I had an excellent experience with Freeway Insurance while working with Savannah to upgrade my vehicle insurance from minimum liability to full coverage. She helped me obtain two discounts that lowered the price substantially and we completed all the paperwork electronically, which saved me a long trip down to the office. I paid $436 total for six months of full coverage on a 2007 Dodge Ram truck including also basic coverage for a 1993 Nissan D-21 hardbody truck. Thought it was a very good deal. Savannah was very polite, caring and professional; it was refreshing to experience such good customer service. I would genuinely recommend Freeway Insurance and specifically, Savannah, to help you with vehicle insurance -- especially if you need to upgrade a vehicle to comprehensive/full coverage like I did.

First off id like to thank Joseph Ibarra for going above and beyond. He got me a great deal and got my car insured just in time. My financing for a vehicle I was trying to purchase was running out I literally had 1 hour to get everything done before the bank closed. So a big thank you to you sir! Second, freeway insurance is an awesome place to have a vehicle insured. I’m a real person not a bot and I’ve been with this company for about 5 years now and have never been disappointed about anything even when bumper taps and small accidents were my fault. If your looking at this company for insurance but your not sure so your checking reviews, Take it from me this place is your best bet.

Freeway insurance has nothing to do with these other companies they just help out Hallmark they suck I was driving hit something the street was in construction now they say they don't want to help me that my Inc won't cover omg really when I paid close to 300 a month that's sad really what kind of insurance did I have it wasn't my fault with accident.. ugh here are pictures of my car I could of died so really my car is total loss I didn't even get a ticket so it's not may fault now I fukd sorry but the truth

The insurance agent( Jorge Sanchez) is a very professional individual, very knowledgeable he help me get low cost insurance. He answered every question I had and was polite and and very helpful on my options and to see what the best option for me was. I have tried calling them on the phone and couldnt believe i dialed every branch and not ONE, picked up their phone! But you go down there, and the attention is great. Just wished that they would actually answer their phone. Not even the customer direct line would pick up or wanted to make a payment online, and doesnt work either. But all in all an affordable insurance company.
