While the price is alluring, I booked them for transfer from SFO to my San Francisco hotel, they were late to begin with, which I was fine with as we landed earlier than expected, but they basically wouldn't come to the arrivals to get me and I had to lug everything up to the ride share lot, basically I was paying for a glorified Uber with no perks of a limo/transfer service. On the pick up from the hotel they were essentially a no show. I originally at booking put in the wrong hotel as there are 3 Marriot's in the same block, I had contacted home office multiple times to confirm time and location to alert them to the mistake, never got picked up, had to take a real Uber to the airport to catch my flight. Was promised a reimbursement, this was November 13th, followed up the 16th, the 20th and December 12th. No reimbursement was ever posted to my credit card. Pay the money to book a limo service or deal with an Uber not worth the heads..

Taxi hired to pick me up from Guarulhos Airport. At the last moment I was advised that no one could pick me up with my name on paper and that I had to looking for the driver. After 14hours trip no driver, no one answered at the phone number of the company and no driver showed up. Avoid problems, stay away from this poor service. Evite problemas, fique longe desse péssimo serviço.
