Visited the store to purchase sneakers for my difficult granddaughter. Special shout out to SANELI for his amazing patience with this 6 year old by finding and fitting socks and shoes that were perfect. She danced out of the shop. The other two sales ladies were also very friendly. Well done, this store definately has got it right as far as customer care is concerned.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at this branch, after a terrible experience at the Hillfox branch. Friendly and helpful salesman respected my time for browsing with my need for assistance very intuitively. Hand sanitiser on arrival and departure. This is definitely my go-to branch from here on out.

Shoutout to the Foot gear in World-wear or Fairlands walk. Naturally I'm not a huge fan of Footgear but Sanele and Tshepo from Fairlands walk are the only reason I bought shoes from Footgear for the first time. As long as there are employees like them I don't see why I wouldn't return for another pair

Footgear used to have an outstanding variety of many brands of shoes at great prices. But they don't stock those anymore and instead sell their own in-house brands almost exclusively, which is rather disappointing.

Limited sizes. Air con wasn't working but the manager offered us ice water. Would have preferred to browse and ask for assistance as the assistants were a bit overwhelming in the confined space. But very helpful

Tshepo was a great help and very efficient service...I was in and out within 20minutes with a range of items...didn't even have to move from one spot, all shoes got picked out and brought to me.

I just want to share that I have had nothing but great experience at Footgear and especially Mbongeni who is ALWAYS willing to help and give great service! wow! thanks so much!
