I am an avid shopper of Free People! I am one of those women who will NEVER change brand and will always shop at FP. I usually shop online, however I went to this FP store in Portland and I was overwhelmed at how WONDERFUL this experience was! Truly amazing customer service, beautiful store and fantastic location.

The store itself is clean and the staff are friendly. As far as the company, some of the clothes are cute, but often overpriced and have limited sizing, so if you are petite and have the money this is the brand for you. They work with an all natural makeup brand, which is nice to see.

The store doesn't have L or XL very often - which is inequitable and body shaming since the website stocks these sizes. I've always found the customer service at this store to be super hands off compared to Anthropologie. I like being asked

Great place to find people... FOR FREE!!! Tired of your boyfriend? Get a new one! Dont like your racist grandparents? Trade them in for two new “free people”. Best part about it?? It’s free!! My wife and I were thinking of having kids, but

The Gift Exchange policy is ridiculous! I understand this is a tough time for retailers but the way you get people to shop at your stores is by treating customers with respect. I received a Xmas gift from a family member, tag still on, and

Have mystery shopped these guys 2 times. Both times have been less than mediocre experiences. Customer service is just so lifelsss and the energy level is stale. Will be back on thurs to give one more take on them. Hopefully someone sees

I like the layout of the store and the selection of clothing is abundant. I shop at this location pretty. Except my last visit was very unpleasant experience. The girl at the register was not nice and had extremely poor customer service.

Amanda was so hopeful today, I've been having really bad body dis-morphia and wanted to try something new, but I was feeling weird being around sizes that I assumed wouldn't fit me. She came up to me with such positivity asking me how i

If spending $58 dollars on a crop top is your thang, go somewhere else. Their size selection is horrible. Terrible. I am a size small or medium and they had none of their featured styles in my size in the color I wanted. I literally

The brand sells itself, but the customer service here is comparable only to Nordstrom. I was frantic, and needed a last minute gift on a somewhat modest budget - no problem! They even took the time to wrap it, without my asking. <3

I love Free People. This particular location is quite large, with many clothing, accessory and household items. The people working there are kind and helpful, the dressing room is big and comfortable. Never too crowded.

Have always loved free people, however I was disappointed in the lack of assistance provided at this location. If someone had approached me to offer some help, it would have been appreciated.

  • Jessi Jones

Had all the sizes and selection I would expect. I love their material and this store’s aesthetic. I always stop in for sets before my trips and they never disappoint! Loved them!

I felt like pretty woman in this store… the employee looked me up & down when I walked in, and spoke to me rudely when I was working with her @ the cash register.

  • Susan Bissonnette

Super cute Boutique. Friendly staff. Mildly speedy but they have great selections. I would shop here again next time I'm in town.
