Peter and his amazing team at Frank J Siebert helped our family through the worst time in our lives. Peter was so respectful of us as we discussed mum's service, he guided rather than pushed us to the decisions that needed to be made, without ever getting frustrated as we tried to make everything perfect, from the casket to the music. He was very conscious of an affordable option even without us requestion it, and didn't try to 'up sell' us on anything. He recommended a wonderful celebrant who was similarly respectful and understanding of us wanting everything to be 'just so' for our beautiful mum. The printers he recommended did a brilliant job designing the custom bookmarks we envisaged and printed them within a very fast time frame. On the day of the service all of our wishes were carried out perfectly, I cannot fault them. It is easy to see they are a team that work well with each other, as the result of their efforts was seamless. I unreservedly recommend Frank J Siebert Funeral Directors. Frank J Siebert did a wonderful job for our Mother/Nonna's funeral at a very difficult time for our family. My brother and I and our family were very pleased with the service and all the funeral arrangements. Frank J Siebert Funeral Directors took care of everything! They were absolutely amazing at what was a very challenging and emotional time for my family. We chose them as we had received lots of positive recommendations from other people and I can honestly say we were not let down. Natasha, Peter and the Siebert team were respectful, compassionate and helpful from the moment we rang and didn't try to up-sell or coerce us into any decisions for their own profit. They listened to all of our wishes and helped us give the perfect send-off that the whole family were happy with for my beloved Grandma. Surely it would be nicer for the loved ones to see the coffin lowered only about two feet instead of all the way down! Very stressful to see this they could lower later when families have left!!! Something for all funeral directors to think abou!!!!! Thank you Frank J Siebert for ur reply. I didn't realise it was up to the Orthodox Priest to lower part way or all the way. Please accept my apologies if I was out of line! I just found the depth quite disturbing as did a few other guests. Otherwise everything you prepared and did for the Bahlij family was amazing, Thank you from us all. Definitely 10/10 for the service, extremely friendly, helpful and compationate.

Thank you to Lina and the team in creating the best farewell for our dad. Lina made such an emotional time so relaxed and she took care of everything. Lina was amazing from the planning to the day of the funeral and all in between. Her communication and help was so appreciative. The care they took in making dad look his best was perfect.
