Usually I donot write any comments in social media, But my experience with Fortune Real Estate Agency encouraged me to write something for Mr. Santosh who changed my perceptions about the dealers engaged in dealing the properties in Lodha World Tower.. I have been visiting Lodha for the last one year and got in touch with various property consultants for looking for flat on rent but my experience with them was not so good. they seems always looking for cheating the customer, hiding the information, donot pay much attention to actual needs of customer to satisfy his queries about the properties etc. which in turn lost my confidence and trust in them and stop exploring the property there. it is many things to write here about them.. but writing more will loss the intent of this review comments . In March 2017 I got one sms from Santosh about one property. In first glimpse I ignored it. next day I called him and in the first call itself I felt that he is someone who could be trusted upon and had excellent knowledge of the area and listen to customer needs attentively. I met him on weekend to discuss about my requirement... in the first meeting itself he answer my queries and shared more details about the area, that changed my mind from rented one to go for buy one flat and to my expectation from day one itself he addressed the query so attentively and transparently that I could not have any doubts and went for one. Dealing is done within two days. In this case seller wanted to sell his flat as early as possible, since I had to take loan it is a lengthy process that would consume lot of time. it took me more than one month to arrange the loan and other formalities that Santosh helped a lot and managed both of the party expectation so nicely that even seller would not have any complain about it though he was in hurry and wanted to get deal done in 2 weeks. it is because of Mr. Santosh. nice coordination and transparency that leads a good deal despite went beyond one month. both the buyer and seller were happy to interact with in finalizing the deal. Even on the registration day he coordinated the things so nicely that both party met same time, registration is done quickly and with in 3 hours we were back to our business. my colleagues could not believe that I did registration so quickly and get back to work within 3 hours. overall had it been more than 5 stars I would have gone for it.. here giving him 5 stars that is maximum he deserves for it.... thanks Santosh for your excellent service, support. would like to be in touch with you in all my future such transactions... best of luck and god bless you and your whole team.....
