This entity wouldn't trust doing business with because they lie and don't even follow constitutional rights. Not following due process they are acting as a corporation and also acting as a governmental entity which is fraud any time a government acts as a corporation and divest itself so far that it gives up its individual sovereignty and acts as a corporator. A documentation was sent to the corporation to review along with letter from DA that there was no indictment and along with other evidence and they never responded to the information for 2 months. If no one had reached out to them they would have just left the ticket without sending any notice. Their claim was that they were suppose to but it never was sent out and there is a recording of this. So now two months later after I had reached out to them then they said send it again and didn't even review the documents and didn't follow due process or give proper notice all of this is very illegal and fraudulent activity. All that is requested is that this ticket gets dismissed and removed from car records. I even asked to speak with person who review this and ask some follow up questions. But the clerk would let me speak with them and was being disrespectful and then hung up in my face. This wouldn't even be an issue if they just followed constitutional laws that are put in place of this country. Please reach out to have this matter resolved.

I called at 1pm on a Monday. The the options were press 1 for hours of operation, 2 to pay a citation (which sends you to a payment processing center), or 3 for customer service, and # to repeat options. I tried pressing 3 and the call immediately hung up on me. I tried it a couple more times, but the same thing kept happening. This means that the system was set up to work properly, but the clerk has disconnected the phone line. Why am I not surprised that a government worker doesn't care? Because I was in the Army and I know that in a stateside bureaucratic system with S1 type office workers, people only work hard enough to cover each other's backsides while shamming on the job. Slackers wasting taxes. You won't find them getting smoked for it though, because they're paper pushing clones, all the way up their chain of command. The ish rolls downhill and gets swept under the rug. Should be called the Fort Worth Municipal Swamp. By the time an elected official who's held accountable to the public makes it a quarter of the way down the chain in an investigation, their term in office is over. It's a bureaucratic whodunnit game designed keep everyone safe in their government jobs while doing less than bare minimum and congratulating each other every time they get a cost of living salary rate increase at the expense of people who actually work for a living.

I don't come to downtown Fort Worth except for special dinners and normally ride in another car with family. Where I normally eat, there is free parking nearby. I parked behind another plain car and there was nothing around indicating anything was wrong, no yellow diagonal lines. Turns out it was a double width loading zone only at certain times, very not obvious, and the car in front was next to a sign that described it and I found it when I returned to my car. It was a weekend and the sign says only loading certain days and hours. It was a *Saturday evening* so should be fine, no Saturday was included and I arrived in the last hour of the times. To make matters worse, judging by when the ticket was printed, the officer likely watched me park, get out, and walk away, and then moved in to issue ticket instead of just saying something to me. Maybe the food establishment should move to another location that has parking. I can find and drive to many nearby locations. Also, this was at 800 Throckmorton so since this court is 1000 Throckmorton maybe someone just watched me out a nearby building window and said "ah there's another oblivious person, Cha-Ching!" No sense in contesting this ticket and allowing the court the chance to do anything else, I'm sure they'll just throw it in my face and say there's nothing to talk about.

No mercy. Got a ticket for being 20 minutes late on my park meter. If the Cop bothered and saw that I already paid but was a few minutes late he would have understood. But I guess he was trying to meet his Quota perhaps :/ So sad that we live in a place were cops are out to fine us instead of looking out for our safety. More over, they sent the ticket to my Home address while I was at college taking my finals. Couldn't see the ticket till I got Home. Never the less, they charged me more money because I didn't pay it within the 21 days. In order to appeal your ticket, you also have to pay a nonrefundable fee and have to show up to COURT and waste a day for a parking violation. I know and admit that it was my mistake to over stay my parking time. It just makes me sad that people who we respect and honor and pay our taxes to work for a system that does not sympathize with its people. The lady on the phone did not even show interest in helping but was just stating sentences that she had memorized :/ Thank you city of Fort Worth ! I feel so proud to belong :)

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon. No lines, minimal wait to see the lady at the window. Instructions however were not clear. She gave me the info for a virtual court appearance and said I could do it in room 102. The virtual appointment was at 1:30 and they called at about 1:18 BUT because I was waiting outside of room 102 the clerk heard me and said I had to wait my turn since I was physically there. So since I had a virtual appointment I could’ve skipped ahead of all the people physically there. TIP: If you’re given a virtual appointment just leave and do the virtual appointment in your car.

