Sales reps or always great and quick when you go into the south congress location I will say the only thing that isn’t so well is getting ahold of someone at this location over the phone is VERY VERY hard! Every time I call I always get put on hold there’s even times where I have been left on hold for more then 10 minutes and at that still don’t get anyone on the line! Very frustrating when trying to make a payment.... I do understand the high volume of calls but this is every time I call which is unacceptable to me and a lot of other customers I’m sure

Worthless. They never answer the phone...And if you do have one of their policies, which unfortunately, my cousin does... even the number they gave him for claims never picks up the phone. Both times he's been hit, he couldn't get in touch with a live person at the time of the accident,! he just had to leave messages...and they never even bothered to try and call him back...He actually had to call THEM back.. USAA ALL THE WAY!!!

I recommend this Freeway location here in South Austin to anyone. I am a returning customer and I am so glad I came back to get insured through Freeway. Victoria Sanchez was the absolute best. She was very pleasent and really worked with us and got us the best price for having multiple cars. All in all I highly recommend freeway insurance and definitely ask for Victoria Sanchez at the S.Congress Ave location.

No son nada profesional en esta agencia. Te hablan mal y mienten. Te dan número a qué hables al servicio al cliente y en el teléfono te dicen que son negocios que se deben hacer en tienda. No programan los pagos automáticos como planeamos cuanto abrimos póliza y no hablan para informarte de cambios solo suben precios. NO RECOMENDABLE

My insurance agent Savannah is the best whenever I need to go in there if she's not working I turn around and go away you don't know but there are there is another girl that works there who is awesome to I don't know her name though but Savannah is the best thank you mija and good luck with the baby

Si pudiera dar 0 estrella lo diera ,te dicen mentira ponen tu información y te cotizan te cobran 75 dólares por servicio y después q te cobran dicen q es más dinero son unos mentirosos no recomiendo este lugar a nadie y dicen q van a renvorsar el dinero y asta el día de hoy no lo han echo .

In and Out in a flash. My quote given over the phone was not valid only a couple days after it was given, but the associate made sure to find me an equivalent policy quickly. Very down to earth and definitely works with you without making you feel taken.

I heard about your add on the radio and that price was like 39 .00 and y'all quote us 88.00 we've had insurance for like 20 years . We have coverage for 2 autos for less and price you quoted is for one auto big difference

The employees are great. I loved that they help and go over everything . They made sure you understood what you were getting. And they are very polite. Awesome people!!!!!! And affordable insurance. Love it!!!!!

This place never opens up on time. its 10:30 and there is not a single person inside. im waiting here with 4 other people. this is an ongoing issue that really needs to be addressed

Freeway is the way to go here Elizabeth and Jeralin were great helping me with my policy to find the best rate really appreciate it saved me 150 dollars monthly can’t beat that
