Ppl who work here awesome but the customers usually are a bunch of loud ignorant girls who dont shop they just try on clothes and ruin then with makeup stains.... the hole clarence section were name clothes that were once name brand but got destroyed by makeup... I had grabbed over 7 things looking at them and notice lipstick and foundation stained on the neck of every shirt.... dont be a broke idiot if u cant buy do not go in with caked on makeup trying on there clothes staining them... that is rude. Gives the employees more work. Takes from sells bc the stuff is ruined... and it keeps someone who actually would of bought the product from buying it... I was shook when I held up a dress that was 40$ n the entire neck was covered in foundation.... then I head to the clarence rack and everything is covered is makeup stains... not to mention half there makeup was used so what do yall do go in forever 21 do ya makeup then go try on all they clothes and leave.... most ppl leave negative comment bc this store is mainly for skinny women but I love this store for that reason finding a 1 in womens is impossible but here it makes me feel good about my size its depressing when u go all over the place and cant find a size small enough to fit i am 17 so it makes me feel anorexic but here It gives me confidence seeing all the tiny cute clothes.... my negative comment is purely about the condition of 70% of clothes and all clarence rack clothes...

I visit the plaza at least once a week or more. So I've often stop in Forever 21 because it's next doors to, two of my favorite restaurant. However the first two or three times I gave it a pass but it's been well over more than 5 times, that I've been in the store, and have gotten poor poor customer service from the employees that work there. Especially the manager . It's to the point I don't even want to stop there it anymore and I would rather drive either to Overland Park or Independence just because of the service.... due to the fact that I am a manager of a retail store someone is not training you guys right, so I would recommend seeking some training. Please get it together, because I would love to continue to shop in your store....

I like this store, although I had a scary experience today. Went with my son to buy a few dresses for me and my daughter. Got home to find one dress still had the security tag and wasn't rang up on my receipt. Oh and the little door alarm didn't sound. Called the store multiple times got no answer. I was kinda scared to go back a be accused of shoplifting. Anywho we took the dress back went in thru a different door and who woulda thunk it but the alarm went off. I approached security whom we saw earlier at the other door taking a break. Told him what happened and then proceeded to the counter to pay for the dress. Might have been nice to get a discount for honesty and the gas I wasted coming back.

Placed an online order to be picked up in store. Once I got there the associate could not find my order so he went and got the manager. The manager then told me my order must have been restocked and it was somewhere on the floor. I then asked if she could help me locate the items I ordered and she said no she was busy with customers downstairs and walked away. Instead of me cussing her out I just decided to look for the stuff myself. I saw the manager that was too busy to help me a few minutes later, walking to the back, talking and laughing with a fellow co-worker. Not very good managerial or customer service skills if you ask me.

Sooo I usually go (to a store that will not be named) up the street, decided to go here instead. SO glad I did. I was looking for a few things, killing some time. I walk in, the Mgr had on a hoodie I bought at another location but w/ matching pants!! Luckily they had one pair left that Chris helped me find.. In my size!✨They were doing inventory so Brandon gave me dibs on some suuuper cute sets. I go where my shmoney is appreciated and this is it. The clothes, but most importantly the staff and customer service, impeccable!! Truly enjoyed my experience.. Go here!!! Shop here!!

The workers are terrible and have no sense of service. I needed help finding a dress in a different size and was trying to get the attention of the workers but none of them even looked at me. They act like they don't care and it effects me as a shopper and not wanting to go back. The only good worker was this one polite lady that helped me open the door, but that is really it. The workers in the fitting room and cashiers I feel judge a lot. The cloths are decently cute though. Plaza location is a nice place but needs better service.

This place is great if you’re skinny. Which is obviously there targeted clientele. Don’t get me wrong they do have a plus size section, but it’s minimal as it gets, and it’s never kept up with. You walk in the store, and it’s clean, and organized, the staff is usually friendly, but if you’re there to check out the plus sized clothing, this isn’t the store. Do yourself a favor and take an extra bit of a drive to the legends forever 21, where they keep the plus size section stocked, and organized.

This store was an absolute mess!!! When checking out the register area was completely trashed!!!! There were empty hangers everywhere, employees personal drinks out, and no organization at all. The associate checking me out must have never had anyone ever pay with cash because she took my cash and forgot to give me change. After reminding her she was very confused and had to double check my receipt and ask for help. For the plaza being such a nice complex I expected more for this store.

My 5 stars are for the employee at this location named Ethan, when I was checking out I wanted a second item( I already had one in my size and one color, could not find same item in a different color and also my size, they only had a way bigger size that definitely would have not fit) Ethan offered help and even took me to where the item I needed was. He was super friendly and helpful! Thank you Ethan!

The store specifically states that it closes at 7 p.m. when it really doesn’t, this store closes doors way earlier than that. I’ve shown up 20 minutes before closing time and they prevent you from going in. I was completely ignored as I stood outside at the entrance doors trying to get an employees attention. Plain ignorance is no way to treat customers. This actions done by them is complete rudeness.

I went to the plaza KCMO store looking to find a very specific top for a good friend. Ethan was so incredibly kind and diligent in helping me to find what I needed even though it ended up being a very time consuming task. I honestly don’t remember the last time if ever I had such good customer service. Thank you so much Ethan! She was thrilled when I gave it to her and to hear the journey it took.

