Finally, a store where the phone number actually works. Called in and found out that they carry the AirForce 1. The lady said that they have it on my size which is 6.5 and she told me that she will place it on hold for the next day. Arrived at the store, and asked the associate in cashier area for the item that i placed on hold, but they told me that they only keep an item on hold for the same day. And that, the airforce 1 doesn’t come with the size 6.5 . I was really disappointed. But, luckily they still have it in stock, so that wasn’t really a big deal for me. So, Cheyenne, the lady who helped me. Recommened to get the kids AirForce 1 in size 4.5 US but is equivalent to Euro size 6.5 fits me perfectly! They are also cheaper. So i got it for $95! Good deal! So if you’re looking to get a pair of shoes and have a small feet like mine. Maybe try the kids size . Atleast, now i have an idea.

Sorry Foot Locker, I only looked at your website to get the distance between myself and you. That certainly does not qualify me to give you a legitimate and truthful review. I'm sure that we agree on that. A Google believes that only can I give you a star rating but I can give you a quality review, based on my quick look at your address. If I don't, they constantly harass me until I do post a review. It's an unfair practice, neither of us benefit from it nor will those who read the fake reviews that people post. To make matters worse, simply in order for me to be able to access real time public transit schedules, I have to permit them to track my second to second movements, 24/7/365. Visited Air Jordan Store once again, because of the selection, but more importantly the spectacular personilized service we always get here! I had spoken to Effie on the phone, and had asked some question's regarding a certain model, it was available, off we went. There are other shops that have the same products, but sorely lack service! We entered 306,greeted pleasantly as always, asked for Effie, and we where warmly welcomed by her moments later, she totally recalled our conversation from the evening before. My wife tried on a couple of pairs of shoes, all the while having great conversation and that personal 306 service. We had another awesome shopping experience at 306! I liked the fact that the store os very open. I am so exhausted of visiting over-stuffed stores, especially during the holiday season. I could breath. Yes, like other reviewers have said, the staff was mostly black, but I don't feel intimidated by tall black men. Noone complains about stores having all white or light skinned staff. The skin and the size should not bother or intimidate anyone, especially when people are polite and respectful. The stuff was not over priced as I assumed and the material is good. My son is happy with his pants and T. Loved the wall with the shoes to show the progression of style and designs since its inception.

Staff are friendly, lots of product in stock. Staff are willing to make recommendations and eager to serve. Manager however is not up to date with policies and is not very helpful. We are a first responder family and have frequently shopped and supported Foot Locker because the store has made us feel appreciated by offering a modest discount. The manager here was not willing to honour the discount even after seeing my ID. The store also has this posted. I showed her previous receipts (one less than a week old) with the discount being honoured. Did not matter. Will not be back. Honesty is key and this store is not honest.

Delightful experience each and every time I’m in the store! Always so welcoming and helpful. Very knowledgeable staff and always give honest feedback when shopping for my children. I’ve had the opportunity to deal with the store manager Voydie who always goes above and beyond on either helping me track something down or taking the time to make my shopping experience effortless. It’s my go to location always!

Went in around 7pm and it was hard finding someone who would help me on the floor. It seemed they were more interested in their own personal conversations. The store was not busy. My experience with the cashier was the only positive interaction. I don't frequent this location often so perhaps this is not representative of their customer service.

First time coming to the store and had an employee come to us explaining about the uniqueness of the store and showed us around. Everyone from the staff was friendly. Really liked the whole setup. I don't know if I would ever buy anything from this shop but definitely worth checking it out if you're in Toronto.

They don't adhere to their opening hours. There store's suppoaed to be open till 9:30pm. I arrived at 9:15pm to try out and buy a specific shoe I saw online. But they were already closed, How am I supposed to buy the shoe without trying it on first? Are Footlocker not interested in selling shoes?

Extremely upscale, minimalistic and modern. Staff at every friendly and engaging with the customers. They have a rack displaying the tribute to 30 years to Jordan brand, including a bunch of OG Jordans like the 1985 OG Jordan 1 Bred and the 87 white cement 4s.

I just went to the store today to my buy favourite nike AF 1 the guy over there gave a great customer service i dont his name and the cashier Amanda cash me out and she was very cooperative and a great CSR i like the service.

Foot Locker Best Coustmer Service. Allstars & Management are very professional and Friendly. Isaac Assistant Manager are Nice Person. Lots of Verity in Jordan, Timberland & else. I Recommend it Specially for Kids & Youngest.

i bought this on footlocker the guy who helps me is very kind and entertaining me well i tried 3 different sizes because my size 8.0 is so narrow on my feet so i got a 9.0 on this shoes.

Great location, first ever 2-level Foot Locker, Vancouver doesn’t have one lol. Cool industrial feel, great service. Tried on a few before settling on Under Armour walking shoes.
