I had an emergency issue with my toilet. Water was leaking out. Called Matthew at 6am asking if they can send a technician. He asked me to explain the entire issue, take pictures of the area and confirm my address. After which he explained to me what he diagnosed it to be, and advised that he can send me a quote beforehand (including obtaining the brand new parts required for the job) so that I can make an informed decision on whether to proceed. After acceptance, he confirmed a time for call out to be 9am. They arrived and competed the job within 30 to 40min after which he asked me to test the toilet (flushing) and showed me the genuine parts used. After I confirmed that I was satisfied, he then cleaned the space and asked that payment be made. The call out fee was also factored into the single quote so no additional charges for hours worked. This was appreciated as most service require pay before work is done. I highly recommend Matthew and his team.

We had a geyser that had stopped heating up. Matthew was a real professional - came prepared with parts for what might have been the problem, which turned out to be right. It was just the thermostat that had broke down. Matthew tested to confirm no electrical issues, before installing, and even waited a bit afterwards just to see if the geyser was warming up. No need to replace the element, and only fixed what was needed - appreciate the honesty. Matthew even kindly answered some other plumbing questions I had, and even provided some worthwhile suggestions on how to save electricity costs. Great service and experience. Mathew and his team provided me with great services. I have called upon them repeatedly for different plumping issues at different houses for my family. Not once was I taken advantage of with regards to pricing as I reside in bryanston. They are very punctual, honest, transparent, reliable people and charge you accordingly to each particular service required. They take their job very seriously and are very easy to communicate with.