On the upside: It's a very nice place to shop at, all of the associates are friendly and they make you feel comfortable. On the downside: I don't like the fact that it's hard to find a size Large top, most of their smaller sizes are always on top and the Large sizes are on the bottom, I always feel like I'm going on a scavenger hunt to find my size. But overall, it's a great place to shop!

Love the store love the product but it's ALWAYS messy . I'm concerned that they are always hiring but I've been put a app in and I say something about it every time I go in. Heard they are taking away the upstairs of the store where most of the 10 dollars or less items be but idk how they will keep so much merchandise in the downstairs it small cluttered and need I say again MESSY .

Every time I’ve gone this year to this location it’s been a problem. From ordering way too many of the sizes people don’t need. Always out of larges. Maybe scarce mediums. I don’t see plus as an in store option much here either. One cashier at the register like the line isn’t wrapped around the stairs and there aren’t options upstairs and downstairs. It just doesn’t make sense.

The staff is uber helpful and friendly, and the selection is quite fair. My only reason for complaint is that the store is almost always messy. I have noticed that it's slowly becoming more and more clean as the staff do a great job. The men's section to be frank is pretty small, but the women's area fills the entire store with some incredible selections

I literally showed up at 6:25 pm to the store and the door was locked and it’s supposed to close at 7 pm. The worker unlocked the door and said “we aren’t taking anymore customers because we close in 35 minutes and we are at capacity. 5 ladies were in the middle of walking out after he said that and he just shut the door in my face and locked it.

Tori at The Country Club Plaza went over and above. Best customer service!! She found the perfect boots and accessories for my daughter , sent me several pictures of various boots to my cell. She met me curbside with my purchases so I didn’t have to park and go in. The littlest acts mean a lot. Thank you Tori Forever 21 is lucky to have you!

Idk what happened because Forever 21 used to always be clean and kept up but now any store you walk into just has everything thrown everyone. Like if you walk in the jewelry section be prepared to be walking over all the product on the floor. That's probably why they are cheaper than most but it has definitely gone down hill.

i’ve worked in customer service before so i try to be exceptionally nice to people who work in the same industry but the people who work here are straight up rude and have conversations about their fashion choices when you’re just trying to check out and leave. This seems to be a trend every time i come here.

It was shocking to go into this Forever 21 & the Clarence area not be a mess normally it's a hot mess. Store was decent and Zach helped me and he had perfect customer service( save me from breaking a nail) just really polite and explained the sale to me.THANKS ZACH WITH THE "H"NOT A "K"INSIDE JOKE

Part of "The Plaza", or as I knew it growing up, "The Country Club Plaza", one of the first open air shopping malls built in America. Famous for its Christmas lights display, its great shopping at any time. The courtyard in this picture is a great location to snap a picture with friends.

Very bad decision for business to close of your entire upstairs so that customers cannot shop for what they need. I made a trip to this location because of a review from a other store for your plus size selection and was very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Wife and daughter love this store! I spent an hour in there watching them go from clothes to dressing room many times. I went back to hotel they went back to this store. It is definitely a money saver. The diverse culture was refreshing to see as a customer.

This store is very organized for a forever 21 location. The location is great as it has an entrance to a free parking garage. Forever 21 has cheap clothes which are cute but at what cost to the environment and to the textile workers?

Pretty upset that I showed up 20 minutes before close to pick up one quick thing and they had already locked the doors. There were several people outside knocking on the doors, but the employees would not let us in. …

Nice place to shop for bargain pieces, but you have to be careful about some items, because the quality isn't the greatest here, but overall you can find nice pieces time from time. Customer service doesn't exist here.

Huge selection. Everything us pretty organized. Inexpensive and good sales. Had to return s dress today. Great customer service very smooth transaction. They returned my dress without any trouble. I'll be back!

The food was delicious. I had the ribeye, and my wife had the fillit mingion. We then proceeded to have our cheese cake, of which they have so much of. 10 out of 10 stars.....oh you only rate by 5s.

Out if the whole 2 story store I only saw 2 people working. There where clothes all over the floor and when it came to fitting rooms they were not nice about helping.

Went to forever 21 and V was so helpful and nice. I’ve never had that great of an experience at this location but V 100% changed my attitude! They were amazing!!!

A large store for the Midwest. Great selection upstairs and downstairs and responsible prices. Depending on the day can be difficult to find parking close.

Trendy clothes at a reasonable price. Lots to chose from. Great location and convenient parking. Staff is very helpful and store is usually stocked well!

If you need something that's in style at a great price this is your place. Plan on spending some time in there though. Its never a quick shopping trip.

Little girls sizes, mens, plus size. Plan on spending awhile, as there is lots to look through in this two story Forever 21.

Jeans purchased here tore along the seem on second wear. Clothes are low quality, but look good and are relatively cheap.

They carry small sizes that work for me in a pinch, but the clothes are not well made. A lot of trendy merchandise tho.

The store was filthy shoes everywhere clothes all over the floor can't find sale associate in the store... Never again

Bought a pair of Jean's there 4 years ago on my 21st birthday now I'm 25. Disappointed in the false advertising.
