It was our first time dealing with a family funeral as we lost our Dad. From the first phonecall till when we were returned home in the mourning cars after the funeral we needed to do nothing it was all taken care of for us. Disgusting, requested money that was already paid and enquired about my late parents estate which is absolutely none of their business. It is already a difficult time and the audacity astounds me. Utterly disgraceful.
