I think this place is the best for tiny, petite people. I'm a pretty slim person and I not only love the collection that forever 21 has to offer, but also the fittings. Rarely do I find a good brand that caters to sizes like XS and S, and fits perfectly too.

Collection is pretty good, staffing is not up to the mark. They don't even know how to behave with costumers. Hope this drawback doesn't effect brand mark.
