It was once THE place for baseball in Calgary, but years of disinterest have taken their toll. However, I'm talking the ball field itself, and it's still the best in the city. Yeah, the place is empty, and I think I saw a tree growing in a crack in the concourse, but the field itself is immaculate. The closest thing Calgary has ever had to an elite field, and may ever have again.

I went to the Stampeders/Bombers game at McMahon Stadium November 20, 2021. Stampeders stole the game from Winnipeg in the last seven minutes. McMahon as we all know has been around for awhile. For the age of the facility it is well maintained and the Stampeders organization make fans welcome in a safe environment. Always helps when the home team is victorious.

It is a good sized track and field facility. The stands are okay but at least for the Caltaf events it was impossible to see the short sprints and hurdles because of other events and even trees blocking the view when we were on the far side of the track. It is on U of C property so parking can be a problem.

Only reviewing the footy pitch 4; this field is, perhaps, overdue for maintenance... unless of course you like playing on a thin veneer of dirt/grass and the risk of the ball skipping over your foot as you a) pass, b) shoot c) collect a

Decent municipal sports facility. Soccer fields are usually in good condition. It's getting on in years. There have been longstanding plans and proposals for redevelopment. I hope something comes to fruition sometime soon.

The track area here is great for meets with many participants, great area with multiple facilities, and accessible from major roadways. Ample parking as long as the Stampeders are not playing on the day of events.

Recently raced here for Track and Field. The weather was very bad but I still managed to have fun and make it to cities. The track was very wet but still felt good. Awesome facility overall.

Very nicely kept facility, perfect for little league games for baseball or soccer or really any sport you can name. Would recommend to anyone who has a kid who wants to play a game of ball

Good viewing from most seats for sporting events. Parking is difficult. Bring cash as ATMs are limited. Consessions & roaming sales vendors are up to the task of servicing a large crowd.

Exciting Stampeders football game, typical CFL thriller could have gone either way. With the bonus of the young kids getting to play in front of thousands of fans at half time.

Becks of the size of the stadium all the seats have a good view of the game, but it needs an upgrade. Overall it was clean and easy to watch the game.

This track tends to be a bit more picky with access compares to Glenmore athletic park. Watch out for parking tickets during term as well.

My favorite place to run, home of the UCAC track club a great group of people there everyday. I honestly love this place to my bones :) ❤

It is a good place for track events and meets, it has plenty of stores and places to go to. The restrooms are disgusting though.

The track is awesome, too bad hours are not accommodating. Also it seems to be booked quite often in the summer by track clubs.

Excellent soccer stadiums and with bright light during the evening hours ...we were there until 10.30 pm for a soccer game

Modern and well maintained track. Somewhat isolated as nearest amenities (food, etc.) are at least a ten minute walk away.

A lil pricey for 2 hot dogs 2 poutines and 2 pops it came out to be 50 bucks and the pounties were cold and were the same

No lighting, bad bathrooms. No updates to this facility in 40 years. The City of Calgary should be embarrassed.

Wahoo!!!! My niece took 2nd in triple jump, and brought her into contention for team AB. !!! Go Mack!!!

Good place for football. Need fences though as the ball could get kicked out a lot and on the road.

RIBFEST 2022 it was a pretty expensive endeavor but a worthwhile one. 3 of us shared a $75 meal.

Such a wonderful pool. No steam room or sauna but I go to the pool to swim. I love this pool.

Old, run down and looks the part. How can a professional team manage to keep the fans happy.

This is an awesome track! My son ran in the Provincials here and the facility is top notch

Although it is starting to show its age it is still a great place to watch sports events.

Great park. Track is usually open but after cold season the track tends to be slippery.

No shade so the bleachers get hot and old but it's works for a junior high track meet.

other than McMahon stadium foothills was top of the line at one time but is dated now

Tennis courts are in great shape and plentiful (7). Rarely have to wait for a court.

Good field. Grass was a bit too high and a little uneven but overall good fields

Nice grass soccer fields. Stands need to be replaced. Bring something to sit on.
