I have no experience to tell you something bt I need ur help from Australian police... I live in India..before last two years I got marriage with Himanshu ramchandani he lives in near by fortitude Valley Queensland Brisbane... He cheat me after marriage he never contact me his parents and Himanshu also tourcher me for divorce....... I don't know what is my fault...m from middle class family and I don't know about Himanshu where he lives in Australia I mean about his address.. Indian police nt help me they saying that do adjustment Bt I want my family respect and from ur side.. If you can help me m thankful heartly Plzzzz help me

I went for a finger print service. The lady at the reception who did my finger print is tip top. Very much satisfied. I have been back and forth for the same service to Brisbane City police to finally been told they can’t do the service due to local covid rules. Completed it in less than 15minutes at fortitude valley police station. Go there for a service to not waste your time at Brisbane city police station.

The lady at the front counter really couldn't be bothered to help. Immediately just kept trying to direct me to online, telling me that I should only come back once I had a printed form even after i told her I dont have access to a printer. Meanwhile I'm staring at the printer sitting right behind her... "Help the people" Guess they don't need to bother when everything's online now.

Left my phone in an uber. It was handed in here, the girls (ladies/police officers) were so lovely and supportive. Started having thoughts because my mum's number is on my phone and I don't know it off by heart!! They were lovely. Doing there job but community supportive. Thanks to these ladies and thanks to the uber driver for dropping off. Kisses all around.

Requested finger printing at the city police station and got turned away by the horrible counter staff there. Came here and served by Susan, she's fantastic! Very friendly and helpful, providing us detailed information to ensure we did correctly. I am gonna compliment her formally. Susan deserves an award! :)

Rude and dismissive staff that won't let you finish one sentence without interrupting you. Also, they dont work after 12pm, and will send you away with ridiculous excuses and wrong information. If you're just looking for some paperwork or fingerprint just save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

I am grateful for the time and patience Ben Proctor had for an incident! Ben is very sincere and has a genuine interest in keeping the community safe. He is patient and a great listener ! Definitely a good cop ‍♂️ and an asset to valley police station and our community. Thanks …

They don't even know how to do their job. I came here to open a report and they 3 of them refused to do it saying that I wasn't meeting the requirements. I then went to the official website and report it by myself. After 3 days I've received my case number. Incompetent

Visited the station to get my certificates signed. The police officer was kind and patient, didn't show face for the volume of papers that she had to sign. Amazing people relationship.

dont care about people & one officer refused to check their own records to check if a car had been reported stolen before having it towed & harrassing the original owner

Got to tick off a bucket list item! Holding hands with a police offer haha! Needed fingerprints done, impeccable service, friendly and efficient. Would 7/7 recommend.