I complied with all of their rules regarding doing community service in place of paying my tickets that I got in 2017. Well I'm JUST NOW receiving a letter saying there are 2 warrants out for my arrest and it is march 2018! A whole year later. I clearly did my community service obviously cause I KNOW I would go to jail if I did not. They lost all my paperwork so now it's showing I have warrants and failed to do community service which Jesus himself could come down and tell them I did it. I am leaving for the military in about 2 weeks and this is holding me back.

Jury duty. The jury duty process is just as painful as any (I am a practicing attorney, so I get the delays and the cause of the delays and they are, by and large, unavoidable). What I find, frankly, stupid is the prohibition against using electronic devices while waiting being put on a panel (venire) to see if you can even be seated on a case. These are misdemeanor courts. Do they think there will be some news coverage about cases when the venire members don't even know what a case is about until the select process starts? Morons.

My judge intentionally broke the law quite boldly to satisfy her own lust for firearm destruction. She was quite unethical, and did not use any sort of good ol boy justice excuses for doing so, she just straight up blatantly broke the law, and did not provide any guilty looking expressions at all. So smug and evil to have these kind of people deciding who is wrong or right. That's not how the justice system was designed, it's how the justice system works when the personell haven't a spirit to be the law.

They should make you pay/get pet license every 5 years than every year, most of these animals don't even go out most haven't even seen the outside world, I don't even know why they make you get pet license, rabies tag with your number on the back is all you need. They just find any little thing to get money. A fine of $164 for no dog city license displayed, really.

  • Avery Rodriguez

This guy saw me get off, pay for parking, and gave me a ticket literally a minute later. No warning, or could have at-least asked me to move. It is not our fault that parking spots are not labeled in a way everyone can understand!!! They enjoy stealing civilians money and getting away with it.

  • Neal Schultz

The City of Ft worth gives out parking tickets, never enter in the system which prevents us from being able to pay online, then wants you to mail in a check because their officers are too lazy to put the citation into the system but somehow that is my fault? Catch up with the times.

  • Aaliyah Johnson

This place is a joke the messed up my ticket told me the wrong price told me I could come in anytime to speak to a judge and when I get there they send me home messed up my address they are extremely rude even if you approach the in a respectful manner not helpful at all

  • Stuart Jackson

The city needs to understand that the closure of businesses in hot areas like downtown and W 7th may be due to the inaccessibility of them. Paid parking does not help keep the streets clean; it detracts from enjoyment of a meal out.

  • Ricardo Paredes

Parking non existant. Militant meter maids handing out parking tickets like religious idiots hand out pamphlets. Had to use the garage at the convention center. For a three hour wait for our case to be called it was 15.00.

  • Rayyan Amiri

Very friendly people, answer the questions with smile and making sure you know your options and even you walkin they will set the appoint with the judge the same hour and get everything done the same time with no issues.

  • Arizia Alioz (Zoilie)

The telephone service is a big zero! I called 7 times to pay a citation. Although I do not have my citation number. I need help processing a payment all the system does is hang up on me. Unbelievable!

  • Christy Lea

Crooked cops getting quota. This court is not about fairness and justice... it's all about money....and I was represented by an attorney who allowed the prosecutor to bully me into a plea. So wrong!!

  • Chris Bables

This court house has to be owned by the KKK the most racist court in the whole world. They love to break up black families. They don't deserve any stars; but it was the only way I could comment.

  • The Seeker

First. I have to say. I love the old architecture of this building. There was such detail in the craziest places. I went for jury duty. The Marshalls and staff were fantastic.

We are currently on a call of HIGH emergency because a guy is trying to kill himself and the police cannot help what so ever.

The fact that officer willam Martin currently is still employed. Enough said. If I could give a lower rating, I would.
