I purchased a pair of Nike jewels which where not in stock in my size from the Walzem Road store location when they ordered these shoes online for me from the store a week later it turned out they were not anywhere in these United States so I went back to the store to get in-store credit the young lady there informed me that she could not credit back my shoes without the shoes I was puzzled and after a moment of arguing back and forth and telling her I could not give her something I had never received she made contact with a trainer because there was no one managing store and after me contacting customer service to advise to her that I had not received any shoes I got my store credit just like I wanted and note to Foot Locker on Walzem Road don't leave trainees alone and store by themselves always hiring manager available

I'm a Sneaker YouTuber and I've always been leery of stand-alone Footlockers. Traditionally they are left to fend for themselves as they have no mall traffic to push people to them. That means corporate doesn't designate them to get the cool releases. Well, not this location! I've been shopping here for almost 3 years and I'm never let down. Either you know why some stores get some hyped releases or you don't. Customer interaction is always on point. You aren't overwhelmed nor feel bothered by the staff checking up on you. Unlike some stores the staff knows their shoes! That's key to me as I'm heavy into the culture and I somewhat expect the staff to know their product. Darius, Rene, Shawn and Richard are on point!

Customer service Has a lot to be desired Made a return and staff acted like I stole it and didn't want to refund the full purchase price I had to tell her 3xs how much I paid for it when the first thing I did was tell her I had just got off the phone with the customer service agents on the 1 800 line and gave her my phone with the emailed invoice the 1 800 customer service agent provided me Very immature unprofessional behavior and I've been buying from footlocker since 1992 when I returned from Desert Storm Very disappointed

Robert was amazing. I came in with a return from a previous visit because I never even wore the shoes after buying them. The previous associate said they only had 3 shoes in my size and I chose the lesser of the evils. Robert, however, went back and brought me 6 options and said there were more if I wanted. He asked about my preferences, style, wardrobe, and ended up finding me the perfect pair of shoes. If you go to this location ask for Robert, this man gives veterans in the workplace a great name.

I've never had luck at this local. I returned some very worn Jordans that id declined in store due to the condition, however had them shipped due to the condition. I returned them, the manager debated this issue for 10 minutes, an event he was not privy to. Mr. Assistant Manager, please do better. Lil Mitch, act in good faith, I can't deal with short men. They seem to have LARGEST EGOS . I honestly don't see how ppl shop here. Theiryhe worst foot locker.

Not the friendliest footlocker. I asked a young man about a shirt i needed to exchange out and he stated they didnt sell thise kind but theb proceeded to call another store and told me to go there. 30mins out the way and the other store didnt gave the shirt. The young man explained the wrong shirt... Leta just say i wasbt happy.

They are very helpful and courteous. They have nice neighborhoods close by and newly built homes with Homeowner's association. You have to be careful anywhere you go in San Antonio. I've lived in this area for 40 years, and we have a beautiful home with no problems and very good neighbors. They have our backs.✅ …

Very poor customer service, little to no attention to detail, no sense of urgency and I've never been to a footlocker with staff and management like that at any location ever , word of advice go to the mall instead . That location needs a store meeting immediately!!!!!!

Great service . Staff very helpful and polite. Manager was training an employee who was nervous and she was very patient with him. I can appreciate a place where employees are treating eachother with respect.

They always have the shoe your looking for, nice staff only prob is when the get shoes from the back they seem to be low quality product like a Ua or a grab B... but they have the shoe ..☺ …

Extremely limited selection of women's shoes. Mostly fashion tennis shoes, no training/crossfit shoes and a couple of running pairs. Sales associates were dismissive.

The employees are poorly trained in that area. Probably because they don't have the urgency that they would have in a mall. Also the variety in this store is poor.

No manager in the store, employees an assistant manager were rude an not helpful at all. I was told come back another day when a manger could help me.
