We worked with Cara Todd, (Fora Travel),She had previously helped our daughter arrange a multi-city trip in India and did a fabulous job, highly recommended. I manage a small B&B in Italy, our cancellation policy is well indicated on our site. I have received a booking from your agent for clients in June. Two days before the customers' arrival date, I contacted you to arrange the arrival time and guarantee an excellent service to your customers. Mrs. Nadine from your staff replied to my email, communicating the cancellation of the reservation, without bothering to pay the bill. Incredibly, you haven't even replied to my emails anymore. I find this was incorrect behavior and very unprofessional. All your reviews are written by people who work for you, perhaps the reviews are not so sincere given the lack of professionalism shown towards us.
