Staff could be a little nicer and a bit more thorough when explaining policy! Other stores allow you to try both shoes on no matter the color. It was my first time in there and I was handed one shoe and was confused as to why without an explanation. It took me asking questions to different employees in order to get a response defending the staff who was supposed to be helping me but it wouldn’t have been an issue if they shared that in the first place. I’d also suggest they limit the amount of people who can be in the store that way they don’t have to worry about ppl stealing as I was told. Also if possible there needs to be a set pair of shoes for one to try on because who wants to try one shoe at a time? My feet are different sizes and I literally felt like I was a colored person at a white store back in the 60s but had policy been explained to me upfront I probably would have purchased the shoes and got them anyway despite feeling uneasy.

I bought a pair of Air Max Plus for 150 dollars and they were dirty. Then she said "How do we know thay yall didnt wear them". We has the credit card where we bought the shoes on and she said do yall have a receipt and gave us a smart look so we just left.

Horrible! I walked in and not a word from either employee that was working. I walked around thinking maybe they didn't see me but still not a word. I then politely turned and went across the hall to their competitor and purchased some shoes.

Waited for them to open this morning. Their website says 11, they never opened. Two workers in the store casually walking around not opening the doors. I am annoyed.

Drove out here to pick up shoes on Sunday. Checked online and the store closes at 8 but when I drove 30 minutes out here and arrived at 7:15, the store was closed

All the employees are on the phone! No one would help us! That's why we now drive to Nashville. Only in this store because I had to return a Christmas gift!

Sent me one sneaker that I paid 100.00 for...tried calling them ..and they never answer...someone needs to get in contact with them me ASAP!

The employees at this foot locker has the worst attitude in the world they are nasty they don't greet you don't go there two thumbs down
