The rudest Foot Locker ever. When we walked in the manager was behind the counter and he just looked. No greeting. But ok. Proceed to look for shoes, my daughter was looking and trying on shoes, asking me questions about sizes that should’ve been answered by an associate but nvm. I found a shoe that I liked and I raised it up and once again the manager just looks. When I turn to my daughter to ask, “does he work here?” (Bc although it looks like a uniform it’s different than the other guy and he’s not answering so I might be wrong) he just says “I’m listening” so I just say “7”. Me and my daughter walk around the store for another 5-10 minutes, she tries on another pair of shoes, he has the shoes in his hands, but of course he’s speaking with another lady who’s not buying shoes but they’re having a conversation and he has to walk her out. So we left. I just wanted to buy some shoes he coulda just handed them to me and let me try them on but I guess mackin comes before customer service out here. I found some similar J’s for $30 more but the piece of mind of not putting a penny of commission in this rude person’s pocket, is priceless. Y’all should really send secret shoppers in here. And this was on Friday 9/4.

Omg the service at this store is awful! Never been to New Orleans, the days I got here it was pouring rain. My shoes were quit on me. I needed some desperately. Being downtown near bourbon street you would think they would be on point with their service. Only one guy was helpful after 4 employees tried. One seemed like it was his first day he was so confused, the next like walked away, another was on the phone, till finally I got to ask if they had my size in a green & white vans shoes. After all that, no they didn’t. Then saw another pair different pattern. After 2 guys came out of the back to view the shoe, since the one guy helping me holding it up to camera wasn’t enough, they said they had my size & they would bring them out. Then I stood in line. I was 3rd in line & still waited over 20 minutes. They only had one register open! There was a line almost out the door. I was glad I finally got them, I had to buy some expensive socks, then I was out the door wearing them. I had really needed them. I just wish the experience was better, way better.

Came to this location on Feb 19th and had to buy some shoes to wear out. I got those shoes and bought them on the spot. Then I noticed that the shoe was damage after I purchased them. I would think this was an easy fix. Maybe an exchange or refund. No instead I got laughed at by the staff in front of other customers when I asked is there anything we could do about this. Honestly it’s not the issue on the shoes. The issue is this was publicly humiliating and honestly if I was to come to this location again and see the same workers I would walk back out. This place shouldn’t have any business but I think the staff could care less if they were making a sell or not. So think twice before heading to this location. Honestly I should have went into the other shoe stores around it.

Me & My Sister were in this store a few weeks ago and the customer service was AWESOMENESS from the initial greeting upon entering until We checked out.... Our sales associates were Paul and Tre' they made the shopping experience wonderful.... We'd asked if they would be willing to ship Our purchases "NO PROBLEM"!!! The manager on duty was so professional Mr. James. The shipping was SUPER FAST... KUDOS TO THESE GENTLEMEN!!! We'll see you all in a couple months. THANKS ☀️

The female employee was sooooo rude and ugly to me and my family I refused to spend my money there we were going to by me and my son shoes there close to 500 dollars I will never give foot looker another dollar these big companies need to pay attention to there employee's I'm getting really tired of rude employee's at these big companies acting like they don't need our business sorry not sorry!

If you're expecting to have good customer service, here is not the place. their deals are a scam, tag prices are not updated. Sale tags might say $39-49 and by the time of the checkout they'll charge you $100+ and say tags are wrong and will not honor the price on tags. …

I was in need of some new shoes during our New orleans trip. Foot locker was the best option we found. The employee who was helping me was on point. He was quick and very helpful throughout my time there. He was assisting multiple people, but he remembered what each person was in need of.

Rude, loud, screaming children with no parent in attendance. It took 15 min for the store to ask them to leave. Additionally, altho there were two salespeople who were available and wandering about, I was ignored until I approached them and asked for help.

Lazy staff. Late to open for two days straight (opened security gate & doors later than listed time of 11am). Customer service is less than satisfactory. This is shameful for a location in Downtown New Orleans. …

Customer service was amazing with the short amount of staff they had. Danny and Brad were there to assist all my needs in a speedy and Toka was on point servicing all request at once. This team was awesome!

The worst customer service in town. I have seen many bad sellers in my life, but these people don’t even try. I feel so bad for the owner of this place for having such bad employees.

The worst FootLocker I ever been to went there on a Saturday around noon. They only had three employees working in the store. And about 30 patrons, waiting around for assistance

Incorrect work hours. It was not open at 10am. in spite of the fact that it says 10am at the door. No phone answers. Extremely dirty windows.

Worker on the phone ignoring me tried to buy display which was the last shoe the left shoe couldn't be found

Found some good slide shoes real cheap some Champions that were blue took them back home with me to Houston
