearly expecting every unusual diet, and are ready to discuss every item if needed. Oh, and do pop into the loo, for a fun wallpaper surprise!

Not much in the way for vegans and they won’t swap out eggs for anything else without charging you for the extra. I asked for a few mushrooms instead of eggs and they wanted $4 extra. Less food and more money??? Instead I ordered toast with a side of avocado smash. Only a tablespoon of avo smash for 4 bucks on top of 7.50 for 2 pieces of toast. I won’t be back. I had high hopes but was disappointed. My wife and children thought their food was ok though.

I was so excited to try Foddies as I am dairy free & loved the look of all the options. The wait staff were knowledgeable however some were training & lacked professional & hygienic presentation which then impacted on our perception of the whole place. The sharing plates we were given were dirty & smeared also. Burger was average at best with slow service. Certainly not somewhere we will be heading back to any time soon.

Recommended if you like paying for a meal served with a dead fly. Initially, we were impressed as the staff was knowledgeable with allergies. We had a dead fly in my daughter's pulled beef. The waitress was apologetic. Was told the free replacement must be the same item she ordered previously when she just wanted egg benedict on toast. I was charged for her meal and no apology from the boss.

I came in here for a spur of the moment coffee which ended up being breakfast. I ordered the fried eggs with a side of mushrooms and bacon. The mushrooms were insanely good and the bacon was next level. It was cooked perfect. A lot of places just place the bacon on the grill and warm it up, but Foddies actually cooks it, gives it color, gives it crunch. 11/10 for this place for sure.

Cute little place that caters for almost every dietary requirement. You can eat safely, healthy and without fear. Wonderful range of options including donuts and desserts. There's even a broad list of ready to eat and take home options. From sauces, spice mixes and even dumplings and taco kits. Highly recommended. Staff need a bit of training though. The owners are beautiful people.

This place is a must do for anyone who has food allergies, specifically those needing low Fodmap options. The staff are very knowledgeable and the food tastes great. My only criticism is that some things seemed a little dirty, particularly the menus which had old food mashed onto them, and the bathrooms could really use some work. Definitely a must for the food however.

This was the most incredible gluten free, dairy free, low fodmap food I’ve had anywhere! The staff were lovely and opened by checking on our special diets and knew immediately what could be catered to them. Iced chocolate, waffles and French toast that were better than the allergen versions, topped with friendly service and a cosy little venue - 5/5!

Often I have trouble finding things I can eat on cafe menus, so Foddies was an amazing experience - I could eat everything on the menu, and the staff are meticulous in checking for specific allergies and intolerances. On top of that, the food and coffee was amazing, and a good price for the portion size. Will definitely be coming back!

Highly recommend. Great food always. So glad there's a cool place for us people with IBS sufferers to enjoy a nice tasty meal. I had the zucchini fetters and the French toast. Yum!! My friend loved his meal even though he doesn't suffer from food issues. Great for birthdays, brunches etc. I wish they were in Adelaide!

Ordered the Nutella low fodmap donuts, they were quite bland and lacked the classic donut texture but I guess that’s kind of expected, I bought this to treat myself and damn was I sad when I realised I had just wasted $20. Starting to feel a little nauseous aswell, hope this is just a one off!

Amazing! Great breakfast and lunch menu, awesome muffins and doughnuts highly recommended to everyone. It's amazing if you eat low fodmap or have coeliac desease and the food is excellent for people who are lucky enough (like myself) not to follow a diet restricted by allergies!

Delicious food and great service! Such a relief to go to a cafe knowing I can safely eat whatever I want and that whatever I pick will always be really tasty! Their pre-prepared and frozen meals are also a treat! The low FODMAP community are very lucky to have these guys!

Amazing food, choice of dairy free milk available for all hot drinks at no extra charge, and a range of FODMAP friendly take home meals available for sale. Friendly staff who were happy to make alterations to the menu when requested. Loved it!

These guys are amazing. All gluten free menu and you honestly wouldn’t taste the difference. Staff were welcoming and super efficient. I think we’ve just found our favourite local!! We’ll be back and we’d highly recommend them!! Try it!

Great food! Incredible value! Luke and his team are always friendly and remembered my order after a few visits. They cater for gf, df and low fodmap which is awesome! My eggs are always cooked perfectly. Can't get enough of Foddies :)

Went today for the first time. Wow! Delicious food that I could actually eat and great sized kids meals. The chicken burger was great and I love the look of the takeaway GF dumplings. The decor is fresh and appealing. We’ll be back!

Awesome, ate here for almost three days no stomach upsets for low fodmap eaters. Friendly staff. Frozen packs of low fodmap are not something you can dine in, just a takeaway! Juices are good to. They should expand in other states.

So so so yummy!!! And so nice to know that I can eat safely there! (I'm coeliac and allergic to dairy). The new staff are friendly and helpful and the burgers were incredible. As were the doughnuts!!! Highly recommend the sconut!!!

A must go to for their gf (all of them) & also (some) vegan gf donuts. On a Sunday morning they come out of the kitchen at 10:30am freshly made. An addiction! Coffee also very good, they don't cut corners. Also friendly service.

Foddies was delicious! I am Wheat free and Dairy free while my husband is FODMAPP. The food was lovely, the staff were knowledgeable and attentive and best of all the donuts were a great take home item. I can't wait to go back.

This relaxing cafe has a great friendly environment with polite staff. I went back three times as the food was incredible and the soy coffees where made to perfection. Would highly recommend for sensitive stomachs.

This place was amazing! The service took a while but that's only because it's so popular and in demand. The portion sizes were great for the cost and a new interesting experience.
